I like the I80 truck stop. I wish they were all this nice. Has sit down restaurant and multiple fast food choices a blue beacon for a wash. Showers are nice and clean. Has movie 🎬 room and theater room, can also do laundry get hair cut ,dot physical never been to shop, has food in fuel ⛽️ area as well think it's a Bimple subs.

Pros:- Huge parking lot.- C-store, food court and restaurant.- Gift shop with a rich selection.- Large selection of trucking gear and parts, mostly for tuning.- Amenities such as shower, laundry, dentist, and chiropractor. Showers were clean, washers and dryers are very effective.- Repair shop on site, Blue Beacon across the street.- Truck museum within walking distance.- Friendly employees.Cons:- Everything is overpriced. I guess such a big place needs as big of a budget. While I wouldn’t mind paying a few extra bucks, I won’t be paying twice or thrice the online price.- The restaurant serves mediocre microwaved greasy food. The waitress was sad and slow, forgot the plates when she served the appetizers, and got the wrong drinks. As mentioned above, it was overpriced for the reheated dog chow I got.- The repairs shop is incredibly slow and, yes, overpriced.I edited my review to reflect a more recent, non-covid experience: overall, it’s a great place. You will always find a spot to park, and it’s always a nice experience to browse the stores, even if you don’t buy anything. And it’s not only for truckers, tourists, families, and travelers should definitely stop there!

I love stopping here on my way through Iowa. They are always adding new and interesting gadgets for us Truck Drivers. The restaurant here is well staffed, with prompt and courteous wait staff. The buffet is always being restocked with fresh choices. The Travel Center as a whole, is like a Truck Driver's dream. There is Chrome as far as the eye can see and everything from mattresses to fans to refrigerators, all for the comfort of the Drivers. This is definitely a must see for Truck Drivers as well as the motoring public.

Waste of time going to the repairs. Their hours are vague, they barely work, and they barely make contact with the people looking for service 🙄. No wonder I never see the repairs busy with crowded trucks. Worst part is that they don't have a place to rate so it looks like they can get away with being lazy. I understand not letting the customer bully you, but when you abuse it to the point where you barely work.....well that's just sad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this repair service. You WILL waste your time.

This is LITERALLY the biggest & best truckstop I have ever been in over my 10+ years of truckin around different parts of the country. . . . A "must see" place to visit. . . 500+ truck parking spots!! WoW!! 😲😍

Remember not make repairs or change tires here, they only use their tires, charge $120 only for change the tire plus the tire obviously you have to buy🤬that’s not matter if you have spare 🤬

Its almost always a good experience when I stop there. Usually in and out in a short time. The sub shop was closed but still had food in cooler for a quick bite. The restaurant was open earlier in the main building. Really good food and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful

T.A's are the lowest form of a truck stop. Always wanted to charge for most of the parking.Poor rewards program. I think they can tell with the number of fuel purchases.1 step up from the people that close. Then you cant use the restroom.

Probably the best place in the USA to stop for the night or take a break. Their restaurant is pretty good, could be a little better but definitely better than some places you come across. They also have a variety of fast food restaurants too. Lots of cool stuff to buy inside. Their shop was fast at making a repair and everyone seemed pretty friendly.

Gigantic truck stop with very poor food choices. The worst taco bell, spent $20 for tacos, chalupas and crunch wrap that's full of grease, barely any meat, mainly lettuce and sour cream, crunchy tacos and crunch wrap are wet and soggy. If you're hungry, think twice. It's just not worst what you pay for.

Okay, so as a non truck driver I had to go inside, swipe my card twice (once for 'activation' and a second to pay for a pre-determined amount of DEF(you just cannot fill up), THEN come back in for my receipt. The worst transaction I've ever come across.

Fun stop for the family, dinner is decent and the truck dispays are cool especially if your not exposed to trucks like that normally. The service shop is 24/7 and generally takes good care of their customers. All around it is a perfect way station on the road to your destination.

We stop here every time we go by. Renovating right now to make it even bigger and better, more modern. Still very usable during renovations. Great place to use the bathroom, shower, get dinner, souvenirs, or stretch your legs for a bit as you look around.Always a family favorite

This truck stop has it all for a truck driver one of the finest truck stops in the world and the biggest. I love going into the store cause of its size and such nice gifts to pick up for family and friends. We buy our fuel from TA cause of the fuel discounts on fuel. I like buying fuel from TA cause I usually find parking at one of their locations getting disappointed by how many reserved parking spots they are making.

Used to be my favorite place to stop till T/A bought it and screwed it up. Had an AWESOME theatre like going to the movies and so much more.. T/A is ruining good service to the drivers, seems they don't care. Mark my words, within 2 years, 50% of their parking at ALL locations will be pay to park. That's what they think about us drivers.

That is for repairs shop they don’t have the tools to do camber alignment. They don’t have parts and they start working on your truck, after they found out and fix your truck the way was and for that they will charge you. I check in at 1:00pm and the tell me in 5-7 hour but I get in at 1200am and the start working after 1:15am. In that time was only 1 mechanic so if is possible go somewhere else. In rest 5*.

What a joke the repair shop is. Called and asked to see about a new battery install and they said it will be a 4 hour wait. Funniest part is. I called from the parking lot and could see they had no one in the shop and the service truck was there. So I walked inside and asked and they said o it's gonna be atleast a 6 hr wait because we are so busy. I guess people in the service bays on thier phones a sweeping is busy to them!!

Today was my first time visit @Oiwa 80. The reception was the employee Alicia: "only to know that in 4 minutes we close and must take another dish because we go, throw everything in the salad bar" and did not even ask us what we wanted to drink. For the biggest surprise was when she quickly said I brought them the ticket and they believe? $ 24.64 for two people. I want to clarify that we entered the restaurant at 8:50 pm. We had to literally swallow our food.

This TA travel center is the largest in the USA. It has 900 truck parking spots. No matter the time of day, there will be a place to park your truck here. There are multiple eateries. There is a Pizza Hut, Wendy's, and a Blip Sub to name a few. Showers are clean, at least the cleanest one would expect from a truck stop. It's a great truck stop over all.
