The lady I tried to talk to on the phone pretended she didn't hear me and hung up on me. Not going to waste the gas if you don't have the product. Won't be doing business with them again. And the customer service is absolute trash, waited 25 minutes for help when I did go in and the lady that works there acts like your supposed to know what they have in stock....

So apparently because there is more traffic over there then the other stores, they charge more and not by just a couple dollars!! I bought something there and paid 45.99 before tax to find out I can get it at the same damn store across town for 24.99! I am beyond pissed not a good reason to be charging that much more on the same damn item!

If you're going to operate a humidor, should have a clue how to maintain it. Worthless to ask a patron about your selection if you can't keep an eye on your sticks. Isnt a single place in this area that has a decent humidor, much less anyone with a passion for cigars...

I went there to buy my very first refillable vape. The guy I talked to seemed very annoyed at my questions. He was rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He could have made a better sale off me than he did. But, I'll be going elsewhere to get my products now.

Long and terrible day of work, and I was looking for relief.I was skeptical the employees would lead me in the right direction or if the products would actually work.I rolled the dice on one of the products an employee had mentioned.It took a while for it to kick in but MAN did it kick in.Desperately needed the relief and I would go back if I find myself in the same situation.***UPDATE***(From a different time at the store)Absolutely terrible experience.I attempted to return some CBD gummies because they stuck to the package and I wasn’t able to access them.The employee was yelling at me, telling me to get out of the store.I asked for the supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor.He told me I was the first person to complain about them.He said he was calling the police if I wasn’t leaving.I told him I was staying put until the police arrive.He called the police while yelling and telling me about how he just got out of the “system.”The police arrived and they said there was nothing they could do (which I understand.)I left.I updated my 5 star to one star after this incident.Will never return here again.I was planning on making more purchases but not after that outburst.It is very sad they would not honor a return for a defective product.

Beware of their return policies they don't explain to you before you purchase...ask for a manager who apparently is never there except if he is delivering something and will not give a phone number to contact if there is a problem...never seen or heard of a business where you couldn't speak with a manager somehow!...will be my last time@this store...explain your policies before you take the money!

Tried my vape before leaving the store after several bad product experiences. It was burnt. Employees confirmed it tasted bad. Switched it out for another one in the same flavor. Same thing happened. Switched it to a different size of the same flavor. Same thing happened. At this point, I asked for a refund because I only like a specific kind, the rest give me migraines. Employee called boss to get approval of refund which was denied. Boss told him outloud, knowing he was on FaceTime on speaker at the store that they weren't burnt and I had "covid or something" among other snarky remarks about me not being happy with the product. I've spent hundreds if not thousands at this junk store and won't be returning. Management has gone downhill so bad and they have poor quality products regularly. Shop elsewhere. I've had to throw away at least $300 worth of burnt disposables that were freshly opened in the last 3 months alone. Seems to me the employees are better than management here but their hands are tied and treated bad when they reach out to upper management.

Best place in town to get smokes! Almost don't wanna tell anyone because they often run out! BUT, good, honest peeps always helpful when needing recommendations. If I could rate them more I would 100/100

Buddies told me it was a great store.. everyone that walked in after me had a worker walk up to them and help them, not a peep said to me. 20 mins later and im still waiting. I head for the door and someone starts yelling at me "sir! Sir can I help you? Come back in" I was so irritated I just said "not anymore."

First time visiting this fine establishment today, and the so the staff treated me as if I was a customer from day 1. Super friendly and personable staff that are willing to help you with whatever your needs may be. They also have one of the largest s we s we selections of vape mods, atomizers, and juices that I've seen in any Iowa vape shops. All the and they also have one of the best selections of tobacco pipes and water pieces. Hands down a great experience in a great establishment ran by great people, thank you Greenleaf for great visit.

Kinda funny they only decided to care about being Google after I brought them 300+ visits because they didn't want add them selfs even employees didn't want to or feel like it.Otherwise pretty good place wish the knew more on devices they sell off hand other item I have have to look up what they are or for
