The service I received at Waterloo's Milroy's was simply outstanding! That team of lovely ladies know their stuff and they work together like the finest of well oiled machines. Even the manager, though obviously occupied with pertinent matters aided in a nost pleasant experience. My personal stylist or should I say my "wardrobian savant" clearly had a keen eye for what my best selection was. However she presented it in a way that allowed me to feel as though it was my own vision of excellence. I went in for one piece and left with three. The selection to choose from is stuffed with extraordinary taste that has me looking for an event to get dressed up for! Indeed I'm quite certain I was the talk of the town. But most of all, it really helped make a special occasion, a special memory to treasure. Thanks. I'm sure I'll see you soon!

Out of the 30+ times I've had to rent a suit, this was my first from Milroy's. Meeting with the staff to get fitted was extremely easy and probably the most friendly I have ever worked with. As for the suit, I don't think I've ever felt better in a suit than the one from Milroy's! The fitment was perfect and their collective experience really shined through when I was trying on the rental. I will never go anywhere else for a suit, and I can't wait until I have a reason to buy a suit from them!!

I recently rented a suit from Milroy's. I was the Father of the Bride and wanted to look my best. I showed the staff photos of the what the groom and groomsmen would be wearing and they directed me to the perfect attire. Quanika, with her years of experience and expertise took my measurements and help me get a perfect fit. At the wedding complete strangers complimented me on how well I looked. I am a Mom of a 16 yo shy young man, and let me tell you the care and tentativeness they show him is amazing Quan is our go to for anything dressy! Prom will be amazing for him and this is our second year back to see her! Quan was just as good with us and remembered us, I know they take care a lot of prom kids! Thanks to Quan and the entire team Phillip wanted to come back to see her and will be back next year!

We got tuxes from Milroys for our groomsmen & our dads and they were everything we wanted and more! Everyone’s tuxes fit perfectly after having to make a few adjustments, which they made so easy. My sister accidentally got something on her dress 2 days before the wedding and they were able to get the stain out and have the dress ready the next day! I cannot recommend them enough!

Loved the service and the people there! The workers were patient, helpful, and courteous the whole time. I received my tuxedo within three days of ordering, and alterations were ready to be made on site. Not that they were needed...the staff did their job in finding the perfect fit! Honest, hardworking people!
