What a neat shop! It's almost a museum. Very cool old radios and other equipment, and Angie went above and beyond trying to help us get what we need. Many many interesting items that werent available anywhere else. A very pleasant experience, especially getting to meet *Dolly* the big fluffy sweetheart.

This was a mail order purchase and it went flawlessly. A certain kit I was looking for has become hard to find but I tracked one down at Farnsworth Electronics. I asked that it be packaged well and just as requested it showed up double boxed. I know this cost them a bit more but it’s greatly appreciated. What’s more, the internal package was sealed with just a bit of tape, so I have a brand new padded envelope to use. Whether this was intentional I do not know but I’ll count it! The finishing touch was a nice handwritten note included on the invoice. These are the personal touches you don’t get from Amazon or big box stores and I feel good supporting a small local business. I will be shopping with them again even though I’m a couple states away. Outstanding work.

Great place to go for electronic components. Fills the void that radio shack left. They have the most common values of capacitors, resisistors and other semi conductors a hobbyist might need.
