Small place, showers small old water temperature is vonstant and warm, but not to clean, place is good enough, staff id nice that makes worth, pilot coffee and whole milk dispenser for a good coffee.

So, store itself is small. Only 2 showers. Small parking lot. Only about a dozen spaces or so. Subway inside. Reason for 2 stars is because I felt I needed a hazmat suit to get out of truck at the fuel island. Definitely in need of some major cleaning here. Pics posted.

The pumps are very tight and broke down. The bathrooms are nice though.The Subway was particularly bad It was dirty they didn't prep anything didn't have the products for the sandwiches I wish I could do my job so poorly and still collect a paycheck

Shower drain clogged. Shower overflow filled the sink and toliet area. Used all towels to mop up excess water. Slip hazard……………

Clerks were nice. The bathroom only had two stalls and we had to wait for those washing their hands to leave to exit the stall.. The sink was really high and difficult for my child to reach. There were two kinds of soap which is a great feature if you had to maintenance your car. There was clean windshield fluid and wipers. The building was clean and the convince store had a large variety of items including sunhlasses!!

I stopped here to use the restroom and get a drink! I was dismayed when the bathroom had a handicapped accessible sign on the door but I couldn’t get my small wheelchair in either stall! I told the gal at the desk my dilemma and immediately a man behind the desk spoke up and said that the handicapped showers are big and do have a restroom inside as well! He immediately cleaned it and unlocked and let me in!!! No one knows how much this was appreciated!! Thank you pilot! You did a great job hiring these two gems! I was there on 05/27/2023 @ about 10:30 am! These two deserve employees of the year in my book!!!

7-15-23Just stopped in for a quick bathroom break.Very small bathrooms compared to other Pilots we've been to.Ok place. Pretty busy.Fairly clean.Nothing special.

this is a very good very great place to be you've got your six or seven buildings you have your regular truck stop place that's great you have your mall that's really awesome you have your Museum awesome multi Church awesome everything here is just so awesome and it is the biggest largest truck stop it's called Iowa 80 awesome there's always places to see things to do look around it's well-lit and it's clean awesome the whole place is just awesome

Short lady who was at the register was very rude to my dad. He spoke English to her and she told him she doesn’t understand him and threw the receipt & change on the countertop.

I'm (not a truck driver) and stop here a couple of times a month traveling from state to state. They have the most amazing bourbon pecan coffee! There are other restaurants at this truck stop, plus I-80 Truckstop is across the freeway overpass. Great coffee options are what keeps me coming back here!

Parking for about 20 to 25 trucks. But, don't worry there are two other truck stops on the other side of the highway that are way bigger. I like coming here because of the McDonald's. It's right next door and has a truck lane. This Pilot only has two showers and they always seem to be in use when I come here, but they are always clean. The bathrooms here are also small. They have a Subway inside the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This Pilot is designed basically for a quick get in and get out but, yeah you guessed it, other truck drivers will be your biggest pain. I'm just glad the staff keeps on top of everything. Biggest downside is that part of the parking spots are right behind the pumps. So you might get held up trying to get in or out during the morning and noon rush.

Good service is only during the day when the good workers that want to work are there... when comes night time... you get the older nastier lady's that don't know how to communicate nor provide decent service....now understand me and the wife are Truckers otr.. a younger couple than most truckers in our mid 20s... yet you'd think that since there is 2 pilots in the same location you'd think the service would be good... mostly everyone is respectable... but the only person I can say has a nasty attitude is the lady that goes by June. According to her she has 17 years of service, she said she provided for pilot yet her customer service speaks other wise...no offense (June) she shouldn't even be working if she can't provide decent customer service at a gas station... Now I know why TA and flying J is the only good spots..

Just love this Truckstop, my favorite one I've been to so far. Lot's of different places to grab a bite to eat, plus I could spend hours just looking at all the cool things in the stores, not to mention the museum has real Semi's inside the building. Family friendly as well.

Husband and I stopped for a shower. The employees were very friendly. Bob came to get me when my shower was ready. I asked for an extra towel and he already had me one in the shower. Showers were clean. The whole store was clean. Will definitely be stopping here again.

Nice gas station. Public restrooms great coffee with choices of creamer. Gas prices competitive with other.They did have self service window cleaner and wand. So helpful to get those windshields clean of bugs and back winsows of dust and debris, that the window wipers and fluid just cant get.Many pumps, no waiting.

Stopped in for a shower quick at 10 pm. Walked in asked how long the wait was. Three employees just laughed and said no idea. Really you cant even give me an estimate how many are in front of me? Nope just we have no idea. This isnt the first time. I realise you only have two showers but give a person an idea atleast. It IS the last time I will ever be here. The pilot across the street is just as bad. Neither one can give an idea of wait. Sorry but see ya and wont ever be back

I noticed that my pump and asked 2 other drivers and they noticed the same thing, Each of us noticed about 10 cents when you go to get started already reading on the Pump meter. One guy even restarted everything and said it still came up with 7 cents so they're ripping every single driver off by just a few cents but imagine the thousands of trucks get fuel up here?

disappointed with lady manager skills 17apr2022 17:00 , vent to fuel and my girl vent inside to take qvick shower, manager doesn't allow her to use shower which was available at that time due IDIOTIC policy (she claims) i need to park first before she can get shower,wow! she don't drive i do and im fueling which whole process take 35min including waiting for open fuel spot and i don't even going to shower, after 25 min i get in for receipt (at this point she was very polite) and ask her about this shower rule and stated that it is idiotic when she is not a driver and im fueling and she needs to wait for me ?!? that is stupid, from that time her politeness disappeared and becomes someone else then manager of high brand company, i already fuel there - but that is for last time, across there is TA ...700$ in fuel goes there next pass by, ....BAD management.

This is one of my usual stops when I go to see my daughter. While the much larger I-80 truck stop is on the other side of the interstate, I prefer this one because it is less crowded, the staff is friendly and I've never seen it dirty. The gas is generally the lowest price (or close to it) along this part of the corridor.
