This store is an oasis of customer service and selection!! Unbelievably stocked with relevant items and one off selections that might save your day! Customer service is over the top great! Worth a little drive...I'm 40min away and I would go further if I needed to!

Love this store! It has a variety of anything you need for home & yard improvement. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, unlike the big-box stores where you have to wander around the store to find someone to help you.

I love going to this store in Washington, Iowa for all if my home repair & update needs. It is great that as soon as I walk in the door, I am ALWAYS greeted with a smiling face by their employees & asked right away if there is anything that I need help with. All of the employees are very friendly, outgoing, & are very familiar with what their store has to provide to their customers. They are all so happy to help you out with what you are looking for or what you may need. It's a very positive shopping experience. The store is a very nice store. It is big, very clean, & full of something for everyone!!! I love this store & the employees that make it a great place to shop!!!

I like this store because they take the time to explain the merchandise and how it works. They are helpful and assist me in finding the best product for the job. I am surprised they carry some hard-to-find products (Soaps, cleaners, shampoos) that many stores discontinued.

Always a nice experience, with helpful attentive staff. I'm often surprised by some of the items they offer & have in stock. In today's world of poor service most places offer; it's a pleasant experience & worth paying a bit more for some items.

Usually has what you need.Problem with this store is that all products are over priced. Good example. I needed a fuel filter for a lawn mower. They had it but wanted $12. I bought one from a place 2 blocks away for $2. Same exact part.The real kick in the pants is if you buy an item off the web to be picked up at the store you can save a considerable amount of money.If I need something from Ace you better bet I'm ordering it. People drive across town for gas that saves a few pennies why wouldn't they use the web and save dollars.

This is one of the best hardware stores you are likely to ever go into. Well worth the drive. Every customer that walks in is asked what they need and told where to find it and a clerk usually meets them there to help them. they usually have at least one person on staff that can give excellent advice on how to repair something and they have extended hours which is a godsend on some days.

Ace n more give great service. Always greeted at door and askwd if help needed. I am there 3 to 4 times a month and they have almost everything i need for the golf course. Except 2 1/2 inch pipe but no one carries it anymore. Thanks for the great service..Gene

A great small town hardware store. They have a large selection of tools. Plumbing and electrical supplies are adequate. Toys, coats, clothing, shoes, boots. They try to have something for anyone needs. Window screens can be brought here to be fixed. Helpful employees.

I get a lot pvc pipe and they're very nice employees so I think it is a good storeBut there bigger peices are also way over priced . good example there bigger price of pvc pipe was 10 dollars to expensive

Very disappointed in their guns and ammo pricing. I try to patronize my local small business, but thats ridiculous!Most their guns are $50-$100 over their competitors and when i brought this to the gentleman's attention he said he is barely making a profit on them.Complete lie, business actually get better pricing than the general public.I ordered a .357mag in the exact same brand and specs, from the same company for $72 less than Ace and More's "sale price". Absolutely unacceptable!I've seen Henry rifle prices up to $125 less than what Ace and More are asking!Price gouging at its worst!

Pretty much everything I saw here was majorly overpriced. Some items were priced as much as 75% more than fair value. Prices should be reduced to reflect the actual value of the products.
