I eat at Culver's rarely because I am not into yogurt. Also the burgers are so greasy that the bottom bun is soaked. I don't like that. Not today. It was dry and I loved it. My GF was able to get gluten free food also. She liked hers sandwich. It would be nice if they had more than one toilet. One sit down is it. Not enough. People travel and dine in and it holds about 50 people. Yep a line. Not fun. Other than that it was great. I would go back there.

Food as always was great, counter staff were very skilled and courteous. Wait time was a bit much, but given the busyness of the time we were there, they did a great job. I didn't notice anyone in our section of the dining area complaining or returning anything. Speaking of the dining area ... It was arranged in a way that allowed the most seating, but with the small children being as kids are at the tables around us, the mom in me was stressed out waiting for one to whack a face into a table edge - and these kids weren't straying from their own table more than a foot. Culver's is always a hit wherever they build, I'm unsure why they haven't increased the store footprint just a bit more for their rush hours!

Good food and friendly staff. Took about 15 minutes to get my food but it was lunchtime on Sunday. They have gluten free buns that are properly heated.

My first visit to Culver's. You order at the desk and staff bring food to the table. I was expecting the waut to be longer since it was a very busy inside restaurant and very long lines of people at drive thru. I had chicken tenders which was quite good. Crisp and hot. They also offered a few kinds of dipping sauce. French fries were hot and crisp as well. My favorite part of the meal was strawberry shake with their own frozen custard.

The food was good, however, we waited 30 minutes for our meal, my husband went up to the counter and found out they never put our order in. The manager, apologized for our inconvenience but we didn't get our food for free or not even a free sundae for the mixup! The windows and window sills were dirty and dusty, the drink fountain had white hairs on it. The Culver's employees were just standing at the counter doing nothing, they have plenty of work they could be doing!!!!!The restrooms were dirty with poo on the toilet seats so I went to Lowe's next door. We are from Cedar Rapids and our Culver's are not this bad. This is the worst Culver's I have seen. We have ate at many different Culver's in the Mid-West and none has as been bad as the Culver's in Waterloo, Iowa.

Theyre wasn't anything particularly exceptional about this Culver's. I went here during the slow hours and only ordered a Cod Filet Sandwich in the Drive-Thru. They had it out in no more than 7 minutes. They are still on the old system. And the order taker was decent.Features: No masks or social distancing required.

Best butter burgers and custard in town. I really love the Wisconsin cheese sauce with the fries! I like the mushroom and Swiss burger the most.

We have eaten at this Culver's several times and our fries have either been under cooked, over cooked or very saturated with grease as if they have been sitting there for a while. We ordered two meals and both meals came with a kids meal size fries and both bags were not completely filled. Both meals were double burgers and it was instead a burger and a half. With prices going up, like everything, one would expect to get your meal complete and fresh. I normally would not complain if this happened once but it has happened several times over the last few months. I did speak to a manager and she said she would take steps to correct the problem.

The food is great, the atmosphere is great, they are great with kids and they are overall a great place to eat at. The only problem with this particular restaurant was the drive through handler seemed very pushy and interrupted me to get more details about the order rather than waiting for me to finish talking. Maybe I'm being too picky, it's understandable that they get busy and want to get folks taken care of as quickly as possible, it just felt rushed and like I didn't have time to think. Overall it was still great food and dining in is a much better experience versus than the drive through experience.Parking: Parking was interesting, if you go during peak lunch time you may get trapped by the drive through traffic if you aren't careful.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly and their kids meals include a free custard dessert, no "play place" but the staff is supportive of children and patient when the kids out in their orders.

Culver's is a one of very few restaurants that I will drive across town to pick up carry out or use the drive through. More often I stop there if I'm already nearby. I rarely dine in anywhere by myself, so if I don't feel like cooking it's a drive through for me. Culvers drive through is usually quite busy, it is always worth the wait. On my last visit that was no exception, they were slammed. When I returned home I discovered that they had forgotten to pack one of the sides with my order. I enjoyed what I had, the 2 pieces of fish and onion rings were delicious, even though I was stuffed, I was hungry for the missing coleslaw. I was hesitant to call, but eventually did. Not to complain or get anyone in trouble, just to let them know what happened. The person who took my call was very polite and told me to come back so they could make it right. Generally I wouldn't make a trip across town for coleslaw, but the truck was still warm and I really wanted coleslaw. They happily brought my side to the drive up and included a couple of coupons for my trouble. Whoever forgot to include my coleslaw has unwittingly gained at least 2 extra visits from me at times when I would normally go somewhere closer to home. Hats off to the Culver's for great food and wonderful customer service at a time when they were very very busy.

I always used to enjoy going to this Culver’s. However lately it has not been good. The last few times I have gone, they have constantly messed up something on the order and the drive through has taken up to a half hour twice now. (With barely any other cars there at the time) idk what is going on with this location but it has gone down hill to where I don’t think I will be back for awhile.

They have pretty good food and it’s been good. Wish that they still had the fried chicken that they once had. Now all they have are strips or sandwiches for chicken. Very good service also. Get too full with the meal that I usually don’t have room for dessert. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star rating is because I would like to have the regular chicken back. Their concrete mixers are great when I have room for one
