It was one of the cleanest Goodwill stores we have ever been to so wonderfully organized you would have thought it was a high dollar store. Very very organized. The only thing was a checkout we were asked if we wanted to donate the change to an organization that they support. That personally goes against my grain because Goodwill is not a charitable organization it is a for-profit operation. So that set wrong with me but my partner donated her 87 cents change. Otherwise the store was impeccable.

Love our local GW! Everything is well organized, the cashier was pleasant & making sure everyone who entered was masked, she also let us know the carts & baskets were sanitized. So glad they were able to reopen!

The store itself is pretty clean, but the bathroom was gross. The toilet seat was literally falling off and the room had an unpleasant smell to it. Beyond that, their brick-a-brack seemed a bit overpriced for a second hand store. I tend to see this more in rural locations, but every manager priced things differently. Overall, a pretty average thrift store experience.

Cashier over charged me and I explained to her, that my total wasn't right and she said no it's right and I said NO its not. Did she try to help me? NO, so I asked for a manger and yep she over charged me $11.87. Check your receipt or pay attention when they're ring you up!!!!

Great finds and great deals. Found a beautiful dress marked at $5.88 and i got an additional 50% off because it had a special tag, bonus! Definitely going back!

wow. the discrimination here. they're always hiring and I cannot even get an interview.is it b/c I have a BA? Is it b/c I'm German and not from this area?I know the employees here aren't mentally challenged so what does it take to get a job at Goodwill?Does the company get some type of financial incentive for hiring certain people?

Shelves were pretty empty, lines were pretty long. There is a lot of people in need this year. Please donate to your local Goodwill!

I have a personal problem with goodwill, it is donated items given to this company and they mark up the prices to a few dallors less then what you can purchase it in the store on some items and some items that they don't think you want or need they price real low. They for get with out the donation they wouldn't have a business

Please update your hours on google. I dove an hour to find out your store doesn’t actually open at 9am, it opens at 11am. Finding something to do in Washington Iowa at 9am is near impossible.

If your going for a 90s vibe as in clothes, goodwill is your best bet, cheap and good prices for your needs here at goodwill, mostly clothes.

Lots of things in the store with no prices on them. Sadly, they won't sell anything that does not have a price sticker attached to it.
