THE WORST. I am a Medicap customer. Have been for years. There is a good reason for that. CVS Pharmacy has terrible, if not non -existent customer service. I was prescribed Paxlovid today for COVID. Medicap did not stock it but found it at CVS and transferred script to them. I downloaded the app so I could be notified when it was ready. The app said script was at 2 stores. Hickman Rd. AND Plum Dr. BTW - CVS pharmacies don’t answer their phones. I finally had tp press #2 as if I was a provider in order to talk to a human who was of ZERO help because they were closing. At least I found out the medication will be at Plum Dr. tomorrow. Time??? Who knows but it will be close to 24 hours. I hate to say this but I am well over 65 and have asthma. Pretty sure I needed this medicine tonight. My complaint is with 2 locations and has been posted on both. Hickman Rd., Clive and Plum Dr., Urbandale.

Staff in both the pharmacy and storefront are always prompt and accomodating.

They should close their doors as far as I'm concerned. Their shelves are always empty.
