First off if I could give a 0 I would. Ordered online 4 sandwiches with a bag of chips, not anything wild with the sandwiches but they made 3 of the four sandwiches wrong. One was to have mayo and instead they flooded the sandwich with the vinaigrette, wasn't supposed to be on sandwich at all. The other was supposed to have vinaigrette but light and this one was flooded as well. When I say flooded I mean it was running out of both sandwiches. My sandwich hit the trash without even a bite and other one was forced down by roommate. Third sandwich had meat added that was supposed to be removed, wrong bread, and barely any mayo instead of heavy. Now this is already B.S. but on top of all that the order was made for 4pm, arrived at 3:56 pm. At 4:11, roommate went into store and was told they were working on it, so went back to car. At 4:25 went back into check and was told the same. At 4:40, called home to let me know what was going on. I called the store and spoke with the manager who told me they gave our order to someone else.. they were again working on it and would bring it out as soon as it was ready..so I let my roommate know and they waited in the car. This is supposed to be a curbside pick up and after no one brought anything out and it is now 5:19pm my roommate went back in the store to find the order. They handed it to him like they hadn't just taken almost an hour and a half to make 4 sandwiches. When they got home with them and all the stuff wrong with the sandwiches it came off as intentional, how do you seriously mess up 3 out of 4 sandwiches. This was our usual once to twice a week meal but not anymore.

I asked for my sub to be heated up but it was cold after coming out of the heating machine.Parking: Needs an expansion to the parking lot. It's rather small.Kid-friendliness: They offer 6 inch sub meals, pop, juice and more for kids.

Well, to be fair, a Subway is a Subway, but I have to hand it to the folks here at this Waterloo Subway. They were quick and super accurate with our order. I made the order online and they had it done exactly on time. Even though there was a good sized line, I was in and out in just under a minute. I know some people will disparage fast food, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and were very happy with the quality.

The sandwich was good but I actually didn't like that the lady gave me the last few pieces of soggy spinach from one of the containers. I tried to point out the newer container then stop her from using the old on my sandwich. She either didn't hear me or she ignored me. But otherwise, sandwich was good and service was fair.

Went in today to get food to go, before today I've never had issues. I walk in and they are closing up and I noticed it was 8 so I assumed I walked in at the last minute and said sorry didn't realized you closed at 8 and left. I look back and they have one sign on the door and one on the window. One says they are open til 10pm and one says open til 8pm based on adjustments needing to be made due to staffing as well as a sign saying be patient with those that showed up we are short staffed... Ok normally I would understand, but there were FIVE workers when I walked in, not including if there was anyone in the back! Normal days I walk in and there's 2-4 workers so what is it, you're short staffed or you're not? Sort it out and get everyone on the same page! I wasn't going to argue it with their manager but this is why fast food places get a bad rep.

We always stop here on our way to / from the Twin Cities. Over the years, this has always been a clean Subway location with friendly staff. During our most recent visit last Monday (9/23/19), I noticed the lady who prepared my sandwich had a bit of a wet-sounding cough and soiled shirt (kind of gross?). I noticed while she was reaching over into the veggie trays, her shirt christened my sandwich for a moment.. My immune system is pretty reliable, but may I suggest employees wear clean aprons and probably not handle food if they have a cold :).

Usually love it, last 3 times we've ordered the bread has been so hard it crumbles when uou try to take a bite. We will keep trying though, just hope it gets fixed.

It was clean. They have at least one longer term staff member there, so she's really good. I miss the old steak (and the old prices) but that's not under the local store's control.

Went to this subway for the 1st time in about 6 years because it was the only one open on 4/26 past 8pm. I ordered 4 footlongs 1 of mine was a cold cut combo double meat and it literally only had 2 pieces it was also suppose to have mayo and it did not have mayo only had 1 piece of cheese one of my other sandwiches was a spicy Italian it had no cheese was supposed to be toasted and lots of black olives the other 2 had no cheese at all. When I called they said in order to have them remake the sandwiches I had to bring the sandwiches back that were messed up tonight or bring them in tomorrow this was our supper I wasn't gonna stop my kids from eating their supper. Now I remember why I never go to this subway and I will never return.

I usually always go here I always get the same thing they never disappoint, but this time I bit into my sandwich and pulled a very long dark hair out of my mouth. Gross. This had me very disappointed I think hair nets are needed at all restaurant and i don’t recall seeing her with one.

Absolutely tired of having to tell the employees making my food to not let their clothing touch my food as they're leaning over to grab veggies. I spoke to someone at corporate regarding this matter, and I was told that they're trained to slide the sub over to prevent that from happening and that they would reach out to the local Subways about reinforcing "the slide." I've only been to Subway three times since and had to say something twice. So much for eating fresh!!!

I’m writing this as I eat. The young lady that made my sub tonight. Handled it with such care and neatness but punctual. I can tell... she is a awesome sandwich maker and deserves a raise. I had to stop eating to write this. Thank you young lady. I wish I knew her name up front about 8:50 pm. On 8/23/19 thanks!

Friendly staff, and food is fresh. There is one thing that ticks me off though... I order online a lot, for multiple people in my family. I write instructions for Subway, to mark each sub some how, so we don't have to thumb through everyone's sub at home. 9/10 times they forget... It might seem silly to be upset with this, but it's equally silly to have an option on your app to write special instuctions, if you aren't going to honor the request...

I come here 3-5 days a week usually and the staff is amazing! They are super helpful and always greet me when I walk through that door. Highly recommend this subway over any other ones in the area! 5/5!

The people are great and most of them know what I want before I tell them. I don't like them asking if I want the sub toasted. That's why I would never go to one of their competitors. They toast it without asking you
