Not a big fan of this location, not sure whome all it was over the past 4 years I have lived in the area but its as though they could care less. I wont say all, I have had a few orders come out ok, but its rare.. They always miss something almost every time I order here, regardless if its drive through or not. Ive gotten nasty lookin orders, missed or not gotten items I paid for. Grab a pick up order and drive all the way home just to open up the bag and find 3 or 4 items not in the bag and the order is not worth eating. I have called in an spoke to them and its as though they could care less. I dont recommend this Hardees.

Been going here for quite some time morning, breakfast and dinner occasionally but the service has got nothing but slower and degraded. Forgot things in my order sauces, wrong drinks and sauces even got home and found out I had completely the wrong order think it’s time I completely stop going to this establishment till it’s been swept up to say the least.

I am a Hardee’s fan, but I will not return to this one. My husband and I both are incredibly sick after eating lunch here yesterday. Which is sad because sometimes nothing hits like a Hardee’s breakfast :(

This place has really turned around for the better... Staff is so friendly and helpful...Willie Troxel and Valerie are always on top of coming out from the back to see how everything is and asking if we want to order anything else, I think those two are a very great asset to the restaurant....Food used to be not good at all ....Now the food is amazing and I recommend people in the community and out of the community to stop I'm and experience the wonderful atmosphere and food .....

First off when we are ordering and we say it is for dine in the gal waiting on us looks at the clock and informs us the lobby will be closing in 25 minutes. Then we sit and wait for our food which we get in about 5 to 10 minutes which burgers were half way warm, fries were pretty much cold and limp. And then we kept getting told about every 5 minutes how much time there is before lobby will be closing. Really like you can't unlock a door to let your paying customers out . Needless to say I will not be going back.

Good customer service, drive threw line is always slower than desired regardless of the number of cars in front of you when arriving. Seem to always be hiring as well. Overall a good choice for a quick bite. 1st choice over any other option in town that is in the same genre of fast food stops.

Horribly rude and confrontational employees. Went into drive thru at 630 am on Sunday. Manager came out back door and said we’re closed. We drove around the building to leave and another woman came running out the side door and yelled “WE ARE CLOSED” very angrily. My husband told her this is the worst restaurant in town and she yelled “YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON “. Hours are inconsistent. Employees standing outside back door smoking. Extremely slow service. Rude employees.

Drive up window order. Waited a while for our food, which was not a problem. We pulled out and opened our meals everything was cold! How do you cook a burger and fries and serve them cold? I'm not even kidding, they were not even a little bit warm! Very frustrating. Would have went back but didn't have time, that's why we were eating on the road.

Pls take your fresh chicken sandwich off the menu. False advertising. It looks nothing like the advertised photo. Doesn't even fill half the bun. Is always cold. Have tried 3 times.

Food was good, I ordered Angus Bacon Thick Cheese Burger and curly fries. In the recent 12 months the Hardee's in West Union, Iowa, has had good food and service. Dining room was open and busy today at noon time. Business is conveniently located off of Highway 18 and 150.Parking: Large parking lot with room for semi-tractor and trailers, pickups with campers or trailers.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking.

Depends on who's working. Its either really good with or really bad. Half the staff is nice n friendly n the other half is just plain rude n disrespectful. Have had cold food, warm food, and hot food like it should be. Best time to go is round lunch. Morning staff just seems to not want to be there so food mostly sucks in the morning.

Years ago ehen they changed to carls junior, the burgers got way bigger and so did the prices. I would like a smaller burger without being so small it is a childs meal.

25 minutes to get my food. They were telling people in the drive through to go somewhere else because of it being at least a 30 minute wait. 4 different groups walked out while waiting in line. The worst fast food place I have ever been to.

Not sure why they say they open at 6 when you can't get in to eat or order at drive thru night just as well lock up the doors completely. Gotta find some place else to get into for food now

Before would just drive the 20 miles just to eat there. But now three times I been there food was cold or old but what I hated the most is when one of your items you order comes fresh and hot but rest of your cold or old.

Not good, cold burgers, onion rings weren't rings but crumbs. Very disappointed. Had to speak to manager and got replacement of sandwiches, so better but won't be going there anytime soon.

Its good yes but its so damn greasy or too damn dry there's no in between. My favorite has to be the FRISCO & CURLY FRY combo. In the AM i'd rather choose a breakfast burrito and/or the FRISCO breakfast sandwhich.

I ordered 2 meals of Thursday burger and I was only given 1 French fries. I didn't go back to confirm people because I was already on the road. Bad service and I even had to wait for more than 10 minutes.
