Definitely didn't get the wash I expected from Iowa 80 today. This is supposed to be the flagship and they're not living up to their reputation. When my truck dried it shows dirt, streaks, and brush marks. I'm seriously thinking of stopping at a Blue Beacon and getting it fixed.

They do a really good job, I don’t know why people had negative reviews about it here. Truck washes aren’t always perfect but they got me shining just right 👌🏾 D was working the night shift and was really nice. The dried pictures are after I waxed and polished, but it would look just as clean if I hadn’t. Hand dry your trucks, you’ll like it much better

I came in to get my truck desalted and cleaned, I still have bug residue on the corners of the cab and salt film all the way around the truck.all they did was power washed the truck with no cleaning brush in use.windshield still has salt residue on it. I quit coming here about 7 months ago because of a really bad wash-one side partially clean and the other not clean. I had to go to Blue Beacon in Indiana to actually get the truck cleaned

Stopped and had my truck washed. I dropped the trailer for easier access. Granted the truck is black however they weren't busy. I was the only truck getting washed. I pulled and let it dry. When it dried they missed a good portion of the paint and most of the chrome. If you can't find people to do a better job then maybe you should close the doors

I bring my pickup truck to this place. They washed it. It looked worse when they were done with it then when I brought it in there. It is still covered in dirt and grime, and after rinsing it was covered with water spots as well. I don’t think they got all the soap off of it. I went inside and asked them to come look at the truck. The guy was super nice and offered to rewash it himself. He re-washed it and unfortunately it didn’t look much better than it did the first time. Wasted money. I used to complain about the Blue Beacon from time to time. I don’t think I’ll ever complain about them again lol this truck o mat place here is the worst ever. I’ll certainly never return. The blue beacon seems to be the bomb.

Very disappointed. What happened? Looks like you started using reclaimed water or something. I didn't notice at first but, what happened to the spray on wax? And I asked for the engine degreaser, when I came out from paying you were closing the hood, so stupid me, I assumed you did it. I don't believe you even so much as sprayed water in the direction of the engine. Come on guys. You can do better. This is Iowa 80 for goodness sake. Had to wipe down the entire truck with a spray wax. Still couldn't remove the spots. Missed almost the entire back of the trailer. It looks really good when you spray water all on during a walk around. I don't know if I will use you guys again.

This experience didn't start off too well in the beginning. For over $100 at a wash you'd expect for them to actually get the dirt off!! After leaving out of wash and wiping our truck down to get the salt & dirt off ourselves, Randy was the only worker to check on on everything &ask if things were okay(it was not!) He then took the initiative to do what he can to make it right! He then alone re-washed the truck making it sparkle again ✨️ it literally was a huge difference than before. Randy was The ONLY one to check on us &our truck. He deserves a raise. Thank you again Randy! We are appreciative. *I only gave 3 stars 🌟 because of Randy.

Bought a teuck in Oregon and stopped in with it on our way home. Moss covered and just hoping to get the dirt off. One boy started the job and 2 others jumped in to help. Bless their hearts they did their best and it does look great! Better then I thought it would. I say boys because I could be their mom! Good job and we will see you with the next truck.

Stopped in to wash my truck like many times before and know it will not ever be perfect but bar none this was the worst job in 36 years. I paid for an engine cleaning (they didn’t even spray it as far as I can tell) the right hand side of the sleeper had not even been touched and looked exactly the way it did when I went in. Top of the hood was barely touched still has grime on it. I should have went back but I’d already been there an hour and a half. Have had good luck for the most part in the past but it really depends on who’s in charge when you get there. Very dissappointed.

How in the hell do 5 guys miss so many spots on my truck!? Worst truck wash I've had in a long time! Only part of what that was good was the sides of my trailer!! Next time I'll give the Beacon a shot at it

Great place to get your semi truck wash for. Friendly staff. Truck and trailer looked great. They and a loy better than the completion. Good price too.

Well I thought I’d give these guys a try over the beacon because I know what kind of wash I will get there. This place is no different that it required me to spend an hour cleaning the streaks from their poorly filtered water. Add to the spots they missed like the back of the stacks, the insides of the mirrors and the headache rack. When a group of guys only job is to wash a truck and they fail at that. I won’t return even if they give a discount.

washers don't know how to scrub! mirrors, chassis and rims dirty after washing... yet it was evening I was the only truck they could have done better 😏

5-15-200 around 5pm. The service I received was unacceptable. After pointing out several places that they missed it seemed that I was talking in a foreign language. The employees just stared as if they couldn’t understand me. After pulling out I talked to the on duty manager, the response was, oh pull around we’ll take care of it after washing the other trucks in line. No apologies, no concerns. Train your employees!! I had to go across to the Blue Beacon to get the truck washed correctly.

These guys do a really great job on your truck and trailer. Way better that the Streakin Beacon and for a little bit less. Plus why not give the doggo a bath at the same time? Pet wash is located right there as well.Good, fast, and cheap, you really can get it all.

It's alright,but not like some of the Blue Beacon washes I've been to,seemed really rushed and no attention to detail, Beacon asks what you think of the job but not here..pointed something's out but decided to leave because it took awhile to get into wash bay,had to go,like I wrote its just alright..

They were nice but nice unfortunately doesn’t clean the truck. Drivers side of the truck came out really good. Not sure what happened to the passenger side. No brightner on the wheels at all on that side. Young guys kinda just wash a little here a little over there no real direction.

One of the worst washes I have ever received. Bugs still on windshield. Dirt on trailer. Dirt in wheels. Terrible. I highly recommend going somewhere else for a truck wash. This place does not deserve your money.

A TRUCK WASH AT THE WORLDS LARGEST TRUCKSTOPI found it weird that this gentlemen charged me BEFORE even pulling my truck in. This is the garbage wash I got, when I asked for his name he didn’t want to say it. Hopefully management sees this and addresses the situation. this is considered STEALING, didn’t even bother to spray the truck with the pressure washer even after I paid for a “scrub down”

Hands down better than the Blue Beacon! And a little cheaper! Didn't have to pay for extra scrubbing like the Blue Beacon charges either... those guy's got in there, scrubbed my tractor and trailer down with brushes and the power spray. It also has an automatic spinning brush that got the tougher high spots on the trailer.

Friendly/great people here but worst wash and longest wait of any truck wash. Washed last night and stayed the night... Took photos these morning, was going to go and have them redo it but on a schedule and no time to wait an hour. Had the acid and brighter as well as all the wheels added but obviously it didn't help here as all this looks like going thru an automatic car wash or actually worse.

This is by far the worst truck wash I've ever had in my life and I've been doing this for 29 years..I was at this truck wash around 630 and this is the quantity of the truck wash they gave me..heck Blue Beacon does a better job than this..I'll never use this truck wash ever again .this is the second time I've had this happen at this exact truck wash only this time is far worse

One of the baddest truck wash! Don't come here! Don't waste your money and time! On my experience bay #1 the young guys and girl, did terrible washout. Slow, lazy and unprofessional people. But they charged as a Bluebecon, even couple of bucks more than Bluebacon. Finally the truck is dirty. You need always show them by finger washout here and here and here. Maybe ofher guys is better, but avoid this two young guys and girl. Good luck to long haul drivers! God bless you!!!
