Love this Walmart, they have very good customer service. I really enjoy their cashier Dave, he’s very good with customers. He’s so funny, and He’s definitely a big part of why I come to that Walmart.

I’m giving two stars to the pharmacy and not the actual Walmart store. My wife was seen at the University of Iowa Hospital for the flu. She was prescribed several medicines like Tylenol, Sudafed, and promethazine with codeine. On our way to the pharmacy from Iowa city my wife called the pharmacy to check and make sure that the prescriptions were all filled, when she finally got a hold of someone when they said all they had available Tylenol and that they didn’t keep promethazine and codeine on their shelves anymore. They had taken it off a year ago. So my wife asked the pharmacist to call the ER and resend her prescription to the Tipton pharmacy. Whoever the lady is running, the pharmacy, decided to take it upon herself to call the And ask the doctor to change the medication because They don’t like what kind of medicine my wife was prescribed. Come to find out the pharmacist did all that the new medicine Switched wasn’t even covered by the insurance. This is completely an utterly unacceptable.. The pharmacist is not a doctor and does not have a right to change a prescription Just because they don’t like the medicine. We will not be going to this pharmacy ever again And will be looking into taking further action.

This was an interesting place that I had wanted to check out its a Walmart but a 1990's style Walmart in the fact that it was not a Super Center was cool to walk back into that time machine.

Great store in a small community. The store is clean and inviting. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. NO self checkouts! Love this store.

So My fiance and her little brother that has autism was at this store shopping around 12pm jun 16 2023 he had a melt down because the store was out of flags he got violent toward my pregnant fiance this manger and a older lady that work there went above and beyond to calm him down and they found him a flag I was working at my shop when my fiance called me while he's having a meltdown to have me come get him or take care of him and calm him down so I left to go try and calm him down but those 2 employees at Walmart got him to calm down I wish I had there names but I don't but both of them should have one hell of a raise and be promoted because they didn't have to help my fiance but they did and I am very thankful for that

The oddest lil Walmart. No cold beef or veggies. All frozen. Obviously no one has bought any frozen hamburger because you'd have to drop the ice forming in front of it to get it out. The eggs aren't in the isle that says eggs. The frozen veggies aren't in the isle that says veggies. Pringles are in the cookie isle. Was the weirdest Walmart I've ever been in and I deliver for WM so been in tons. Rating a 3 because the stocker was so helpful.

I love the local Muscatine Walmart! Overall, it is a great store. I just wish they didn’t stop everyone at the doors. Unless you highly suspect I am a thief, please don’t stop me at the doors when I am leaving - it’s an insult!!! No other stores around have this policy of harassing customers who are exiting the store and detaining them to check their receipt with there cart. If they have a theft problem, they should work on that more specifically- this cookie-cutter approach of treating everyone like a thief is insulting. Change this ridiculous policy and the Muscatine store is hands down a solid 5 stars. I just can’t give 5 stars with that policy in place.

Talking about they don't except WIC I been to a Walmart all over the world and never encounter this load of bull and then denied my 2 month old son formula because since they didn't take the WIC I had to call My mother to pay for it with her card when it's a shortage out here to begin with for them to racial profile us like we stole something on the weekend of Juneteenth white people will always be the same assumed the worst when you know nothing about us we will be telling everyone about this Walmart

Always shop at Walmart for groceries and healthcare items, but I gotta tell ya that employee Sarah she's got the worst attitude you can tell she hates her job! She was a cashier the first time, but last time I saw she was the greeter checking receipts! She was still complaining her butt off! I tried to complain, but it seems no one cares about the service anymore?✌️

Never liked Walmart, and for good reason. Only will shop at two different stores,and those are in small towns. This is one of the best Walmarts I have ever been in. I will drive half hour out of my way to this Walmart than go to one 15 minutes away.

People are not friendly at all. I wirked at Wal-Mart for 2 years and they told us to greet each customer and ask if they are finding everything they are looking for. Not the Walmart stores in this area. You barely see a smile on the employees faces and they walk past like you're invisible.
