Since Best Buy is doing there best to not respond I will highly encourage no one to ever shop there again. We bought a refrigerator with the service package because it included installation and service and warranty for two years. Fantastic deal, right – WRONG! Fast forward 4 1/2 months we find out that the refrigerator waterline has been leaking since installation and has now leaked into the basement tiles down the walls making a mess. When the repairman came out who is a third-party, he reported and showed us where the sloppy insulation was how it should never have been installed the way that it was and it was totally installation error. damages you bet in the thousands. We have mold, no wonder kids have had sniffles. our kitchen is being torn up, basement is a mess and will be being torn up. Dogs cant stay here. Kids can’t stay and where is Best Buy liability- refusing to call me back. Don’t support stores that don’t back their service. Mistakes happen yes, but fix them!

I needed a case for my phone.. I had already been to a couple of other places and i was getting the feeling that I might have to order this thing on line. However as soon as I walked in the door a very nice enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable young man asked if I needed help. Of course I jumped all over it. Not more than 10 minutes after arriving I was leaving not only with a new case but a screen protector as part of an awesome deal I got on the case. I’m very with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate going back i I ever need any other electronic accessories.

Sold me an open box, all In one, Dell computer as EXCELLENT condition. Item was defective. Monitor was broken. Screen was cracked. Never was tested for functionality before putting it back up for sale. No exchange offered. Terrible customer service.

I make my big technology purchases here. In the last few years that’s been a high end graphics card, 3 TV’s, PS5, and a Nintendo switch. Usually orders are online with pickup in store. Great service!

I bought a tablet and it stopper working on an hour. They refused to refund me and said I was my fault for charging it with a charger (by samsung, who made the tablet) and not the charger from the box. I used the USB-C charger, the same one in the box, and it wasmade by the same company. Never coming here again.

Best Buy must hire unemployed paint artists or musicians that have rebelled against their accountant and homemaker parents. They're always friendly, with each other, laughing and joking amongst themselves while you struggle to find items. The nose rings, varied style of colored hair from blue to pink to purples is absolutely a must see to believe.After each experience of having to go into this store to be ignored and wait forever to be checked out is appalling. Even when you buy online to pickup they're late.I think they have a store manager, but I've never seen them, kind of like Bigfoot.

Handicap, no customer service. Makes the way to the back, again no customer service. Again, Handicap and unable to stand and hang around. When walked it, no greeting, was in store 30min. 3 emplyees up front on their phone. Had to stop and instead of yelling, gave a lil wistle. Then, said smaller gentleman with a beard, insisted and "got kicked out." Just for the fact didn't want to yell across the store. Said manager, informed "that they are not dogs." Wonderful customer service for your handicap clients.

Manager refused to refund defective merchandise. I've spent thousands of dollars in this store (three TVs, soundbars, PS4 Pro, OneX, PC games, etc.) often at a loss compared to online outlets (wouldn't match) to support a local business. Apparently Best Buy doesn't take customer service seriously, which is unfortunate, since they're also not competitive with similar retailers. I won't be back. Keep your resumes up to date, kids...

Customer service over the store phone is horrible. They don’t fix your problems or better yet they send you to a voicemail and never call you back. Purchased a MacBook. Don’t pay for their protection warranty plan, there’s no point. They are not certified to work on apple computers, so they will send your computer to the Apple company and you will have to wait up to 60 days to get it back. Meanwhile you ARE NOT compensated with a loaner for school or work. Horrible customer service. My brand new MacBook had horrible screen issues straight out the box.

They ruined my 13 year olds golden birthday because they decided while swapping out the storage they want to mess it up delete all our files expect us to drive all the way back to Best Buy and give it back to them for another 3 days after the first 3 days and still pay full price.

The Best Buy “chat” to get help online is a joke. They start to communicate with you and lead you to believe they’ll be right with but I waited for 4 hours and no one got back to me. There was an option to get a phone call and I tried that twice, but no one called.Don’t count on this terrible service!!

Walked in to get a phone with my elderly father, and the man at the front desk pointed us at the electronics section without offering to help us at all. We stood there for probably 10 minutes, all the while in view of multiple employees at the front of the store, with no offer for assistance. A very young employee with an "in training" name tag finally came to help us. He was very nice, answered our questions and apologized when they didn't have the phone we wanted in stock.It's pretty sad that we literally almost left because people who looked like they were in management positions couldn't even take a second to help us.

Stopped in to purchase a TV that was on clearance, they didn't have it on hand but could order it through another best buy. The associate tried to sell me other TVs that I didn't want, and stated that the clearance one was better than the newer version even though it was $100 less and clearanced? Either way, I didn't buy a TV here and picked one up at Sam's club.

I went in this morning right after they opened, and after going to three different stores to find a portable a/c unit. Whomever helped me (I can’t remember his name) went above and beyond to explain how the unit works, helped me bring it to the register, and even put it in my car. He was knowledgeable and great at his job! Thank you!

Prices are high, but quality products. The first clerk disregarded me, knowing I needed assistance, but she still went on break. I had great customer service with the other clerk, I believe his name was Darian. (?) He was very helpful and had knowledge about the products I purchased. He has helped me in the past and I believe he is an asset to your company in Waterloo. I will return again because of him!

I wouldn't go here for anything. My fiance and I waited a whole 25 minutes to get help everyone just walked around us wouldn't help us. My fiance went to go find someone they all either disappeared into offices or some were helping. But we knew they had seen us waiting because there were 3 or 4 cameras back in the washer dryer section and as we were walking out there were four people watching the cameras that could have helped us out. I am vary disappointed in my experience here, I understand if they are busy we will have to wait our turn but 25-30 minutes just to speak to someone that's ridiculous.

Stood around and waited forever for a person to help me and my father out buying a phone. The guy then skipped us twice and helped other people. The managers stood around while we asked them for help. At one point I stood up and went over to the three people in Best Buy shirts who were conversing, and they just walked right by me. I was clearly asking them for help. Then, once we finally got the phone, the thing to process a check would t work so they had to call a verify that a check had the funds available for us to proceed with the purchase... All the whole the cashier had to call the manager over, and over to keep coming back to help assist with processing a check. Do not go here.
