DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Tell your dispatcher or broker NO!! It’s currently 20:00 and this load was supposed to be ready at 05:30. I have three other loads lined up to carry me through the weekend and they are all going to be taken away from me because I won’t be able to make this delivery and still get to the next pickups. All Tyson plants run late, but this one takes the cake! The girl at the “frozen assets” desk that is handling my load even claimed that they don’t give appointment times, which is horse $h!t, all Tyson facilities give a window for ready times. Avoid like the plague!!!! Negative stars!!

Always have to wait hours after appt time,sometimes it is not day to get loaded,no parking overnigth,people in guard shack give u number to call and check on loads,they will not notify you on anything.no bathrooms or accommodations for drivers.

(hopper) entrance not clearly marked, loader was very nice but I suspect they are working him to death. As all big companies.. They make a very easy thing very complicated. Like the scale house could have a person that weighs and does the paperwork, instead of making us drive all the way back around to scale, walk half a mile to grab a paper and then go BACK to the guard shack. Got there at 10 & because the check in time only counts from the guard shack they clocked me at 10:25 am. One truck in front of me, left at 3pm. Wish they had scales on the load out, would make everyone's life easier. Not my worst pick up but not the best either.

Drop and hook load was ready 26 hours before appointment DDT. Yard has lots of potholes but I wasn't here long enough for it to matter so much. Would come back in the future.

If you're unloading a reefer trailer, they make you drop it and, "Wait for a call." They will never call you! Keep track of where you drop it and when they move it. Once it is unloaded, they will move it way to the back, where there is an empty trailer lot. You can instantly go back there and pick it up and leave. It took them 16 hours to unload mine. Although, it was empty anywhere from hours 13 to 16. I'll never know because they never called.

Drop your trailer at your own risk, checked in at 11 am , trailer ready at 9 30 pm, they don't call everyone, you have to go to check in office to check if your trailer is ready, otherwise you can wait for very long

Had a drop & hook here. Got the trailer washed and parked and pickup trailer was ready to go.Was here less than an hour.Downside, small signs coming up to the place, there's two truck entries- but only one for refers. And the place smells bloody awful. 😷💀

This place is a joke….Hey drivers dont come here they will make you drop the trailer and let you wait 20+ hours to load I had to cancelled the load after 15 hours waiting.

Tyson’s is a joke. The community can tell that the Waterloo plant has poor upper management. Today they discharged one of their greatest employees to buy themselves more time to fix rendering. Hint: Rick it only bought you more time for a few weeks. Silly and very unprofessional

For a truck driver, tyson is on the top 5 worse places to deliver or pick up from. I've been sitting here almost 2 days when my delivery is past due. They give you a number to call but you will never get ahold of anyone. Waiting my time and money!!!

My trailer has been partially loaded since…. Yesterday when I checked in. 4 hours past my ddt and it really killed my time. I get payed for them delaying my truck that not the problem. The problem is complely twisting my sleep schedule. Slept a full night to head out and deliver the load tomorrow morning… now I should be sleeping so I can do a overnight run just for the load to be there on time. I’m really considering being late to the 90 and say that on you because in all reality it’s on you. How much business would you have if every driver did that?

Always an easy drop and hook. Any time I've done business there the guards were very nice, washout crew is quick, never an issue (except trailers being raised too high, but yard drivers will help with that.)

They don’t deserve any star but it’s not works .Totally waste of time nobody takes care about your time.dropped trailer at 2/24/24 at 9pm and nobody call me since 2/26/24 .Says We are working on it .again call 📞 We are working on it .So whenever who picks loads from Tyson bring your extra food and water to wait for a long time.Poor service .

Worked here for alittle over 12 years and I feel like I wasted my time with this place . The idea that the uppers have for team members is great however it gets misconstrued down the management line and people get treated like dirt . When uppers come from the corporate offices to visit tons of things get hidden so they look good but once they are gone it’s business as usual. nothing changed for the better while I worked there and I honestly don’t think it ever will. there are some great people that work here it’s just too bad what some of these people have to endure just to make a living. not even management has a passion for what they do and it’s clear that they don’t believe in the message they push

I'm loading a bulk trailer here, and this guy left at the end of the loading for a break. There was no communication that he was leaving for a break.He was watching like a hawk AT first, when I don't need to have him here to tell him to stop. But when I need to communicate with him to stop, he's nowhere. Plus, their scale is "broken" for bulk trailers. Which I don't freaking trust. Because they always want to overload the bulk trailers. Which wouldn't matter , except this is an out of state load.He then says it isn't his regular job. Well, it's my regular job, and I was telling him how I need to have this trailer loaded. Because I am the one that has to go over scales.Now he's on a power game, making me wait for a single paper, not even paperwork from the office.

Awful my 2nd time returning to rework load over weight. Each time i return it takes 4-6 hrs to rework my load. Not to mention ive done a 34 reset waiting on this load

Super slow, only positive about this place is friendly security guys. Few bobtail only parking on the site. Closest truck parking 0,4 miles away and Flying J 4,5 ml out there.

Minus 1 start since I was scheduled for a drop & hook.. Called earlier in the day hoping that I could grab it early. The people on the phone were nice enough to check. It wasn’t ready so I rolled in a hour before my appointment time and waited two hours after my appointment time for my load. There is a washout at this location which is great.Everyone I came into contact with were pleasant to deal with from the phone call, checking in, washout attendant, yard dog and checking out.I also went straight to the scales and my weight was fine.. But I was also prepared for the worse due to the reviews.

The Security Guards are very nice and professional. Always helpful. The lady that works with them even went out of her way to email a customer bills that were misplaced.

I had a drop an hook security lady was very nice she told me where I could drop my loaded trailer an pick up my empty trailer. The yard dogs an the man that was working inside the wash bay I feel have a problem with women drivers since by the time I was done backing my trailer into my spot I had 7 yard dogs watching me. When the next person came in to drop there trailer only 1 was there and he was waiting for him to move so he could get through

It's a first, but arrived early to pickup my trailer to find out it was already delivered... "allegedly"... Between my dispatch and the guard shack I ran back and forth three times... To finally figure out the trailer was there the entire time 😳🧐🤔🤷🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️
