Very clean fast and friendly Hardee's.I enjoyed my food and atmosphere. Thank you to employee who cleaned up my ketchup spill. 😁Plenty of Truck Parking.Not a huge fan of their breakfast. The veggies and meats must get all cooked together. Bc u can't buy just a veggie omelette. Or veggie burrito. Hash browns and coffee are always great there though!!!

Food was pretty good. Employees need to listen better to requests on food or beverages. Asked for my soda to have no ice cause I hate ice in my fountain sodas. I know most people don’t care about their customers but come on not that hard to pay attention to requests. I’ve done your job for going on 9 years. Might visit again if I’m in Toledo

I picked up a number 8, frisco burger. The bread was hard and extremely old. Not one person in the place. Go figure. Do these managers really want these restaurants to survive, or do they want them to close up constantly? Never again.

Customer service was amazing. The coffee was super fresh and tasted great. The biscuits and gravy were actually made to perfection here compared to the ones in our state (MN). Food was fresh and tasted great I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will go back there the next time we are in town.Thanks for the great service!

Credit where credit is due. I've been coming here on my lunch break for around 2 years and this location has never messed up my order, not even once. The service is always friendly and the food is always hot. By far the most consistent fast food location I've ever visited.

I chose 3 stars based on the service after ordering online. However, the chicken tenders are 5 stars. I ordered chicken tenders online & it said about 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I went thru the drive-thru & told them I had an online order & they told me to go to the window. Unfortunately, when I got to the window they told me they were making me fresh chicken tenders. My order should have been ready to go but instead I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my order. Therefore it took them 40 minutes to give me the chicken tenders that they said would take 15 minutes.

This location can be hit or miss quality wise, but my last stop was one of the best. The angus burger was melt in your mouth tender and juicy. Also the fries were done just how I like them crispy and salty.

We stopped at this Hardee's in Tama after a concert at the local casino on June 10th, We put a simple order of a cheeseburger for her and a roast beef sandwich for me, other items on the menu we originally wanted we were told not available. We waited and waited and waited some more, over 30 minutes, we noticed everyone in the drive thru line were getting food as ahead of us, when we asked if went through the drive thru would we get served faster, we got ignored. Then we noticed a few that ordered after us got their food we asked where was our food? The person behind the counter immediately gave us back our money, no sorry, no nothing else! Definitely NEVER go there again!

The lady had a crazy up swing with every word that she said, it was no big deal though I'm used to that my ex-girlfriend used to do that. My order was 100% accurate although the burger was a little bit sloppy. It made up for it and flavor and taste. I guess it's okay for a burger to be a bit sloppy if it's going to taste great. Really glad that I went for the small soda instead of the medium or large as soda isn't really that good for you.

The food was great, the service however was very slow. We waited for 30 minutes and then I went up to the counter, pointed out that all of our items were in the warmer, and told them to bag our food. Good thing I watched them because they still somehow managed to forget my dad's fries. A woman that worked there behind the counter even made a statement to the customers walking in that subway was still open down the street and to go there! 🤣

It was a little slow however they had an emergency with one of the workers.. My daughter went in the back to help Until the ambulance got there. My mushroom and Swiss Burger was excellent.

Used to work hereOut of 6 restaurants I worked at in my younger years this place was hands down the cleanest place in back where it really matters. Excellent job nobody even can take 2nd place comparably they would start at 4th place that's how clean this place really is. They are expensive however and don't always get your food made right.

I like the man-sized sandwiches and the taste of Hardees in general. I tried their new Chicken Ranch BLT and really enjoyed it. They are also offering matching Ranch Fries and that was pretty good too.

The employees are pretty nice for a fast food restaurant. They haven't ever messed up on a drive through order, and we tend to visit weekly. The food is fresh, but still fast food, hence the four star rating.
