Terrible service. The drive through takes an hour with a 5 car line! I'm currently in line waiting as I write this. Had enough! I'm changing where I get my prescriptions. Most inconveniences I've ever came across. They also changed their store hours to mon-fri 10am-6pm for pharmacy. Whenever I call to see if my prescription is ready I'm on hold for over an hour with 3 callers ahead of me. Wayyyyy too much of a hassle. I'd rather drive across town then deal with their lack of service. I have never been so frustrated just getting a prescription.

There's no reason for this pharmacy to exist. They are closed all weekend and don't open until 10am Mondays. This is the worst Walgreens in town, probably the worst in Iowa, and maybe the worst on the North American continent.

I sat in the pharmacy drive thru for over 20 minutes. Everytime I come here it takes sooo long to get through the line. I can’t blame it 100% on the staff, I do need to put some on the customers… have your stuff together and ready.

My kids medication was called in to store 10855At around 10:15 am I drive straight from the doctors office. No one is doing drive thru yet. So we come back at 3:45 wait for about six cars to be told to pull back around because they still arnt ready.

One of the worst pharmacy I have experienced. I have called days ahead or even the day of to get my prescription, and after they have told me they have had it….they tell me they don’t when I arrive there. There are slow to answer the phones and have horrible customer service.

I love the workers very friendly but I got auto refill on and they never have it ready my last prescription that I HAVE TO HAVE was not filled for 2 weeks they had the script kept saying pharmacist was looking at it and the one on my side of towns hours are shortened it's not right they cut our store down especially right across from hospital

It says hours had been confirmed two weeks ago but pharmacy says online "opens at 9am" but at location they say doesn't open until 10am. This is very inconvenient.
