Needed a bite on the road to keep me satisfied for my long drive; of course there are other food choices available on site, but I was looking for a healthier option. Luckily there's this gem among the other marbles; granted it doesn't look like much at first, but I gave it a try and found exactly what I needed.It gives off a "coffee shop" vibe (obviously, it serves coffee), calm and welcoming; but the food options are great for all times of the day. Just healthy made sandwiches with bagels instead of bread; however one of my sandwiches wasn't made with a bagel, but might've been better than the bagel option itself. I will also admit, the sandwiches were a little pricey; but with how fresh ingredients were that had been added I can understand.It's a little difficult with how much of the truck stop there is to explore, but I definitely recommend this place; with it's friendly staff, and top notch food choices.

The young short-haired girl behind the counter was way more interested in what was on her phone than serving me. Just wow. Very uncomfortable to say the least. I apologize for inconveniencing her. The food was pretty good but a bit pricey. I would not order here again. P.S. The other young lady in glasses was the only reason I bothered to complete the order. She was nice and actually cared.

I stopped In excited to get a coffee and bagel. I get my bagel and it was toasted when I asked for it to be untoasted and they gave me a small drink when I ordered a medium. Which no big deal people mess up. I politely let them know I paid for a medium and they begin lying to me telling me that was a medium when the cup was tiny. I looked at the cup sizes on the counter and it was clearly the smallest size they had. I pointed that out to them and they continued to lie to me telling me it was a medium. Refused to give me my money back. I never get angry with my order being wrong but this was infuriating when they were lying and charging me for not what I ordered.

Nova lox bagel was so good. Ciabatta does not taste like Italian one, it’s like American sandwich. Hot coffee is good, definitely recommend this place anyway.

Have eaten here around 5 times over the years. Food is always very good. Staff, though, is mighty unfriendly, most of the time (I think there has been an exception or two). And after being cynical and snotty while taking your order they make you sign the receipt, for no other reason than trying to get a tip out of you. I'm done with that. Will choose Blimpe by the diesel fuel island from now on.

$7.50 for a bagel and 2 10oz bottles of juice. Its ordinary food thats way overpriced. Cashier also seemed like she didn't want to talk to people or even be there.

The food is delicious, do not get me wrong. The food was not the issue. It was the lady working at 6:45 AM on 7/18. This was my mother and my second encounter with her. The first time, she took 30 minutes to get out our two bagels (two asiago with cheese and egg), serving others who ordered after us first. This time, she nearly burnt my mom’s asiago with egg and cheese bagel. She took three times to get my bagel right (an asiago with just deli turkey and cheese). The man before us ordered coffee and was going to serve our bagels before his coffee and he ordered before we even showed up! 10/10 food, -2/10 customer service. Maybe the afternoon crew/person is better, but not the early morning one!

Terrible customer service if you dont like your job find another one. Sandwich looked like pig slop. Check you food before you leave. Will not stop order from here again. Truck stop needs to find another vendor for location. Tried to order a coffee couldn't order hot beverage. Why have a coffee shop if your not serving coffee.

Worst customer service ever. My husband ordered our coffee and breakfast, there were a few customers ahead of us and the cashier told him that there was another customer with the same name ahead so we took a seat. We sat there for about 20 minutes, patiently waiting.During this time we saw 2 customers return claiming they received the wrong order. A woman with dark brown hair was very apologetic and remade her order, same thing with the second customer. After witnessing this I told my husband "they probably handed our food to someone else so he went to the counter to ask.The same dark haired woman told him "it's right there" pointing to the bag the woman claiming to have gotten the wrong order had left on the counter 5 minutes before. My husband told her he was not going to take that because he saw the other woman returning it, the woman got upset and yelled "ok, I'm remaking yours". A few minutes went by she walked up to the counter and threw the bag at my husband.i got up and asked to speak to the manager, come to find out she was the one by the register, meaning she knew and saw everything happen. I'm highly disappointed and disgusted that even with all the safety protocols these days anyone in the food service industry would allow something this disgusting to happen.

I’ve been to this place multiple times and today I ordered breakfast burrito and caramel iced latte. Asked for half of caramel and was told: “not guaranteed dog, we’re busy”.At the end they did what I asked for, but what kind of customer service is this and who talks to customers like that?Won’t be a customer ever again

I'm a big fan of bagels in general. I ate here when I stopped at the I-80 truck stop and let's just say, this bagel was life changing. So good I went back and ordered another. Now I'll be looking for Einstein locations in the future.

Stopped in while making a cross country run, thought bagel sandwich sounded good. I ordered a garden avocado and when I took my first bite there was no avocado. I opened up the rest of the sandwich to find there was only a green stain on my bagel. I know avocado is typically a more expensive topping but c'mon, I am paying for it. It was a great disappoinment.

Since the largest truck stop on the planet as a whole does not sell plain ol Maxwell House, I was delightfully surprised at the well mannered and knowledgeable staff who fixed me up with an alternative to my gold standard that I have been pleased with for past decades. The Fresh and Springy LAKESHORE blend is about the Best. Thanks Vivienne for making up my mind for me, Good Choice. I can brew this grind to ANY strength and it has zero bitter. Just more amazing taste. If only the convenience store there would carry Ben and Jerrys Oat of this Swirled, I'd be in heaven.

The worst caribou I have been at by FAR. This is very disappointing as this truck stop is such a busy truck stop and could bring so many customers to caribou as a brand. The cashiers were rude and the baristas didn’t know how to make any of the drinks. Caribou/Einstein corporate really needs to get into this store and help them.

Showed up at 8:50pm on 8/3/2014 and they would not make me a mocha because the espresso machines had already been cleaned. On my way back to Michigan where all Caribou Coffee shops have closed which means I won't have Caribou again until I visit my family for Labor Day...
