I had a back surgery on Tuesday, and they delivered my recliner to Brighton from Washington on a Monday night by it's self. So I could have it. Great costumer service in my opinion.

I was looking for a lazy boy recliner with a print. They had one. I live in Cedar Rapids Iowa and Matt offered to deliver it, have my husband sit in it and if it wasn’t to his liking the delivery folks would put it back on the truck. Of course he loved it a LOT. What great customer service guys! Needless to say it’s now a fixture in our living room.

We went to look at recliners. We had checked 3 other places. We were greeted by Brian. He listened to all our requests of what we wanted and had a very good knowledge of the stock. There was no pressure he just made it a pleasant time shopping. He sat down in a recliner next to us and wanted us to take our time to make sure we found the exact one we wanted. We did we bought 2 lol. We didn’t get that one on one personal service at the others. Would definitely recommend him. Oh, the prices were good too!!

This is a MUST STOP for flooring or furniture. the folks are friendly, knowledgeable and NEVER pushy! We have filled our home with flooring and furniture from Marshall's. Well worth the drive from Iowa City. We adore Bernice, but everyone's been great over the years!

Great furniture, fair prices. Delivery really sucks was told I would get a phone call Monday after we paid. No call. Called to check the delivery date none scheduled was told he would call 2 to 3 days before. So we have no idea when we will get what was in stock and paid for. 🤔

drove from cedar rapids for there wonderful furniture and service was so happy I did not only is there furniture way better quality then those found in cedar rapids but they also offer free delivery something that furniture stores in cedar rapids wanted to charge me in the 100s of dollars to deliver a few blocks just crazy. delivery guys were wonderful even waiting a full 30 mins for us to be able to get the keys to our new place without any issues. will definitely be back for all my future furniture needs
