First time in a STAPLES other than Dallas. A little different; not as busy as I'm use to, but it's okay. In looking for a calculator, thought I'd snap some pics for you to get an idea of the place. At first it looked like it'd be almost closed. Not as much on the shelves that I'm use to seeing. Then again, I'm comparing to a bigger city. Important to me is CLEANLINESS and SERVICE. They had both. Asked Andrea behind the counter where to find the calculators and even though she wasn't 100%, told me the correct isle. TJ, GM from Cedar Rapids store, was down visiting to help out and checked in on me. He proved to be very helpful in the selection of correct calculator for the job. Thanks, TJ!

Customer service was really nice, the bathroom however was struggling. At least they left some cleaning supplies for me to use before using it

I just got my holiday cards ready to print, but by local Minnesota store couldn't process them until after Christmas. They helped me out big time by printing at the Waterloo store and are shipping my way. What awesome customer service. I've gotten my cards here for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

April 11, 2022 @ 5pm I'm from Cedar Rapids (an hour away) and was looking for some specific supplies for my job. From the moment I walked in, any and all staff greeted me kindly. As I walked through the store others stocking shelves asked me if I needed help and directed me where I could find the supplies. Even advised me about the clearance section. All staff were real, genuine and I wish I had this experience in all the stores I visited. I even chatted with a gentleman going on break as I exited and started on my way home. It made my end of day pleasant. Thank you.

I'm not quite sure if I'm going to the same store here, but the people at this Staples have been helpful in every way. When I went there for a Christmas letter and couldn't figure out how to run their printer, somebody helped. When I have a print & copy order, I get it in a timely fashion and the salesperson always reviews it with me. This is my "go to" store for printing needs!!!

I love staples a lot, it's a clean establishment with friendly workers. I live for their clearance form very pretty iPhone cases to nice notebooks, chargers, flash drives, etc. all for great prices. I usually always find something nice on clearance I feel like people don't give staples enough credit for their good clearance section! Great Place to stock up on office supplies.

Came in with a printing project today and talked with Jason, who was WONDERFUL in every way. He went through options with me to determine best options at least price. My reason for coming to this site today was to find the name of the store manager to tell him/her of the great job Jason did in providing excellent customer service to me.

Sells people ignored us. The store had very few customers it was 11am. We waited 20 minutes for help with a laptop. The sells people looked at us and turned away. We left. Went to Best Buy. Was helped in less than 5 minutes. We found our laptop and are happy. LOL 👎 You lost a sell.

EVERY single time I have attempted to use their copy and print services, they have either screwed up the order that was placed online, or they try to pull the 'if ordered in store, we can't price match our online prices, so it will be over twice as expensive' card. Who does that? And who thinks that is good customer service? So, if you want something done correctly with fast and friendly services, pay a tad bit more and get your copy and print services done at the Copyworks on the Hill in Cedar Falls.

I ordered curbside delivery based on the current health crisis. I pulled up to the curbside sign. I waited, no one came out. I could see the employees watching me. I called the store. The answering machine said the store was closed. I had to park and enter the store. Fortunately I had a mask to ware. Why offer curbside delivery if you don't want to provide the service??

I must be invisible because I just stood at the counter for 4 minutes while 3 employees were working behind it.. not one even look me in the eye! Just needed to do a simple pickup. I'll stick with the Staples in Cedar Rapids.

Manger did not offer to replace a product that had a warranty they sold me even though it had been replaced before under warranty. Never do business with Staples.

You get what you pay for. I needed wedding programs printed and their quote was about $40 less than a local printing place which is why I went with them.I provided my own paper and had a template I had purchased through an etsy provider. When i picked up the invitations there was about half the amount of extra paper remaining than what should have been. When I questioned the girl she said they cut some wrong because the cut lines were off on the esty template. Well they ended up wasting about 40 sheets of the pearl white cardstock, which was going to be used to print other items. Lesson learned, next time I'll just pay the extra to have it done right and without any waste.

I get great service from my local Waterloo STAPLES! I love being greeted by name by the store manager, Jason. I depend on their expertise in my printing and copy needs. I buy all my equipment, computers & supplies at STAPLES! with STAPLES rewards I save tons of money too. They have helped out of many jams over the years even sending jobs for print, posters, manuals, etc to other STAPLES for pick up when I arrive saving me the hassle of taking large loads with me when traveling. My colleagues always know when they discuss office supply/print problems I'm going to suggest STAPLES!

I have gone to Staples to look at laptops many times. NEVER does anyone help me. I figure it's because I'm a 65 year old woman and not worth the time. Think twice! I bought my grand daughter , my husband and my own somewhere else because of your lack of service and help. Sam's and the internet is where I ended up. We defiantly need another office supple company in town.

The Staples store located in Waterloo IA offers a really horrible customer service, we all think that the customer is first but that is totally false. All they care is about their business and making money, they do not care if the customer is satisfied or not. If you are looking for some office supplies or other stuff DO NOT GO TO STAPLES.WE NEED AN OFFICE DEPOT STORE ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!
