I utilize the hydrotherapy services. My dog has cancer and I started a 'bucket list' of things for her to do. This was on the top of my list as she LOVES the water. We have used the current swimming pool and the underwater treadmill. She seems to really enjoy it. The staff is so friendly and understanding her situation. I recommend this place if you are looking for hydrotherapy. I haven't tried out the other services they provide. But I've seen several furmoms and furdads picking their pups up and they seem very happy with the other services they use. The pictures I took aren't the best since she was on move the entire time.

We've been taking our pets there for years and have spent thousands with Urban Pet Hospital and Resort, but after our latest grooming and daycare, we are looking elsewhere.While in their care, our dog was injured and was unable to bear weight on his right front leg. They gave him injections for the pain and I was given carpophen at pickup with a $100 charge for the exam, injection and pain meds. When I asked what happened, the front desk didn't have anything in their notes. When we dropped him off he was not injured so this was odd.After paying, I went back to pick my dog up from daycare and the person in daycare brought out a pair of dogs that weren't mine. Luckily a person we have worked with before saw me and took me to my dog. It was really weird that I could have just walked off with someone else's pets.I couldn't stay and ask more questions so my wife called in to get more information. After my wife asked for information from the front desk person, the vet started yelling at her over the phone saying we didn't answer when he called, which was true as we were both working, and our dog needed the treatment. The vet could not tell us what happened to cause the injury. He even said we should not come back if we had a problem with his care. We never doubted that if our dog was injured, he should be treated. We just wanted to know what happened.We understand dogs playing together can lead to injuries. That is always a possibility when you take pets to a daycare with shared spaces which my dog loved! The staff knew us and would ask us about our child and the daycare staff loved having our dog there.The unprofessional treatment of my wife from the vet was unnecessary and we will not be back even though we were offered credit for the whole situation.

We have been taking our pets to Urban Pet Hospital since summer of 2003 and we have been very pleased with Dr Regmi’s veterinary care. He has great professional insight and has always been spot on if we had to go to Iowa State. We’ve taken in cats and kittens that nobody wanted and with Dr Regmi’s care they have had an excellent quality of life. He’s also been there for end of life care and I cannot imagine going through that without his compassion for our fur babies. Dee is also awesome and gives excellent customer service whenever I have any questions. Her product knowledge is also top notch. She always gets back to me in a timely fashion too. As a loyal customer, I wish I had given a review sooner

Best Veterinarian in Metro...Dr Regmi and his Associates are Absolutely Amazing. Our 13 year boxer had a Abscess/Tumor on his lip and we did not think he will make it...But Dr Regmi did the surgery and year later Baby Oscar is fine and in good health. Thanks again Doc.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was told on the phone they did not have an office visit fee and when I came to pay it was more than my regular vet. I had only gone there to have my dog participate in doggy daycare. The daycare staff was horrible and the place is dirty. I left in tears with all the rude things they said about my dog which I wasn’t even allowed to see the interactions. My dog left super anxious and wouldn’t leave my side. I will never come back here and do not recommend for anyone else interested in daycare services.

I contacted Urban Pet Hospital 8/29 to schedule boarding for my 3 dogs at the end of September. When my call was answered they assumed I was trying to schedule for Labor Day and said they were already booked. Once dates were clarified they started taking info for one my dogs and then just asked that I send proof of vaccines for all 3. I emailed those the same day and never heard back. I called again today to see if they got my info and was told I’d get a call back by 1 this afternoon. I’ve yet to get a call back and have decided to board elsewhere. Poor customer service experience.

Dr. Regmi has looked after all our pets for over 15 years, and he has proven himself time and time again to be unswervingly committed to the their welfare. He simply goes above and beyond and genuinely cares. Additionally, we’ve been incredibly impressed with Dr. Goodall, and the techs and the office staff are simply amazing! They’ve done an incredible job managing the clinic during the difficult times of the pandemic.

We love this place! We have taken our pup to many overnight boarding facilities, and he loves going here.Staff is very friendly and attentive. They will take care of any special needs your pet may have.We also use them for grooming, and they are very flexible.Top notch 10/10 great facility and staff.

Over the years I've only been here 8 times with a couple different cats...They know their stuff. They'll take care of your furry friend. Surgery can be pricey... But they attempt to make it cheaper than other places.I think their prices are pretty fair.

I cant say enough good things about this hospital! Today was my first experience with my dog Mia and as someone who has worked in the Veterinary field for over 15 years this was the most polite,professional clinic i have been in! My dog is a rescue and is terrified of being away from me and both the doctors and technicians were very kind and patient with her. Both doctors took the time to talk with me about a plan for her care on a Saturday when everyone is usually rushing to get off for the weekend.i will definitely recommend this clinic and will be back!

The entire staff shows such compassion and concern for you and your pets needs. We have had a number of special needs pets and everyone here has gone out of their way to help us in coping with their needs and dealing with their loss. I've never had a bad experience here in all the years that we've brought our fur babies here. They listen and take into consideration everything you have to say. Dr Regme is very knowledgeable and gets you a diagnosis quickly; even making test result calls personally to you. I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm glad we found Dr Regme and his staff and I would suggest to anyone, to give them a visit and see for yourself. You'll love all they have to offer.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced! Our cat was sick and wasn’t feeling well so we made an appointment for 9:30 AM. We showed up at 9:20 AM and sat in the waiting room while they allowed a 9:45 AM appointment and a walk-in customer to go before us. We ended up just leaving after waiting 30+ minutes without even getting acknowledged that we were there. It shows how little these people care about their customers and their pets!

Couldn't be happier with level of care given to my cat Jojo. I came to them in a frenzy, and I left very calm and confident. I spent almost 3 hours with them, and I can't say enough about how professional, patient, and courteous they were all throughout.JOJO STATUS: It's one day later, and Jojo is doing great, and I'm more than confident I'll be back whenever she needs a checkup or treatment.What these guys do is not easy. I have the utmost respect for them and definitely recommend them. A million thanks.
