Worst store I have ever been in!!! Went in for my WIC groceries and cashier gives me a receipt!!! My mom went and forgot one of her items she already paid for and sent me in to get it .And I was stopped by a worker who told me my transaction didn't go through for my items as they are talking to me they said I had to go get bananas I purchased cause it didn't ring up ok I complied and they then told me my whole entire transaction was needing to be paid for the cashier went outside and helped herself into my car where my mother and kids were and got my groceries out then preceded back to the store where I was dealing with other people about this whole mess then get told to run my WIC card again which it declined because the purchase already went off my card .I tried showing these folks my receipt for the purchase and they wouldn't listen to me.so I not only paid for my purchases I got to leave the store without my purchases and told to come back in 2-3 days and have their worker help themselves to my property !!! I will not be back you all suck

It's being like 6 or so years since last time I came here, 7 m away from the Hwy, i thought might be a good idea to go and get a different style of pants that fit me, and I'd they don't fit I can return them in another store... I was right! But for the most part, the products and layout is the same. Good staff, clean floor, isles filled, quick paying process. Thanks

Good place to find up to date electronics, to every kind of dish of food. Just too bad these guys would never hire me back, because of a wrongful termination years ago, but thiers other driving places out there. So if you need it, these guys might have somthing closely similar to what you need lol

3 years ago when I first moved to Washington, I gave this Walmart 5 stars. While things haven't always been 5 stars, it made up for it in other ways. However after today I am now editing my original review and it's due to the new store manager Ryan and the team leader Cindy ( Deli/Bakery? ).For over a decade we would buy Farmland hams and have them shave them for us, as like most people we don't have a ham shaver at home. Never once had any issues having it done inside Walmart. Today we were told we would have to pay for the ham first then they would. Frustrating but ok, so I did just that. When I returned the counter I stood there for approximately 2-3 minutes while 4 employees ignored me until one did and she told to tell me that no they won't shave it. When I went to return the ham the nice lady at customer service tried to de-escalate the situation and suggested I speak with the store manager Ryan.I was unaware we have a new store manager which after this interaction it's clear why I've noticed so many negative changes at this location. Thankfully I have easy access to other locations, unlike many others. When he finally arrived I explained the situation and all I got in return is a claim things changed 2 years ago but he would look into it and do retraining if necessary for Cindy. No much of a useful response. We then explained several other issues we've noticed and faced at this location to which he basically ignored our concerns and went on to another task without trying to adequately address any of our concerns.If I wasn't so tired I would have refused to buy the cart of groceries we already had but frankly I was not in the mood to deal with the situation any longer. We spent $284 and usually spend between $600-1000+ every month at Walmart. It won't affect the bottom line but if this is how Ryan reacts in his first month as store manager then I expect him to be replaced in the short term due to a the completely different treatment of customers than previous to Ryan's tenure.

I like the variety of merchandise at Walmart. The staff are pretty friendly...but it can be hard to find help if you are in the main part of the store. Ordering online is also a great option.

Walmart has a variety of goods: groceries (including produce and a bakery), clothes, toys, electronics, office supplies, etc. Some food items are less expensive here than at HyVee. There are many self checkout lanes so you can get out faster. (Self checkout is easy: before we did it ourselves, it was a job for high school kids). Employees can help you find things, if you ask.The main problem with this Walmart is the size. Because it's in such a small town, it doesn't always have what I'm looking for (ex: 3-ring binders when it isn't September).

Just went through self check out and declined to rate the service. As I left, an employee came over, called up the rating screen, and filled it in. Very dishonest. She did absolutely nothing for me. I did all the work. If WM is putting so much pressure on your staff that they feel the need to lie, Y'all need to just get rid of that screen.

They need new management because the management that they have at the Washington Walmart. Do not go by Walmart standards by far. The store is always unorganized and very very dirty. And the frontend workers need to learn what a shower is and deodorant for sure.

Todays visit was normal. Nothing exciting to report. Shelf’s where well stocked. However, They did not have the premade fresh meatballs I was wanting to purchase. I was told they no longer stock that item.

Washington walmart has a lady that greets you as you walk in, I don't know her name but right now she has a sling on her left arm. She's always smiling and talks to you when you walk in. No matter what's going on, when I walk in and see her I'm instantly in a better mood!!!! Thank you!!!!

I throughly enjoy the employees. I have yet to encounter a grouchy unpleasant person. From the young men and women who bring out my groceries to the customer service to the checkout; which by the way is grievously lacking!Walmart is FREQUENTLY out of items I purchase on a regular basis, i.e. bread, 1/2 &1/2, unsalted butter, tortillas, chilies, I could go on but it services no purpose.It is by far my favorite store.

It’s an above average Walmart experience. They keep the store very clean. They are always making sure the carts are stocked. Some of the employees are not amazing; some truly are. The “pick up” people are over 5 stars. They are very helpful and wonderful to work with. I wish they had a better selection on some things, but if I understand correctly: Walmart corporate picks their inventory, so oh well. I come here roughly 2 times a week and normally they have what I need at a decent value. I would recommend.

Great selection especially for a small town. Easy check out (love the older gentleman at the cigarette counter) Even if staff is seemingly unhappy for whatever reason, when approached they are extremely helpful and polite.

I have lived in town for about a year. I lived in CR. It is a small Walmart but has most things I want. I like that it is smaller it doesn't take forever to go from one side to the other. It is way cleaner then the ones in CR. I'm honestly very impressed with this Walmart and the town in general.

Helpful employees. Often out of items. They always have hiring signs posted everywhere, but seem to be picky about who they hire. I'd love to work here!

Paint department is trash. Every time I’ve gone in there, you have to find someone to call someone; then that person doesn’t know any basics to painting and then lies about what they can do or what they have.

Eww deli chicken was horribly dry and had feathers on it!!! Took it back to get fresh chicken and he said they haven't cooked fresh yet mind u it was 3pm. Got a refund

The workers here are always helpful but today the girl in the sled checkout area went out of her way to help. My 2 yr old was in the cart handing me items to scan and the cart kept moving when she stood so this worker came over and held the cart still for me 😍 Thank you! (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name but she's tiny and has dark hair)

Has everything. Rearranging store so was like a new adventure. Self checkout predominate. I think I should get a raise since I am doing store work. Or at least lower your prices. But with just 3 registers open still moves steady

Be nice if they carried everything I need and have the same prices as Mt. Pleasent store. I drive to Mt. Pleasent to save money, have a larger selection, and I'm treated better there. Most, not all, of the employees in Washington seem like they would rather be somewhere else. When I don't catch them hiding down an isle messing around on their phone, I end of waiting for help in other departments. Poor department management and bad employee morale are more likely to blame then the employees themselves. What else would you expect from a large corporation though.

Nice store. The two young ladies in electronics were very helpful. They went above and beyond. Did not get there names.Was there on 2/12/ 22 at 1:30 bought a TV.
