Echoing many recent complaints. New Rx (an important one) ordered 1-4-24. Not in stock. After a couple days of calling they gave me 5 tablets as a temporary fix. I’ve now been out for 3 days. Not a call or any communication from CVS (which usually saturates you with voicemails when you haven’t picked something up). Finally got through to the pharmacy this am. “We don’t have it, don’t know when we’ll get it, and you’ll need to find another pharmacy for us to get it.” In essence - do our job for us. Called Walgreens down the street. Wonder of wonders, they have it and are happy to take on all my prescriptions. CVS is walking distance from my house and I’ve supported them since the day they opened, but I’ll never walk through their doors again. I understand there may be staffing issues but rudeness and condescension have no place where people’s health is involved.

The pharmacist must have thought she put me on hold but just put the phone down. This was a serious matter and it is very concerning the way the pharmacists were speaking to each other and laughing and talking about non business matters and laughing that they did not know about the medication we really need.. This staff sounded like a middle school girls locker room. I cannot believe they are responsible for your pharmacy. It scares me to think these people are in charge of any medications at all. Please hire someone who takes this serious job more seriously.

I wanted to check out the new drug store. Wow! It exceeded my expectations as for atmosphere organization and variety of products offered. Signs were very helpful. The cashier was so friendly, I left smiling.

We’ve used this CVS location for years. Hardly ever any problems and when there is an issue, they are quick to resolve it. The store is organized and clean. Cashiers are courteous. The pharmacy team is great!

This has to be one of the worse run pharmacies in the United States. They have consistently not had medications in stock including amoxicillan and my son's inhaler. After 4 days of them saying it would be in the next day, they finally told us they didn't know when it would be in, so we got it filled somewhere else. CVS caremark requiring us to use a CVS pharmacy borders on cruel punishment they way they make their customers suffer with symptoms before a prescription can be filled. They don't even deserve a 1 start rating.

Rude customer service in pharmacy. Had an appointment for flu and Covid vaccine. Upon arrival to check in this employee, a woman, asked if I had a question. She acted like I was bothering her. Told her I was here for my vaccines. She stated that they ran out of Covid vaccine. Looked at her log and stated she tried to call me and tell me then saying”oh I suppose I should’ve left a message!” Took time off work also. I e dealt with this employee before. Very rude!

Funny I think we have pharmacist at a level of trust through education. When you can't trust a pharmacist what is your option? Where are the quality pharmacist? CVS I am disappointed. November 4 2022 11am staff would not provide the pharmacist name or a business card. I will find a trustworthy pharmacist and support staff. I know we are a drop in the bucket to the huge conglomerate that is CVS but I refuse to give them any of my hard earned cash...consider me no longer a customer.

I'm so grateful to this pharmacy's staff for their patience and kindness, I had to leave a review to express my thanks. Only one brand of the medication I take really works for me, but the manufacturer often has distribution issues and this has made coordination with practitioners and pharmacies over the past several years a nightmare. Facing a 2 month shortage really had my anxiety levels through the roof. Josh, the pharmacy manager here, has been friendly and kind despite my almost weekly calls. He coordinated with my doctor's office to do partial fills so I could find an alternative brand and has thoroughly explained the process every step of the way. It's been a huge relief to find a pharmacy that really provides care and not just service.

I have used this CVS to fill my monthly prescriptions for about a year now and they have been great. Today however was not so great when I went to the doctor at 8 AM. Had a prescription sent to the CVS pharmacy at 8:30 AM and then I went home to wait for the prescription to be filled. I called CVS around 9 AM to see if the prescription could be filled any sooner and was told it would be ready for pick up at 10:40 AM. Got to the store at 10:40 and was told that the prescription would not be able to be filled until tomorrow. No one notified me of this until I showed up to fill the prescription - super frustrating! Not sure how mistakes like this happen. The pharmacist are all very nice but this lack of attention is extremely frustrating.

This is the most garbage pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, I have a CVS prescription card through my insurance or I would never choose to come here again. My doctor had to call in a script for my son FIVE times and every time they said they didn’t get it. It was for an attachment to the inhaler. A literal piece of plastic to help my kid breathe. They acted as if I was the crazy one for being frustrated. The pharmacist is a Pretentious know it all.

I rarely leave reviews, but this felt necessary. The pharmacy is incompetent at best. First of all they never have scripts ready when they say, and can't refill my medicine consistently. I had to tell my doctor to switch me to a different pharmacy because they were dropped the ball literally every month.

I just got done having back fusion surgery, then became septic. Had to be opened back up and flushed out and was on IV meds at home. I had ran out of meds and the on call doctor called some in for me. I called to ask that they be ready in 10-15 minutes as I was on my way. The person in the pharmacy informed me that they close in one minute and they can’t transfer the pain med out to another pharmacy by law. I asked if there was an on call dr I could call to fill it. They said no and they all leave when the pharmacy closes. Not one person was willing to wait 10 minutes so Icould get my pain meds.

Don’t take your disposable cameras to get developed here apparently!! Every single photo that I got developed off of 2 cameras was illegible and was a black and blue blob. Truly disappointing as I’ve never had this happen when taking these types of cameras to other places such as Walgreens. Lesson learned!!

My wife and daughters and I were checking out. My son went to find the bathroom. When we got out to the car he told us that they said that they didn't have a bathroom? I will never stop there again. Walgreens is just down the road and I know they aren't turning away kids that have to use the facilities.

Jake Shell, the CVS pharmacy manager 142nd and Hickman is amazing. On more than one occasion, Jake has helped us weave the maze of insurance companies and physicians. He genuinely cares for his customers and goes the extra mile every time. We have never, during our 29 years living in the Metro area, had anyone in any pharmacy be as customer service oriented as Jake Shell.

I just started at the CVS pharmacy and happy I did...very nice staff and good service. Also, I found a non-Rx item easily because of the helpful signs above the aisle. If there is a poor rating at this store...they must have had a bad day!

This cvs is selling scam pokemon cards they steal the good packs from boxes and reseal the packs. How ridiculous is this and when confronted they gave full refund and asked that I not leave this review.

I mistakenly showed up late to the drive up window of the pharmacy a couple minutes late. They helped the car in front of me and when I got to the window they had the security gate closed and didn't care to say even sorry we're closed. This was for medication! There wasn't anyone behind me. I may have been 2 minutes late but come on, at least say you're closed.

Horrible. You can’t get through to anyone in the pharmacy. I needed to cancel a prescription and there is no option to do that. Tried to connect to a human being and could not.

Great staff, convenient location. They have most of the essentials that you need. And the rewards program is great.
