I don’t know what this is but was very unpleasant in my mouth I’m very disappointed!! I got a sundae and always get the samething everytime I come, I know for a fact that shouldn’t have been in there. I worked in the fast food industry I know they seen that go into the cup !! It’s sad to say I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Just get ice cream, do not order any food items. It was a waste of money as I don't believe that they had all the correct items for the what is on the menu. Very suspect.

The man that waited on us at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Small sitting area . Some one probably wouldn't want to take a family with small children . There was only 4-5 small tables than a bar with couple chairs

We have become addicted to the Cupcakes. For those of you who do not know, the cupcake is a mini version of their normal ice cream cakes. It is the size of a sundae. You get chocolate ice cream, the fudge and cookie layer, and the top layer of vanilla and icing. Your own personal little ice cream cake without needing to buy the big one. Highly recommend.

The food is good. The ice cream is the best. Price-wise it's a little expensive but I always think it's worth it. I would give it more star. but the staff is always rude. I'm not somebody who orders a ton of food, and I never special order anyting. but they're always Snappy and act like I'm an inconvenience. I don't expect a lot but basic manners would be nice.

The young ladies that service here are really able to do a good job I'm serving you. They deserve your business and I will recommend you trying that brownie blizzard. We have purchased many ice cream cakes over the years never been disappointed . Satisfaction is pretty well guaranteed. The owner Randy is AWESOME 👍. He has been in the Cedar Valley all my life and appreciated him most of it. He owns several businesses that are all well maintained I believe he does a great job and deserves your business. TCB

Visited on Aug. 10 around 1:45pm. The gal that took our order was super nice, but another woman that was working there, evidently her boss, started lecturing to this girl about how to do her job, putting her down, in front of all the customers. Will have to think twice if I want to go back there.

Ordered a small oreo cookie blizzard! Couldn't find any oneo's just a few dark spots that indicated maybe a 1/4 tsp of Oreo's. Could have ordered plain ice cream for what we received. There are plenty of other ice cream stores in Waterloo! When I called was told to come back but no credit for next visit. Ha ha there won't be a next visit at any of the Hellman's Dairy Queens!!

They actually do stuff here... like... there's real people behind the counters workin the registers an everythin. They use their hands to dip the ice cream in fudge and it doesn't come of the back of a lorry or from the internet... weird. 75 out of 86.

We have gone to this Dairy Queen frequently we our family. The service has been good although on a several occasions the employees were talking loudly about their personal lives. In addition to the regular ice cream items they do have a selection of food but not the full DQ menu missing such basic items as French Fries.

Terrible service! Got a blizzard and it wasn't even stirred together. The butterfinger mix was on one side of the cup and the ice cream on the other. Didn't notice till I got home. So bummed out paid a lot for nothing. Wouldn't suggest this place at all! I'll stick to Four Queens where they know how to mix it up!

One girl dropped a dilly bar on the floor and decided it was ok for someone to eat since it was in the paper....one girl added more peanuts to my husband's dessert even after he asked her to stop. Never saw anyone wash hands and they don't wear gloves. We were hoping this visit would be better than our last and it was worse....won't go back

Normaly do a good job. Consistency of product is a little off but still good. Be careful walking and driving in the parking lot, it has a few big potholes and is in slight disrepair. Personly never had an issue with service.

Before We even ordered a red headed gal screwed up ppls order w cherry's on top of malt-When fella pointed this out-She Made A Face at other server In Front of Us All.The Corn Dog tasted like old grease, Needsd to Ask them to Bring Drinks that were sitting on their counter.BEST Part Was FuNnY Mirror we had More Fun With This than The Customer Service People!!

Paid 5 dollars for a burger that tastes like water. They don’t even have fries as an option for sides. Not the normal dq menu which sucked. Won’t be ordering food from there again

Would have been nice to pay for my cake and leave but the one girl at drive-through was too worried about her friends court papers at the drivethrough window. The other girl was in back. Not coming here again

The place is pretty average and sells the same DQ ice cream as everyone else, staff is really nice. This place however has no outside seating and that is one bad thing about it.
