Wow just wow! This needs to be the standard of fast food! I ate here a year ago and I didn’t write down where it was from. I FOUND IT! The service is amazing! Food is great! And still fast! I feel like I’m in the movie founder where the food and service were what fast food should be.

Not sure why this location has better options when it comes to food. One of the best chili cheese dogs I've had and they weren't greedy with the chili. Tried another location and was very disappointed.

Great place to go and cool off after a hot humid day. However they should carry a warning for the large dipped ice cream cone. Definitely not for beginners or slow eaters

5 people working, nobody else ahead of us in line. Not one person took our order as we stood there for over 10 minutes. Seemed they took priority to drive thru customers and just left us standing there. We left, hungry due to lack of service. 10-15 mins standing at the register!

Service was outstanding. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't like fat, pink hotdog. Prefer skinny, grilled hotdogs. Liked onion rings. Liked my husband's sundae, which he shared with me.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids.

Hooray! They're open again! It was tough to drive by when they were closed, so sad...drive thru, easy access, clean, polite professional employees, prompt service with a smile. The sign says Jesus and ice cream!Polite customers, plenty of parking. Well worth the stop!

I got a banana split and the banana couldn't be cut with my spoon. When I finally decided to pick it up to take a bite off of it I was crunchy and honestly I've never had a worse bite of banana in my life. Took it back and couldn't get another one because they said all of their bananas were that way. Everything else from their menu has always been fantastic though!

For a dairy queen, good. Service was quick, friendly. I'm not a huge fan of the fries or onion rings at any dairy queen, and these were the usual, but there was nothing wrong with them.

First time in West Union. Stopped into the local DQ for lunch and went back for dinner after. One of the owners (Amy) knew every customer by name! The guests love it there. I had a great experience. On my second visit the store was staffed with its "night crew" I imagine and while Amy was probably done for the day the manager on duty and the rest of the team all clearly cared about their guests' experiences. Nice job! I will be back whenever I am in town.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Every time I've been here it takes a very long time to get what you order. Went in today to get a cake and the line was long and no one working there seemed too concerned. People ahead of us must have gotten tired of the long wait and left and I figured by the time we were able to pay for our cake it would be melted so we left as well.Looking for good ice cream I suggest going to the barrel.

Freaking LOVE the staff at this DQ. Fun, welcoming, super kind to my kids, and just good people. We love heading over there whether it's drive-thru and walking in and sitting down.

I ordered a ice cream cake for a graduation party and asked for red n black with the graduates name on it. I got an all white cake with only congratulations on it. I will never go to this dairy queen again

I was watching the three workers serving people, and first of all none of them had hair nets which I guess was okay until I looked over and the blonde one was playing with her hair BY THE FOOD. Second of all, I saw one of the workers fingers inside of a blizzard with how she was holding it. Sooooo I will never be going here again, I am disgusted.

Cheese curds are different from the cheese curds I get at other dairy queens but other then that the burger was good
