The folks who work the online order pickup station are the absolute best. Everyone who selects produce actually cares about quality. They’re so friendly, so fast, so accurate. I wish we could leave feedback on pickup orders because I want to directly thank each person who does such a great job. The order pickup team is the best part of shopping here.

As big-box retailers go, this is one of the better ones. The store has always seemed clean and modern, and even more so following a recent remodel. Customer service is better than some competitors as well. My only bad experience--and the reason for docking a star--was with the recent purchase of a smartphone. I chose to buy it at Target because the cellular provider I went with advertises Target as their primary dealer. They said that they could not activate the phone for me, and that the nearest store able to do so was in Cedar Rapids. I tried activating it on my own--and naturally ran into a glitch. Fortunately I happened to be in Cedar Rapids for family activities just a couple of days later. I stopped into the Target store there, and they fixed the problem right away. Waterloo-Cedar Falls has 2 Target stores, so it seems at least one of them should be able to offer those services.

I have discovered Target is NOT the expensive store I once believed. They have one of the best frozen meal choices in the area. I do not buy pop there, but that's not a problem. They carry a wide variety of home and office supplies, purses, socks...you name it.

This super Target has nearly everything you need. Clean store. Always helpful & friendly staff. Grocery section is well stocked. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy in-store, too.

Was told the system was down and they would be unable to find my order with out it-and told to come back in 2-4 hours. I was laughed at and mocked by employees during the 15 minutes of arguing. After they finally decided to look, it took less than one minute to find. Terrible service.

Took 20 minutes and 4 different cashiers to get through the checkout because of the stupid 10 items or less rule for self checkouts and the regular checkouts not being staffed appropriately to support it.

Spent $450 on groceries and had to ring up every item in self checkout as they had ZERO check out lines open. Employees standing around chatting the whole time. Pretty challenging for someone like myself with physical disabilities. I thought target was supposed to be on the inclusivity bandwagon? Guess not.

Why would I give Target 5 stars you ask? Because Target is a middle class version of Walmart. It may be a dollar or two more expensive. But I would rather pay for the pleasant atmosphere and quiet surroundings than a packed store of low end deals.I like my bubble.And there are plenty of hidden deals and bonuses to shopping at Target when you dread the idea of going shopping and being surrounded by 200 other people. Ive noticed that people seem to be interested in your business when at Walmart.When at Target you are here to shop and spend your time daydreaming while doing so. You can find what you need without damaged goods on the shelves or them out of stock of your favorite item or a sound alternative you've never tried.They never run out of Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake.The employees are young and very energetic. I find them going above and beyond when I need assistance. The Waterloo store ran out of Stoufers French bread Pizzas.I had one lady, curse me for forgetting her name, that looked on her hand held for the item at the other store to ensure they had plenty in stock. She called and they held the item at customer service for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH if you read this and know who you are.Blue may be a color I like but the Red is what brings me comfort.

Very disappointed with the selection of "The Doux" hair products. I have gone into this store 3 different time looking for this line of products. The are several bottles of the styling foam and a couple of bottles of the Pop Lock glaze. No shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, or styling gel. Please upgrade your hair products to include a larger selection.

Target has high quality products that are nice and unique as well. It is always clean and the shelves are always well stocked. I always feel good shopping at Target and the employees are friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy stays open late which is big plus. I rarely leave without Starbucks in my hand😊

I’ve had a couple bad experiences. First, My sons Halloween costume had a rip in it 20 minutes after he put it on, then I bought coats for my children and less than a month later there’s a hole in the coat i bought my son. a complete waste of money, not to mention how everything is over priced for the horrible quality

I was shopping in the bathroom decor section on a Sunday and there was a group of maybe 5 workers who were stocking that section. They were all talking really loudly about their personal lives, like yelling between aisles to each other. They also just kind of stared at us while we were trying to shop. I understand they were trying to stock but they were in the way and didn't apologize or try to move at all. If target wants to pay their employees to stand around and talk that's their choice, but maybe do it in a break room or something not where customers are trying to shop.

I often come in 1-2 hours before the store closes on my way home from work. I really like the staff at this store. They always do a great job of helping me find what I need. I have been helped by Shane who is a team lead quite often. He makes the trip to the store very enjoyable and always helps me find what I am looking for and help me with gift ideas for family. Very pleased with this location.

Great store and organized! Customer service in the isle could use a little more hands on quality... a friendly check in and easier to find assistance. Parents love the crafty $1 to $3 bins up front! Thank you for self check out! Totally helps since big wigs are probably trying to keep it understaffed to save money..and the check out lanes are minimally staffed.... overall a great store!

Had just left bestbuy, disappointed. Came to target looking for the same product; luckily, they had it in stock. After waiting several minutes, and wandering the entire electronics area. I decided to press the red "need help" button. About 25s after pressing, an associate walks by me, shuts off button, and continues on the phone call he is on. Again, I waited several minutes, before pressing the button again. (The item i seek, is a videogame. And therefore, requires an associate for purchase.)to my dismay, here comes Dylan walking by again, turns off the customer help requests, and finishes his phone call. He finally begrudgingly managed to get my game from the case. Abjectly horrible experience. I did speak to a supervisor(Alicia?) And was awesome at her job. For reference, the entire time I was speaking to manager, Dylan was standing behind his cash-wrap, just staring.
