BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP THIS ONLINE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from them!! I know this is just a small item, but if they can’t take care of a small order I would not trust them with a large order. I ordered a wrench from the website that was to be 8” long per the description and when I received it was actually like 5-3/4”. I asked for a refund and they would only refund the price of the wrench not my full cost for the item and shipping, so basically I was going to pay for their mistake. They said they would refund the shipping if I returned the wrench. I did return it and after several follow up calls I was able to get a full refund. This place has some of the worst business ethics that I have seen in a long time. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere!!

The ordering process online was simple and easy.The shipping department left a bit to be desired. Between the lack of protective packaging when it was shipped to the way that UPS handled it, we were lucky that it didn't get dented or bent out of alignment.

So when my wife asked me about some gauge covers I choose the wicked paintable which is is everything you see in the pic with all the covers and that's what was shown on the web site so she ordered it but when I get it in the mail it's only the tach/speed and 15 small gauge covers. Now they say that's what she ordered bc they have changed the web site my wife even has pic of the stuff she ordered they have been pretty shady about it so I'm sending it back bc that's not worth what they charged me for it I know one person really wont make a difference but they have lost my business !!!!!

Horrible company to order from. Ordered a 350 steering wheel from them for hubby's birthday. It wasn't the right one. I sent it back they are saying it is all scrateched up and the horn button will not release so they can't resale it. Total bs. My hubby looked at the color said wrong color. Returned it wasn't even taken completely out of there packaging. So long story short they won't give me a refund and they are keeping the steering wheel I sent back. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them.

As the world's largest truck stop you would think you could go in and have a good dinner, but it's just an over priced sandwich shop. I should have went to one of the multiple fast food joints there.I'm so sorry for the bad review I gave about the restaurant. I was given the wrong menu and assumed the had no dinners, I was wrong. Again sorry.

Update from a bad review that I guess they took down. Long story short I had ordered a full set of fenders and when I came to pick them up it was a disaster. They made what was wrong right! Customer service handled everything great. The huge mistake was fixed when they covered the shipping to my business.

This is only solely review for phone customer service at IOWA80.COM. I would give it 0 star if i can.Placed an order end of OCT 2020. Today is Jan 6th 2021. Still have not received my product. Sent email, no one calles back, left message so one reply. I called to complain back in December but only spoke with one person, she said she'll call me back. No words from her. Called today, Jan 6th, 2021, a gentleman said that since NANCY is out of the office until Monday, no one knows about her claims therefore I would have to wait, again no solution for their customer. I guess my $200 order is too small to really be an important customer. My husband always buys from them when he cross paths with their store location.Being in customer service for 15 plus years, this is the worst customer service I've experienced. How can you not provide your customer with a solution except "if you were my customer I would call you back", "my manager have her own schedule, she comes in, in the morning." . I'm sorry, you work for the same company please feel the importance of helping each other out because in general, a customer is a customer of the company, not of an individual. Please be professional and put people on hold while obtaining information from your colleagues because I can feel how you think it's a JOKE regarding my complaint. Internal issues should not sound apparent to a customer while they are on the phone with your representative, it just sad to hear.Crossing my fingers that this will not lead to another few months of one way correspondence.
