Very clean store. Well organized. Friendly staff. So much nicer a store than any other GW's nearby. And they occasionally get some fun things. However, for you first-timers, you'll find there is a local crew who shops the heck out of this place- so you may not get all the much cool stuff.

If I could give this place zero star's, I certainly would. When it first opened it was a great shopping experience. Nicer staff, better prices, welcoming, organized with prices. Since then it has changed significantly, you're somewhat welcomed with the color of the day... however prices have sky rocketed, I was met with attitude when I did ask for pricing. While I was browsing a worker actually pushed the clothes rack away from me... you could hear arguments in the back, their systems were down with the computer, rude employees and tried to charge me double, yet acted like I was a fool for asking. I have no plans to ever donate to the "Goodwill" ever in my lifetime again..this goes for my kids and husband that were appalled by the worker's tone and behavior. The rack I grabbed items from were not marked, she told me very snarkily that "everything!" Was 4.25... yet wanted to charge me over 8.00 per item AND 4.25 for the .50 bin. Why are non marked items even on the floor to begin with.. Are the FREE donations not enough to keep Goodwill running.. I will donate to churches, red cross and salvation army. Goodwill should be ashamed of their obvious greed, greed that they afflict onto their employees to act the same..

They have this goodwill set up very nicely and its easy to find what your looking for.The jean selection is wonderful iv bought 4 pr.in last week for what id normally pay for one pair at online shop I buy most of my cloths at.Would have liked to see more swearshirts but everything is so organized.Usually knick knacks are scattered all over but not here its all on shelves against wall in organized piles.Its very easy to look at and choose as plates are all together also glasses ect.You wont regret the stop and shop at GoodWill in Toledo IA.

Great place, extremely cheap and way better than Walmart clothes in my opinion. I go there for baby clothes and they have absolutely amazing stuff for a low price and very friendly staff!❤️

Small goodwill but still nice. Emolyes we're friendly, prices on T-shirts were $2 each in the mens area so not bad.
