Was amazing on getting my recall parts in and done. Until they call me it's done and my fuel tank in the bed of my truck that was almost FULL of diesel was drained. They play dumb and say it was parked inside, ok so employees don't steal or drive diesels around here? so ok whatever let's go down the road, nope the alternator goes out on a 2019 with 60k they! Does nobody test drive?! Thats all fine but do nothing and can't offer me a vehicle or anything(was told this is not a rental car shop). I'm fine with everything but 400$ worth of diesel fuel is what really gets me. Can't wait to see what Chrysler says about your operation.Update: after getting the truck home and replacing and alternator they said was bad the same problem continued. So I dived into the area they worked on. They had a disconnected ground wire they didn't attach! What a joke

As soon as I called to book the appointment they were very informative an was great too get me in for an oil change...when I showed up to the appointment I couldn't have asked for better service. I waited the 30 Minutes asked a few questions an was told the issue...(the issue I asked to be looked at when I made the appointment ; now part is ordered an going to be fixed next week)..thank you for the great service an family environment👍 I will be recommending them to my friends an family.

I am not from the area, had a check engine light come on 20 miles away from Delzell Brothers dealership, pulled into the service area, spoke with an individual who was able to get my vehicle looked at right away, while the vehicle was being looked at I was kept up-to-date by a mechanic who was very polite and even more knowledgeable (explained the issues very clearly to where you don't need to be a mechanic to understand and he also answered all of my questions), they weren't only able to fix my issue in a short amount of time, but they also made me aware of two recalls that had been on my vehicle and arranged to have those issues fixed as well! I also had my oil change done two days prior to this at a different location, and apparently they didn't tighten the drain plug and oil filter which they corrected for me as well! If I didn't live so far away, I would take my Jeep here for all maintenance!!!

Hands down the best. The Delzell family and staff are good honest and respectful people. The value of hard work is not lost on this business and you can tell they have a heart in all they do. It may be a drive for some not in the area, but trust me it's worth it!

2013 Dodge Avenger. They we're fair, upfront and honest about the quality and pricing of the vehicle. They were prompt in returning calls and emails. They even stayed late on a rainy night to help us through the paperwork and so we could get our car on the road when WE wanted to, not when THEY had time.

Absolutely terrible service. Make sure you check the value of the car before you seriously overpay!! They price their vehicles atleast 2k over value price. I’ve used multiple sources to check car values from them and even a few banks and every single one states they are asking way too much. I asked if their prices were negotiable and I was told no they will find the right buyer, in other words whoever isn’t fortunate enough to know any better. I will never buy a vehicle here. The salesman was super cocky and unhelpful.
