I was taken aback by the outfits these young ladies had on. One gal looked as if she was in her pajamas with a giant cat on her head. The other was dressed cute but no concerns about food safety.Our blizzards had all the flavorings clumped at the bottom of our cups and were not mixed at all. Not sure I want to go back

My son got me a gift card for mothers day. The new BBQ chicken strip were Devine, and they still have dipped cones from wayyyyy back. Not just ice cream, burgers, rungs and fries too! Over looked and under rated. Great place.

I went through the drive through and ordered a sundae and a sandwich combo meal. They had me pull forward and later brought out the ice cream that I had ordered. 40 minutes later… a male employee comes out stating how he made the wrong meal, but I could have the wrong meal he made instead. I denied, stating how I would prefer a full refund after he stated how if I did want my actual meal I ordered, it would be another long wait… after already waiting 40 minutes. He stated to us how he doesn’t know if he can do that, but he will ask his manager. A female employee came out to my vehicle later asking what was wrong and if a cash refund is okay, as I did originally use my card to pay. I obliged, as I did not want to be there any longer than I had to at this point. The service was slower than I ever could have imagined and the customer service was quite poor as well. I am not impressed and will not be returning.

I used the drive thru, and it took ten minutes for the car ahead of me to get their ice cream. So by the time I got mine, it had been about 15 minutes. Overall, the peanut buster parfait I ordered was ok, but it didn't taste quite right compared to others I have gotten in the past. I'm not quite sure what the difference was, but I didn't even finish it.

Went there tonight and and the way the outside of our cups looked was not ok at all. We could see the dirt from who ever made out blizzards our cups had stuff from making our blizzard's ok n the outside of our cups All over. When we went back through the drive thru to have them remake our stuff we had to repeat ourselves four times. The one girl was like what's the problem she said it like 100 times, and then looks at her hands. The girl then goes and jump's on her phone, not to professional at all I totally understand being a teenager isn't easy.. come on you guy's have got to have better customer service..

Today is Friday, July 21st. I was just inside ordering at 7:50 p.m. when I witnessed a tall thin female employee working the drive-thru grab two cups at the ice cream machine. One fell on the floor and she picked it up and used it. I feel for the person in the drive-thru that ended up getting their order with a cup that fell on the floor.

Worst owner and franchise. Had a Bday coupon and the owner tells me to take it somewhere else after ordering multiple blizzards.Went down the street and they honored it no problem.Lifetime boycott from us. We’ll gladly take our business elsewhere after the rude service from the owner!

Downloaded the worthless D Q app. It lies and says you can get a 85 cent treat if you download it, thats a big fat lie! I asked the guy waiting on my son and I just to tell me how it works( it doesn't) they don't accept coupons or give you any points its all misleading they need to take all their advertisements down because they don't even have any of the new flavors I really wanted to try the churro dipped ice cream cone. I was sol and so is everyone else.

Store opens at noon on Sunday. Pulled up in the driveway at 11:58, no one came to take my order until 12:09. WTH?! I understand they were not technically open when I pulled up however, they could have informed me that it would be 10min. Slow service, very slow!!!!!!!

They have amazing cakes. Their food isn’t all that bad, and the ice cream is the same as the other Dairy Queen’s around town. During the summer, the drive through is usually packed full, the employees take a horribly long time to get the orders out the window, & the boss is quick to tell the customers to ‘get lost’ if they say anything about it.If you’re a patient person, this place is a-o.k.If you’re not, just keep driving.

Went to purchase a quart of SOFT serve twist ice cream. Have many times before. THIS time, got home and could not penetrate contents with a fork. Never had this problem before. Can’t imagine someone wanting to buy ice cream frozen so hard that it cannot be eaten. Be sure to tell them you want FRESHLY drawn ice cream.

I would literally give a zero if I could. I was here at 8:45. The lady working said they close at nine, so I said we have 15 min than. She says they are cleaning up..... if you stop serving before 9 than don't tell me you close at 9 when your sign says open!

This DQ is always clean and the ice cream and food is always great, our kids love it. The owners are very kind and always greet my wife and I with a smile. The staff is always nice and polite. We visit this location several times a month with no problems and none of the issues I just read about and I recommend this particular establishment to anyone who would like a pleasant experience getting ice cream. Thumbs up keep up the good job.

I don’t recommend this DQ at all. Slow drive thru. We were in line about 20-30mins. Pulled up and paid.. and they had us pull forward and wait for our food. So five minutes later we finally get our food.. our gravy was ice cold and chicken was rock hard. Won’t be coming back here. 🤦‍♀️

Went through the University Avenue drive-thru around 7:30pm and were told the kitchen was already closed and they don’t serve food after 7, but that information is nowhere to be found where the hours are posted online. Ordered two blizzards. One was correct, but hardly had any toppings mixed in, and the other one was not even the right blizzard. Not even close. Tried to call to ask them to correct it, and no one answered. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location, and probably won’t be giving it another chance.

Been going to this location for years since we live down the street. I don't know where Don the "old" owner went but I miss him! The staff now is Soooo SLOW waited in line <stuck> for almost 45 min. When I was finally able to order they were rude and didn't even get my order right! Seems like noone really knows what they are doing. Closing time on line says 9 but its 8 at about 7:45 a young man comes out and asks about the last 5 cars to pull in the driveway so he can get their orders there. He takes the order, collects the card/cash. Brings out the receipt and change. Comes out later with the order. Nice kid but its not a garentee that the order is right. Hopefully they get new hires with the correct training!

Drive Thur is extremely slow. I waited for over 20 minutes with only four cars ahead of me. The person behind me eventually left, so I decided too, as well. For two cars to be served in 20 minutes with another 2 ahead of me to go, I don’t see how that’s acceptable. This is not the first time either. The owner is losing business, and one would think that’d be an important issue to address at some point. I, for one, will be driving a little further to actually save some time.
