Great customer service. I highly recommend this motorcycle dealership. I bought a brand new 2015 Yamaha YZF-R6 here about three years ago and I still have it. They helped me select the right parts to customize it and I love the way it turned out. Thank you Doug, the owner who delivered it to my house and thank you also to the staff who greeted us when we were in store. I'd love to buy another motorcycle next time.

Answered all my questions and gave me and extensive walk through of all the options my bike has, a lot of which my previous Harley didn’t have. I have had only a few opportunities to work with their service staff and every time has been over the top! I live just outside Dubuque, IA and drive past my local HD dealer to take my bikes to Silver Eagle in Waterloo. I wouldn't give it a second thought at this point. The level of customer service I have received from the service and parts department has been nothing short of amazing! I know my wife would kill me for even saying this, but I can't wait to work with their sales department. I have worked and managed auto dealerships the better part of the last 17 years and the way their staff has handled every one of my transactions thus far is how I hope my staff will treat the customers that visit my dealerships. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Keep up the amazing work!!!

I live in Wisconsin. There was a discontinued jacket I wanted but only 4 dealerships in the US had the jacket in my size, Silver Eagle being one of them. The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful. The day I called was particularly busy but she remained professional and super helpful. She helped me purchase the jacket over the phone, confirmed my address, and emailed me an invoice and tracking number. Coat was sent out Monday and I received it Wednesday. If I lived in Iowa I would 100% do business with them again. Should I ever travel to Iowa, I'd love to stop by the dealership for gear or even a bike, I'm that impressed with Silver Eagle. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Keep up the amazing work.

Steve D the salesman made the buying experience great. We got an amazing deal on my 2013 Electric Glide Classic. Everyone was extremely kind and great to work with. The finance department made the buying process easy. In addition to that we bought our full face helmets there. They even offered extra perks to the buying process, which made us feel even better about our purchase from there. Overall this is a great place to buy a bike from (I would recommend Steve D from Sales), we will for sure be back to purchase accessories and any other motorcycles.

We had a cut in our rear tire on our Victory Vision while on vacation. There were some guys sitting outside after work that took a look at it , checked it out, looked to see that they had a tire that size & told us to leave it there and they would get to it ASAP in the morning. Offered us a ride to the local diner or motel and sat with us while we waited for our son to come get us. Before noon they were done installing tire & rear brakes!Did not make us get the most expensive tire or brakes ( actually got the brakes from a nearby Victory dealer).Great service, great prices, great guys!Great place overall!

Traveling from New York to Montana I discovered that my clutch cable needed adjusting. I was passing through Waterloo, Iowa and stopped at Silver Eagle Harley Davidson. Service manager Roger Drewes got a tech right on it and I was back on my way within 30 minutes. It’s people like Roger around the Country that keep people buying Harleys.

Parts department folks are great. Prompt response and they had the part I was looking for, even though it is for a 30 year old bike.Where the rating takes a drop is their sales staff. I'm in the market for a different touring bike and was interested in the '18 Wing they have. Spent a few minutes looking it over, straddling it, checking out its cleanliness. No one came to talk to me. Then walked over to see if there were any Yamaha Tenures (none on the floor), and left. I'll proceed with my original plan of buying from Peoria, IL for my next bike.

Buyer beware of changing prices and added warrantys without your permission. Finance added an extended warranty to the paperwork without ever consulting me throughout the process and just wanted me to sign on the dotted line without looking. Extremely shady practice to do that so look over paperwork carefully before buying anything!
