Great staff! Went to another clinic and our two dogs had to be muzzled for checkups. Took them to Walcott and they never had a problem with them and they didn’t need to be muzzled at all.

The clinic staff were great and so good with our large, nervous dog. Our dog took to them well and the doctor was very professional, thorough and informative.🙂The facility is very clean and nice. We were glad to get blood work results right there and then at our appointment. We were also able to be the only animal in the waiting room as we asked due to our pets anxiety. We did have to wait about a week to get the appointment, but it was worth it to get our boy established with a good clinic. The costs are standard for the Quad City area. We will go back.🙂

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did not try to push any additional vaccinations on my dog (even though I wanted one of them).I had several questions about my new rescue dog and the veterinary Nathan was able to answer all of them.

I am an OTR driver and my dog got sick and we needed a vet. This place was a godsend! The staff was compassionate and understanding. They got my baby right in and did everything to help. Under the circumstances I was expecting a pretty hefty bill and was shocked at how reasonable the price for our visit was. Can’t say enough good things about this clinic...

Everyone that works here are absolutely great. I would highly recommend anyone to take their pets here. They treat you and your fur baby like family. They're caring and they don't rush you in and out the door. My puppy loves going to see all of them.

Misdiagnosed our dog did not suggest doing any further testing kept giving antibiotics when dig had pyometra which is what I told vet I thought it was he obviously did not listen so had to get 2nd opinion for my dog to have surgery and still be alive. Money paid every visit on time but not worth it what so ever. Would not recommend at all!!!

Very poor service. They do not have upfront pricing. We just had our dog spayed. Was told a price Over the phone and then all of a-sudden price went up $100 more dollars, front desk person said “oh, sorry, that was the price for the cats”. Receptionist at front desk is not friendly and gives off a large amount of poor attitude. No check in after surgery, from Dr. Nathan. When we came to pick up our dog, we asked how everything went and front desk says “oh, I have no idea, the doc has already left for the day.” Oh ok.... Save yourself the time and do not come here. We have been coming here for over 2 years and service seems to just keep going down hill.

I take both my 4 year old BLKLAB and 2 year old GSD here. They are always welcoming of my questions. The DOC is quick & they have catered to my GSDs behavior issues with other dogs. They entire staff is very helpful. I'm thankful of them being able to work them both in together and cutting me a deal on the exam fee for them being in the same day. Great Vet.

This is the only vet in the quad city area that I would trust with my beloved Larry. I had to make the tough decision yesterday that as pet owners we all must face. Been going to walcott vet for over 20 years, always had five stars for them. They have went down hill so much so that my dog is permanently damaged from nothing being done for her over 4 visits. It's so sad to see a place that cared so much is now all about money. I would warn you that if its something serious don't bother going, it could cause permanent damage to your pet too. Sure wish dr. Allison was full time again, he really cares!

Im a otr truck driver.. my puppy has a uti.. was at the clinic at 815 am.. asked if could be seen.. nope were over booked.. hmm 1 car in drive.. .. went to park find another spot. Came back by 830.. no cars in drive.driveway.. so busy..smh.. guess didn't want my money or to help a puppy.. bad business

They accepted me when alot of other vets wouldn't. I called numerous vet clinics to get my litter of Olde English Bulldogs tails docked and alot of the clinics wouldn't do it. For that I am very thankful and I will be changing vets.
