Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine and poop on floor and toilet. Attempted to buy a shower to use a clean bathroom and was told showers were currently unavailable. If I could give negative stars I would.

Gas price was $0.02 cheaper than the truck stop across the street, but the shower sucked. The handle to turn it on was stuck, the soap dispenser was empty, the dispenser above the sink was just sitting on the counter as it was broken off the wall. There was no floor mat so the grumpy attendant gave me a towel instead. And no hooks or rails in the shower to hang a washcloth from.

Good place to stop for fuel, easy in and back off the exit. Store is organixed and clean, has a PJ fresh with alternative options for food. Arbys is the fast food inside. Pilot has atm and scales for semis.

Stopped for a shower. The pressure was non existent. When trying to turn the shower head for different options it came right off. Room #6. Not sure how others are but I give this one a massive fail.

We stopped in to get gas. Prices were excellent compared to across the street. As a reward member, I was lucky enough to receive a free can of Pringles. After today's gas purchase, I may have earned another free item. Their reward program gives you gas discounts as well as other discounts. The staff was so nice when I got my free item. There is plenty of truck parking here.

Waiting for one hour for a shower, reason is one there to clean used shower ( but there was so many workers just jabbering at cashier no customers) By far this is the worst pilot (even owner pays attention only for the positive reviews looks like he/she doesn’t care anymore about business)

The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. The place was pretty packed, which I thought was funny because across the street was 80 truck stop. I got a fountain soda and a pack of smokes, used the restrooms after filling up, and dipped.All in all, it's not a bad experience.

The showers here are terrible! No water pressure at all! You’d be better off waiting til it rained outside.There’s only 1 good shower with excellent water pressure. Shower #3.All the rest are trash. Can’t even rinse all the soap off yourself.

The woman working today has the showers clean and nice. DRIVERS MAKE A HABIT OF LEAVING A TIP TO ENCOURAGE THE WORKERS WHEN YOU SEE THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN THE SHOWERS. I for one, love a clean shower and will be stopping here moving forward.

Plenty of truck parking lots. Staff was very friendly and helpful and with smiling face, shower was available and it was clean and water was hot enough, Arby’s meal was very good with Pilot reward points. I am here for 10 hrs reset and really enjoyed staying here. I will come again for sure.

16JUL2022 @ 18:27:41. I arranged a shower at this location. This system works by assigning shower numbers next to customer numbers, on a Flat-Screen Display. As they become available, there’s usually an audible announcement as well. There was a few customers ahead of me according to screen readout. I was number 129. Number 126 was assigned a number. Average wait periods can be up to 30 minutes. So, I sat down in the laundry room, located in the same hallway as the showers. However, after 10 minutes, an employee passed by me in the laundry room. I got up and checked the screen because I saw the same employee helping another customer with a shower assignment. The screen displayed my shower number being the same number the attendant was going let another customer use. I asked why he would do that seeing me sitting and waiting. He got irate. Stating I didn’t need to be so stern.I’m sorry. Sometimes I forget how a 61 year-old man, hobbling around with a cane, can appear threatening. I am however, becoming increasingly aware of threatening behaviors being displayed towards older people. I will not be going back here. I hope this brings some awareness to all who read and consider stopping here.

How some area never change.Everywhere I been over this country for over 20 years I have never paid for you a cup of ice usually get it and go and especially when you have your own cup.Had to pay for some other items but notice I was charged for a cup of ice as if I had purchased one of there cups.I mean just stop judging people off there looks and appearance,when will the hate ever stop?Other than that a good Pilot to parking good and the facilities are clean but some will never stop being judgmental until it’s there time to be judged.

Plenty of parking available when I arrived at 1400hrs. Repair shop closed. Hours of operation for shop is M-F from 8am-5pm. Sat 8am-12 noon. Must be nice to have Bankers hours is this day and age. Small C-Store with limited choices. Only positive side was showers 🚿. Extremely roomy, clean and well stocked. Great water pressure and temperature 🌡.

Guess it's a typical pilot with an Arby's for the most part. A guy doing laundry said the machine wasn't using the soap he put in, so I skipped doing my laundry. Your mileage may vary.

Wheeewee baby!! When I say I had the cleanest shower today!! Hot water, great pressure and extra clean!!!! Thank you so much to Courtney who took her time and did a great job of cleaning my bathroom before I showered!! I was having a rough day and anyone knows a good shower makes you feel better and for that I am sooooo grateful!! Koodles to you Courtney for a job well done and for making me and my OCD feel at ease to go in and sh@t, shower and shave as we say out here on the road!! Your kindness and care was definitely appreciated!!

Positive: Fuel was cheap (relatively speaking). Additionally used $0.05/gal Good Sam discount.Negative: Very difficult to get Class C RV (32 foot) and TOAD out of the pumps. Tight space. There didn't appear to be a gasoline option where the big rigs filled up.

The place is dirty I paid for a shower and the morning shower lady, the person who cleaned the shower was very rude, I had a bad experience plus I had to take my 34 hour reset. Never stop there again
