Lovely Sofa! Had the same sofa in another fabric previously and it was gorgeous and comfy as well! This has the look of a leather couch without the hassle of leather and better for pet owners. All cushions are removable and can be unzipped to wash if needed. Comes with 4 nice, and actually attractive, pillows. 2 of each as shown in close up photo. Nice deep seating that holds up well and should withstand normal wear beautifully! Very happy!

I had an extremely great experience at Homemakers. This is my first time buying furniture from this company, and it definitely will not be my last.The prices were very reasonable and the purchasing process was so easy. All the staff members were so nice and willing to help. The pick up process was very organized and the men that helped load my car were also very friendly. If I weren’t so excited, I definitely would have taken advantage of their express shipping!PS: I love the cookies, cafe, and drinks that can be served when shopping for furniture!!

Helped our daughter purchase a new living room set from Homemakers last night. We’ve used Homemakers for all of our furniture needs and have always been 110% satisfied. This experience was no different. Our sales rep, Mark, was so professional and accommodating. He took the time to show us many different options and made us all feel very comfortable throughout the process. Our daughter decided to go with a Flexsteel leather power reclining sofa and matching chair. My experience with Flexsteel quality has always been very positive and I could tell this set was no different. Great style, solid construction and very comfortable. Our daughter decided to finance under their 18-month no interest promotion and the furniture will be delivered in just 3 days. We’re confident our daughter will be a longtime customer of Homemakers just like her parents. Thanks again to our sales rep, Mark, and the very nice guy who helped her with the finance process. Very impressed with the entire experience!

Other than the ottoman I added in a couple weeks later not arriving in the correct color the furniture was perfect. But they were quick to notice when loading it on the truck and contacted me immediately and reordered it in the correct color. This error might have been prevented if you would include color numbers in the email they send you. Rather than just saying it’s in the written order. In this electronic age that isn’t acceptable.

Great service when shopping! I didn't have to ask for help. The sales person could tell by my face I was overwhelmed. Took their time with me as I looked around. Three different employees for three different areas and ALL were polite professional and helpful. Delivery guys where professional nice and asked how I would like my recliners set up. Recliners so comfortable I bought two.

My GF and I bought a bedroom set among other things in October and was told it would be Feb before it would be delivered. We called in Feb and told now March. Called in March and would be in April. Called in April and told they weren’t sure when! They don’t call us and provide any updates. We are just a number and not a customer and they don’t really care if we give them our business or not. It would be easy to call and say there’s a delay not just wait for us to call so we can get a run-around. I deal with overseas shipping and lots of stuff and haven’t seen a 6 month shipping time yet even with port closures and everything else. We got a treadmill delivered from them a few weeks afterwards and it was dropped off with oil stains on the box that transferred to our carpets as well. I know customer service lacks from years ago all over, but they seem to really want to make it a competition from just how to finish at the bottom of service levels. Pictures are of the oil stains from the delivery as well.

Walking into Homemaker’s is overwhelming!! I was looking for new living room furniture. Rodney asked if he could help me and he was awesome! He was very helpful in selecting a couch and loveseat. Then we went looking for a recliner to go with them. He knew what would be perfect for me - one that rocked, swiveled AND reclined. I also needed an area rug and with couch cushion in hand, he found a very compatible rug. Thank you Rodney for your knowledge, advice and patience.Oh but I was no done yet. I also needed a new mattress and box springs. Taking advantage of the President’s Day sales, I think I got a pretty good deal. Again the sales person was great.I spent at least 4 hours at Homemaker’s but it was worth it. I’m happy with my selections.My furniture arrived today and it looks great!The delivery men were very careful with the furniture and mattress.

If you want good prices and great customers service buy Homemakers. I went to a lay z boy store originally and it would have cost me $7,600 for my furniture. So I drove 2 hours to homemakers and saved $2,400. I just wish they were closer to my location but since I can shop on line and it’s shipped free in the state of Iowa. I’m a customer to life. Always going to look here first.

This is our 2nd time purchasing furniture sets from here. Everything is good quality. I've got 5 kids and 2 dogs, and so far the couches clean up easily and the coffee and end tables haven't gotten scratched up. I've already had friends ask for links to the couches and coffee table. Great quality items that we received; however, their customer retention policy is dubious at best. If you're ordering out of state, buyer beware - you could potentially be paying almost full price for a couch you'll never get to sit on if it doesn't fit. I measured, but sadly the couch was just a tad too large and I had to return it still in its wrapping. 35% restocking fee PLUS return shipping fee. And when I said I had full intention of purchasing an appliance from them after requesting even a partial refund of the restock/shipping fee, I was met with a staunch no by an account manager.Don't make your customers have to click through multiple pages to find this percentage (which isn't clearly advertised), and don't punish your customers by forcing them to have to pay for YOUR cost of doing business. You could have played ball and retained a customer who was more than willing to spend more money at your store that easily would have covered the cost of accepting a never used sofa back to your facility. But now since I'm paying for a couch I never get to use and you don't want to help your first-time customer, I'm now a last-time customer and you lost out on another guaranteed sale.Good riddance.

Here’s why I buy from Homemakers. I purchased a large coffee table with a white and grey real marble top. The top had a big crack in it when we got it home. In one phone call, we sent pics and Homemakers arranged to have a new one delivered. When the new one was delivered, it was fully assembled and had already been checked for damage. They loaded up the cracked one and all the packing material. I could’ve ordered this coffee table online as many retailers carried it, but Homemakers price was just as good and there was no hassle or multiple phone calls to get the broken top resolved. Hats off to Homemakers for being competitively priced AND giving great service during and after the sale! 5+⭐️ Rating!!!

The team who delivered the chair were prompt, professional and accomodations. They even called before delivery and asked if the time would still work. Carlos is a keeper. The chair with adjustable lumbar support is to die for!!
