Ordered delivery. Our order was over $100. Chicken noodle soup had 2 noodles 2 pieces of chicken and one piece of carrot in it. Pretty much got broth.They forgot the mt dew and gave one person a wrong sandwhich forgot her soup and couldn't bring us those which ruined her lunch (only have 45 mins for lunch).Offered refund for the missing items. Really disappointed. If you have an order that big I would concentrate and double check the items. Will not be ordering from here again.

Disappointed in my food I purchased paid $13 for two sandwiches and this one is hard as a rock and tastes burnt and looks like bread is a week old not very happy about this would not recommend. In addition the drive through wait was 20 minutes.

I ordered a Baja bowl and I asked for no pickled onion the server said it doesn’t come with pickled onion. I get my bowl it has onion, I go to take it back and they say sorry it’s in the salsa. Ok, fine, but then they give me like half the bowl full. They have done this to me before on a breakfast sandwich they literally stuck it in the microwave and I asked for a refund and got super upset with me. And they never have apples and didn’t even give us our side.

We came and order on the kiosk as we typically do. We sat and waited for our order to be called since there were no pagers. We waited for almost 15 minutes and finally went and asked about our food. It had been sitting in the counter waiting without us being notified. Our food was okay but one sandwich barely had anything on it. While esting the soup I had noticed a dirty spoon. To my surprise both our spoons were dirty.

drive thru Service is lacking. Severely. Ordered through the app went thru drive thru waited in line for 30 minutes thrn was told since im 1 min early i needed to pull around because people who ordered after me needed to get their food first. its now almost 10 minutes AFTER the pick up time and no food. and ive now been waiting for over 45 minutes.

Great for fancy breads, but really ho-hum for sandwiches. Soups are very good. My daughter says avoid the Mac and cheese. My chicken/avocado sandwich was not very good.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? Couldn’t even figure out how to get a fruit cup out without an employee throwing a fit and chucking a to go box at the wall. I watched 4 employees ignore a man at the counter looking to order.Like wouldn’t look his way or greet him because they didn’t want to have to help him. I’ve never seen worse customer service or morale in a business that serves customers as a business practice. I suggest their corporate office investigate their behavior.

To start, I never eat at Panera anymore (I used to quite a bit) since I think it’s very overpriced for what you get. I enjoy their salads and broccoli cheese soup, I would just choose to go to many other places for the same price. My husband and I stopped at this Panera on a road trip to my sisters. We only stopped because we had a giftcard. I’m not exaggerating when this is the slowest Panera I have ever been to in my life. We each ordered a you pick two, myself a salad and soup and my husband a sandwich and soup. It took a half hour to get it! Our soup was barely warm, my salad base was good, but the chicken was still half frozen, you could see the ice crystals on it. My husband said his sandwich was good. No apologies for the wait. The one plus was a nice guy that was cleaning tables that asked us how we were doing. We would’ve brought the food back, however we were crunched for time at this point and had to be back on the road. Overall a very poor experience!

I just recently had my wisdom teeth pulled and only wanted some Mac and cheese since I can’t eat much. Came through the drive through and only ordered a Mac and cheese, was told there’s be a 40 minute wait! Was going to come back but we were blocked in for over 20 minutes. In that time I decided to order online and there was only a 10 minute wait. Once we got to the window the girl at the register told us we could only pick up in drive thru if we ordered at the drive thru which is a complete lie, the building has advertising about ordering online and picking up on drive thru all over it. She was rude, and kind of stuck up. Would not suggest going to this location.

Food is great, if it's made correctly, but I've had a few terrible experiences recently.I ordered a cheddar broccoli mac n cheese, had to wait in line for approximately 25 minutes (there was no one else in line and hardly any cars parked), then received a white cheddar mac n cheese, no broccoli or veggies. This is the second time in a row this has happened.When I came back, I ended up going inside because no one was at the window (I waited another 20 mins).I have also ordered a veggie sandwich that ended up have chicken in it (I am vegetarian), and hair in the food.I typically don't complain about restaurants, but this is a countinuous issue and the staff/management seem like they couldn't care less. Won't be returning.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but they usually do not make the food correctly, making it not vegetarian.

I have to agree with previous reviews. Waited too long for our food! ...and food is just expensive (all Paneras). I am always taken aback when they tell me the total. Food was good, but they messed up my husband's. Gave him a whole sandwich instead of half, and a bowl of soup instead of cup. I am hoping we paid for what he wanted, and not what he got, but we didn't get a receipt. :(

I usually don’t come to this Panera, and today I was reminded why. Like every other reviewer has said, they are insanely slow. I mobile ordered, and it wasn’t ready on time. Once it was ready, I was in line immediately to pick it up through the drive-through. I waited almost 10 minutes again in the drive-through even though there was only one car ahead of me, and they were already at the pick up window when I got in line. The kicker is that my order was wrong after all that. So I had to go inside and wait ANOTHER NEARLY 10 MINUTES in line before someone would help me. At that point I just asked for a refund.

I come here every morning as a Panera subscriber to enjoy the benefit of free lemonades before work, but I’m considering going all the way out of my way, to cedar falls because this store does not care for their customers. More than once I’ve came into the store and they will be completely out of all the lemonades which is a top seller and a reason for the subscription, and the staff is totally okay with this. I’ve also seen many of their top sellers be unavailable through the menu, this happens enough times that I’m not enjoying the experience at this Panera bread and I’d rather go to a different one. This Panera bread also lacks cleanliness, sticky tables and horrific bathrooms. Staff admits to not making orders or not having things in stock because “they don’t feel like doing it” very poor work ethic with the team and it’s noticeable in their lack of concern for customers.

Before I leave my review I went and read some of the other reviews. I hope someone is looking at these reviews and taking note of how bad this store has become. I usually get the rotisserie chicken salad sandwich but the last three times I've ordered it I have barely had any meat on the sandwich. All you can taste is the vegetables and the bread. Today I went in cuz I love your chicken and wild rice soup and decide I would get the take too so I'm trying a new sandwich and it is very good. But they were out of a lot of the different breads that I could get it on so I had to go with another bread which is still fine. My complaint today is that I wanted a black iced tea and only one tea was out there. The ice machine was also down so we'd have to ask for ice, but since I was going home I just filled it up with a Dr Pepper and decided I'd put ice in it when I got home. The pop is overly sweet and extremely warm which probably has to do with ice machine being down. Like I said I hope someone seriously looks at these reviews and makes a change in this restaurant because I have been a very long life customer of this location and I'd really hate to take it off my list of places I don't order from anymore. My lunch today was almost $20 I could have went to a fast food place and spent five to seven dollars.

DO NOT bother with dining at this restaurant. We waited in line for 20 minutes to order, waited another 40 minutes for our food. Our silverware was dirty when it was handed to us. The staff either ignores everyone outright or is incredibly rude to customers that do manage to get any acknowledgement from an employee. I love Panera Bread but I will not be returning to this location. A genuine waste of time.

We had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to order. We had to wait another 30 for our food. A sit down restaurant would have been faster than this. I have never seen a Panera so slow.

Entered a fairly empty store at 11 am. Was never acknowledged. Friend & I waited at register for about 10 min while employees made eye contact w/ us multiple times. Never asked if we ordered already for pick up, needed to order or even hello. Do better folks. We left & patronized another establishment.

They had no ice available for drinks. Of course, I didn't find this out until I had already ordered and paid! If I had known there wasn't ice, I would not have ordered a drink. They should have informed customers at the order station. Plus the dining area was ridiculously warm and quite dirty for it being rather early in the day. Not a pleasant experience.

I can't believe I am still waiting for my soup & a salad in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes & over 15 minutes at the window. If it weren't for the fact I already paid I would have left.. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. It's been quite sometime since I have ordered from here...it's definitely going to be quite sometime before I consider coming back.
