Stan assistant manager was the most caring person went beyond helping me with my flat tire in the parking lot hechanged my tire and got us on our way his customer service was beyond exceptional .. He was so helpful glad he was there for us...Big thank you to Stan at the toledo kwik star! He was the best assistant manager ever!!!

Friendly staff, usually pretty clean, but the condiment bar for burgers and hot dogs etc is always empty. Literally not one pickle, tomato slice, jalapeno, nothing. Which is crazy to me because it's the only kwik star in the area that has self checkouts, so you'd think that with fewer cashiers needed due to the self checkouts, they'd have more staff available to help with the kitchen.

I had the fun experience of my dog locking the car door with the keys and my phone in it! The employees were so helpful and found a tow truck number and let me use their phone to call. Very impressed!

This place is amazing its like a regular grocery store mixed into a truck stop. They have the best sandwiches, they have so many varieties for breakfast and lunch, you can get made up dinners that all you need to do is warm them up. I will be coming back here every time I'm in the area. This place get an AAA+ RATING...

Stopped for cold drink ghey have in machines a red and blue juice but dnded up with a carmal frauppe and huge helping of their delicous whipped topping staff went and got a fresh bag for me even though he was busy and replacd it in machine i appreciated very much it makez the drink a wonderful treat for me.I loved those in the old store but couldnt remember which machine from olx store..But wasnt as packed like usually so could take my time to look at each machine and found right one...

Such a line 3 people walked out. Only 1 cashier and some other girl was just sitting behind the counter not doing anything. I heard Sandra the cashier ask for help 5 times before anyone came up to help!

Want to give a shout out for Steve, a KT employee. I was parked at the KT in Toledo IA and needed some air fittings. Steve gave me a ride to and from an auto parts store. Thank you Steve!

Kwik Star is a One-Stop shop. I can get gas as well as a ton of convenience store items including beverages. It's always clean and tidy and the staff is always pleasant. I often come across better deals than in the local grocery store. Normally you don't expect that. They do have a variety of candy items at discounted or combo pricing.

Tried to get a reweigh 30+ minutes and they have no clue what they are doing. Now hopefully I'm correct in my weight so I don't have to waste hours cause of the incompetent training going on here

Stopped in simply to get gas and when going inside to prepay the cashier was way to busy with her conversation to even say hello then when I wanted to prepay she says you can only prepay on pump 10 and 11. How are you going to tell me this when just two months ago I went inside and prepaid on pump 4 no problem. I will not be going back to this store and honestly dont understand how it's still open when Casey's is right up the street. When I walked into Casey's I was greeted right away and prepaid with no issues. I've always had great service at kwik stars but tonight showed this location isnt professional.

Karen the Manager is rude to everyone that works here and even worse to Vendors who come to the store Tyler is no better the managers here are trash Shop local Casey’s was founded in Iowa and jiffy in marshalltown Iowa. Give you money to local business and let’s run this corporate store out of our small town!!!!

Only reason I ever go there is to use the ATM because it is free. I got bad gas there and will not do it again. They denied it and said it was not their problem. They have rude staff and are not worth my time.

Got what I needed but this guy in front of me took forever talking "person at the desk say something like I have people waiting" I also prepaid for my gas there and they sent the prepay to the wrong pump so I had to back up where to only find out it was frozen so I had to use my ice scraper to use the buttons
