By far one of the worst places I’ve ever been to for pickup. Arrived and checked in early (2:30pm) for a 5 pm appointment. 64 docks with at least 70% empty and it’s now 7:53 pm and I was just graced with the opportunity to get in a dock after every other truck has came and went. Why set appointment times not to honor them?! I’m sure I’ll be here another 3 hours at least. Good job guys👎🏾

Average experience for me. Arrived around noon for a 1:30pm appt. and was immediately given Dock to back into. Waited till nearly 2:30 to be Live loaded and departed just before 3:30pm. A couple meezly bags of jerky and BOL in hand later, Thanks Jack Links!Was assigned Dock #37, and not the roomiest parking space some had claimed. Trailer tandems all the way back. Another truck showed and had numerous difficulties with backing and getting trailer doors opened beside me.When leaving, pull up near Dock door #2 out front and shipping office door and office inside after weaving through warehouse. Once you sign BOL, they come out and seal your trailer. Did not see bathrooms , but did not need either.Everyone was professional and friendly too. I would come back, maybe not arriving as early before appt. time. The Underwood I-80 Truck Stop sure was nice and close to stay at too!

This place was so much fun. Super cool people quick check-in time quick,loading time,even gave samples. Jack’s links, beef jerky is my favorite, so getting some freebies for picking up and delivering the load for them. Extra! 😀thx again hope I can come back again deliver service for you with a smile like your people.

Pays pretty good. Doesn't value there employees. Doesn't matter how long you've worked there, how hard you work, YOU. ARE. REPLACEABLE. Must be OK with hour changes and policy changes CONSTANTLY. As long as your attendance is perfect you will be o.k. Work ethic and attitude mean nothing. Just show up. Try to ignore the toxic work environment. Along with the never ending gossip. If you have a personal problem just keep it to yourself because supervisors and manager will not be of assistance. Either will H.R. Oh and don't ask any questions about stuff that makes no sense or your chance of being favored will go right out the window. Just remember it pays decent.

Here for pickup today 09/08/23 appointment was at 10 am, check in at 9:20 . Loaded at 3:30 PMIt’s take 6 hours to load me up . No restroom for driver. You just interact with them over the phone very Bad shipper I don’t know how everyone give them good reviews

No overnight parking,portable toilet,lot of space for parking,small truck stop less then a mile.Seems appointment is strict,because I wait almost 10 hours earlier waiting to give me a call for my 9pm appointment.When I park finally on door,at 8:30 pm,they said truck that just arrived will be loaded first.Guess that some guys were more lucky.Or lady in shipping office was more efficient probably.Finally I was loaded and finished at 9:50 pm.

Have loaded and unloaded here. Each time I have called ahead and gotten an earlier appointment time. In and out, no troubles. There is a small truck stop with parking if you're early, otherwise there is an interstate rest area 2 miles up the road (80 southbound).

super fast i have apointment today at 1 pm they take early 6am loaded at 7 am good t go ..nice and friendly staff .. and also a truck stop for overnight park just 0.4 mile far

Looks like a new truck gate going in. No overnight, but Underwood Truck Stop about 1/4 mile east back towards I-80. Load appointment was for 1730, checked in @ 1545 & put in dock. Nothing for an hour; then loaded & gone in 45 minutes. Big place & easy to manuever. Porta-potties on both north & west side of building. So all In all, average.

No overnight parking. Deliveries are buy appointment. When you arrive at the gate you'll need your delivery or pick up information ready. A phone number is posted at the gate. Call the number and give them your information and they will open the gate. They are quick to unload if you're near your appointment time. The employees have always been great every time I've been there.

Unusually nice and helpful receiving department.I was unloaded very quick and six hours ahead of schedule.I don't know if the guy who helped me around 630 am was the manager but he should be.Also a beautiful brunette works there whose just as nice and helpful.I'll never have a better delivery experience.

Great people to deal with on 2nd Shift. In agreement though as far as they could load quicker. I've been here for 4 hrs now, 2 1/2 hrs past appointment & STILL waiting for a dock assignment. I can understand the no overnight parking because as a whole Truckers are SLOBS, but after being here for over half of a 10 hrs break they should allow us to finish it out. JUST an opinion.

Decent customer service and willing to respond to product issues very quickly. They take feedback with the idea to improve. Overall love the Jack Link products and their availability around Canada and the USA. I would love to see more Jack Links promotions in Canada.

Looks like I had bad luck that day. Checked in at 08:00 am, now it’s 02:30 pm and I am still here. All trucks came later than me already got loaded and left. I am the only one here. People are really nice but……

Was scheduled for a pickup. People who schedule me knew that I would be late. The people at Jack Link still work me and it took a minute but they still worked me in cuz they know it wasn't my fault wonderful people.

Arrival 10:29 am , my appointment will 1:30 pm, around the property, waiting 2 hours near small track stop, call me for loading 12:44 pm,and more waiting 2 hours on a dock!!! Start loading 2:50 pm and stop loading 3:37 pm, so way make a apoiment if a don't loading correct time??????? Don't come back again here... Total waiting more 5 hours

Ok so they don't know how to load a trailer correctly. They don't give out samples! They are quick to load you though! In and out in less than 2 hours! But they dont know how to load...be sure you take pics so you are not responsible for any damages!

This warehouse is disorganized and poorly managed. If you’re picking up a load expect to be here 4 hours plus. They’ll assign you a dock around the 2 hour mark but it’ll be another 1 hour and 45 minutes before they finish loading. They’ll load you right before detention starts, which is after 4 hours. Also, after they’re done loading it takes between 15 to 30 minutes before your paperwork is ready. So, be prepared to spend 4.5 to 5 hours at this location. One last thing-you have to leave after you get your paperwork. They will not let you complete your 10 hour break here! For those that choose to come here after being warned by myself and others, they have a word in the dictionary for you lol.....

Very fast service, very nice people. There is not a lot of companies like this one definitely 5star service, 10min delivery and i pick up from the same facility 20 min loading. Thank you for the best experience i had with Jack Link's Beef Jerky company and the wonderful people that are working there.

Check in, hit the dock, drop your trailer and pull outside of the door. Appt only. I got here early, but they still didnt load till appt time. Port a Jon's outside. Only took about 30 min to load. Small truck stop right beside here.

Appointment at 3pm. Checked in at 12.30 loaded by 1.45pm and check out at 2. They do have restroom by shipping office. Lady at shipping office was very friendly and helpful. I will give them 5 stars.

There is so much favoritism here. Some people can get away with not coming or leaving early at work every single week. And they get away with that because they get along with the HR lady. But if you get the other HR lady you can't do overtime and leave early or else you get points. And when there is mandatory over time 1st shift only works 8 hours which is what i did and I got points. And if you're going to apply here just be aware that they take a whole month to hire you. And you basically have to call them. They don't treat Hispanic people good.If you don't speak English or understand it they'll get mad at you. They never have translator for them at meetings. And if you're scared of ICE don't work here because there is someone here who will call them. And I know it's true because she told me she was going to call them and take a picture of the sign out sheet. And this only happened two weeks ago. The people that have been working here for a while can get away with being racist. They can call you names and not get fired. And if you ask the team lead if the music can be turned up he will tell you "Maybe if you weren't talking so loud you could hear it" when literally no one could hear it. And if you're tall and Hispanic or African American the team lead will not look at you in your eyes. EVER. And if ask him for labels he will ignore you I saw him doing that to my friend. Some workers can get away with not doing anything but if you're someone they don't like they'll tell you to do something because you aren't doing anything even though you work twice as hard as the people that stand around. And if you sleep with the plant manager and whoever goes out of town to work you won't have to work at all because you're sleeping with him. This happened when we went to New Glarus for Thanksgiving.
