Horrible experience every single time. Girl at the window is awful. She won't take your order at the drive thru until she is done with the ppl at the window because she can only do one thing at a time. Root beer floats are put in pop cups with lids and no straws or spoons. If you order a cone and food they make the cone right away and leave it melting on the counter while waiting for your food then hand it to you melting and wonder why you ask for a new one. Every time it's ridiculous but it's the only place in town so people go there. That's the only reason. Some adults should work there. If they do I've never seen them. The kids aren't cutting it that's for sure. Side note....the responses to the comments are generic. Probably aren't even read.

Service was great. The young man that waited on us was new and having a little trouble with our order, totally my fault, blonde team lead jumped right in to help him ... food was hot and delicious ... the dining area was very clean ... all of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful... I will definitely be back

With the new owner the place is taking shape. Yes the wait time is still the same but the food is better and the people are nicer. On a normal day I’ve seen a 5 cars be in and out within a couple mins before it would take a good 10 mins. The new owner is doing a way better job then the old one. From what I hear the only one treated the employees like trash.

Ordered a blizzard and it was completely melted before I even go it. It was just soup. My friend got a blizzard as well. She got it worse than me. She was driving, her’s was soup too and they over filled hers. It was spilling all over her. They didn’t even bother to give napkins. I won’t be going back there anytime soon. I was looking forward for a cold thick and delicious blizzard- that experience didn’t come close to meeting any reasonable expectations. Spare yourself the disappointment

Service was fabulous. The gal at the drive up window was so amazing, she took personal care of a problem with shake that had a broken cup top and then after was exchanged, the cup had raspberrie shake dripping down the sides, not good at drive up and have in your car. Was awesome though to drink....their onion rings are amazing. 👍😁 The cold drinks were cold and the hot food was hot.

Every single time, my burger is wrong. I just get a flame thrower, no lettuce , Every single time, it has lettuce. Or it's just something completely different. And it's NEVER WARM. Last time the burgers were barley room temp and the cheese was actually cold. They must have forgot to microwave it.

Spend $35 at the drive through to have 2 of the 3 meals screwed up. I get that mistakes happen. What frustrated me is that when you call, they don't care. Glad I only have a food aversion and not an allergy. One of us just ate onion rings for dinner and another just ate 4 chicken tenders. Expensive dinner.

There were 4 employees behind the counter when we arrived. We were the only ones inside when we arrived. We ordered food and ice cream. Their slushy machine didn't work, they couldn't make twist ice cream, ordered a burger with no tomato and got a burger with tomato. The pop machine had no ice in it, bathroom was dirty.

I rarely give fast food places more than 3 stars but this DQ is great, Always friendly service. Today they made a simple mistake on our drive through order. When we went through the drive through again they immediately fixed it and apologized profusely, which was totally unnecessary. Mistakes happen they aren't always fixed so courteously.

Our blizzards were basically a cup of milk with some candy thrown in them. Blizzards are supposed to be served upside down. Definitely can't do that here. Even the sundae we ordered was mostly liquid.

I decided to give them one last chance after numerous problems with eating there. I will NEVER patronize them again. When we finally got to the window, there were 5 cars behind me. When we received our order, I pulled to the side only to find that a large part of my order was missing. The only way to make it right was to get back in line that by this time was 6 cars. I have given them several chances only to be upset and disappointed every time. Their overall rating is 3 stars too high. NEVER AGAIN.

Service is very slow in the dining room as well as the drive thru. You sit at the drive thru speaker for a long time before being acknowledged and it the same way in the dining area most the time. There's been many times I've had to announce my presence to get someones attention. Food is ok depending what time you go.

First of all they were out of cheesecake so I couldn’t try the new caramel cheesecake blizzard. They did not know how to make the Royal Choco Brownie Extreme as there were drumstick pieces in it. Also, the ice cream was soupy. Honestly it seemed like they didn’t even try. Very disappointing. If you’re wanting ice cream just go to the grocery store.

Messed my order up the first time after waiting 20 minutes in drive through. 2nd time waiting 20 minutes the bun was stale and the burger was ice cold. Been there many times and its the same every time. Not many food choices or I would go somewhere else.

Very courteous and nice place, always for family, kids, and whoever for ice cream.Definitely one of my top choices for food and almost always worth it.Yes, sometimes they can confuse your order but its easily corrected. And unless youre waiting because they had to then make it such as hot foods, it shouldn't be /that/ bad of a problem if handled correctly.Really great place and one of the best around by far.

Drive thru usually takes longer then necessary, I have worked fast food so perhaps my expectations are a little high. Multiple times it's taken awhile and when we finally get our food it's cold and stale. Definitely not an establishment I like to waste my money on.

Chicken strip basket should have fries as ordered, no fries. Drive through person didn't give receipt either. This is just one of the many issues for this store. I strongly recommend boycotting them until a decent business or owner takes the reins. If you must go here, double check your order before you leave.

Extremely annoyed that I go through the drive-thru and three of the items listed on the menu are not available anymore for order. Don’t you think it would be more simple to change your signage when you no longer offer something instead of turning your customers off from purchasing from your business? I would rather go pick up ice cream from Family Foods then sit in line just to be frustrated and have to pick something I didn’t want or to waste my time waiting.

I usually have a good experience, however I went today. To be confronted with an immense amount of attitude from the teenager in the drive through. Preceded to receive my order from her (incorrect of course) while getting a condescending eye role. I returned to get my order corrected and they finally told me after i went to get my order fixed that they where out of lettuce. Forgot the bacon on my sandwich and not a single apology from either and a whole lot of attitude. Congrats I will not be returning.

Recently changed ownership/management--Store is nicer looking since the remodel this spring, but the service is lack luster, at best. I have had to complain about quality and accuracy of my order on multiple occasions. Worse, they either cannot or will not fix what is described by a sign on the order board as a "headset problem". Consequently, the order gets placed at the drive through window while a parade forms up behind you. Consider Hardees until they get their act together.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided this evening. Individual working the drive-thru needs customer service training. We ordered blizzards that were presented to us at the window with ice cream slopping down the side. No napkins were offered. To top it all off the blizzards weren't even blended. The bottom half only had vanilla ice cream. Definitely don't think we will be visiting any time soon.
