Huge isles, good deals, and friendly staff. It is very simple to navigate. The movie section often has movie cases but no Disc, what a ripoff. They also have restrooms.

Dropped off items on Wednesday morning and was greeted by the best person!! Troy was awesome!! Told us all about his upcoming birthday plans all while greeting us so warmly and chatting with us!! Good job Goodwill you hired an amazing employee!! Happy 40th birthday Troy!!!🎂🎂🎉🎉🎉 The gentleman inside was very personable and welcoming as well!!

Goodwill has always been a favorite in past years..prices get higher and higher but little stays with goodwill..check the facts about them..this spot is very dark at night. Sorry only a 3. Super important to feel safe and I certainly didn't here in the parking lot.

This is a basic thrift store operated by a non-profit. It is well lit, decently organized and offers a good array off personal items such as clothes, shoes and household items. Not a big selection of sporting, furniture or books and CD's as I have found at other similar to shops.

Not very friendly. The ones in waterloo area are cluttered and they seem like they want the item new. The best one as far as neatness,is the Waverly one. Plus the ones there are friendly and helpful. If i need to go to one ,Waverly is where i go. The one in waverly also takes electrical devices but this one doesn’t

The prices are through the roof! Every year the prices get higher and higher. You can go to wal-mart and buy this stuff at a much cheaper price. A used can of winter tree air deodorizer is not worth 2 bucks! When they go on sale after Christmas for 1 dollar! Horrible place don't waste your time. Drive to Cedar Rapids for good deals at a Goodwill.

This is the only Goodwill I have ever gone to that has refused my donations. The items were in good sellable condition yet the woman at the drop off said she did not see anything that they would be able to sell. I don’t believe that I will be supporting the local Goodwill any longer.
