I wish I could give six stars. If you want to be absolutely sure you’re taking your pets to a clinic who cares deeply about animals, this is the place! My little one and I were cared for quickly and with so much love. I will definitely be making this my primary vet care for any pet health concerns going forward. This place is amazing! Thank you!

We love this clinic. Dr. De Vries takes her time in each visit to explain the problem and potential treatment options. She doesn’t push unnecessary medication or treatment like I’ve seen other clinics do. Staff is always pleasant. Happy to have found this vet so close to our home.

I foster and bring my dogs here to get checked out. Each time I've came in everyone is so nice, very educated, comfortbale seating and clean. I had brought in two of my fosters, one of the dogs brought in and she was going to have to have surgery, they gave me time to give her much love as there was a huge chance she might not survive. Unfortunately she did pass, but I know she was in the best hands possible.

She is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and includes you in the decisions being made about your pets.She always gives us options and makes sure we understand them. She takes her time and we never feel like she's in a rush, even when we know she is "squeezing us in"She surrounds herself with great support staff. They are always kind, have a good knowledge of our pets and understand that our pets are family.I highly recommend this clinic. We would never go anywhere else.

My dogs and I love pet medical center of urbandale. Not only are they kind and caring about the animal but their prices are soo reasonable. When my lab mix had to have CCL surgery this was the place we went. They treated her so well that I choose here for my other dogs luxating patella surgery as well. Thanks for being such a great place!

Our dogs are loved and spoiled like they are part of our family. And, over the years, we've experienced all sorts of problems (eat things they shouldn't, get bit by other dogs, hot spots, hip injuries, etc.). We usually can get a same day appointment and the prices are reasonable. But, that isn't why we wouldn't take them anywhere else. The reason we only go here is that Dr. DeVries (and her staff) clearly loves our dogs and cares for them like we would.
