I needed a vet,my dog suddenly went blind. No other vet in town could see him for 8 to 20 weeks!!!! The vet is amazing she immediately did labs and was able to get us started on insulin. They have a diabetic instructor and are CREDIBLE and KIND. Somehow I don't care when they give us the bill...reasonable.

PHCT is the best of the best. They truly embrace family centered care and cater to the needs of each specific pet. The accommodations they have made for our anxious pup, Robbie, is beyond appreciated—he even gets excited to go to the vet! While all the staff are top tier, our dog pretty exclusively sees Dr. Malandra and tech (more like a dog magician!!) Ashley. They are incredible and truly care with their whole hearts. The time and effort they have put into getting to know our dog to figure out what works/doesn’t work for him is unmatched anywhere else. They go above and beyond for both the pet and the pet parents. They are in veterinary medicine for all the right reasons. We completely trust PHCT with our baby and are so grateful for them!

It is such a difficult time when you have to decide to put your pet to sleep, but the people at the Pet Health of Tiffin are as kind and loving as possible.When Dr. Erin McCormick gave me the diagnosis she showed so much compassion that alone made me emotional.Then Dr. Allison Malandra and Hannah were there for the end-of-life and they were amazing.We are very grateful for all the compassion that we received.

They always take such good care of my fur babies. They also give recommendations, but don't force you in to anything, while explaining pros and cons of whatever is being discussed. Front desk team is always friendly and inviting!

We switched to this clinic a few years back. We have had exceptional service and care for our dogs. The staff at the front desk is always helpful, polite and accommodating. All of the vet techs that I have interacted with have been top notch as well. We have always worked with Dr Allison Malandra for our pets care and she has been absolutely SUPERB!! We recently had to put one of our dogs to sleep and she handled it very, very professionally. We greatly appreciate all of the service and care that we have gotten from this clinic!!!

What a terrible experience. I was going to have my senior dog put down but then he got better. I called and they made me wait 3 weeks to get him him for an "exam". Called and tried to get my other pet in instead of my senior dog and was told that the appointment was for end of life care and not an exam. Then told they were not accepting new pets. Wow. Horrible communication and treatment.

Our cat of 20 years had a rapidly spreading cancer. We were offered sad but sound options. We ultimately chose euthanasia. After spending a few more days with our cat she and we received what I can best put as a compassionate and dignified experience as she passed on. The process was not rushed, the staff was professional yet sensitive to my family. There was a private entrance and exit. We chose cremation. The cost the 2 visits and cremation seemed reasonable and fair. We all miss our cat and we were glad to have taken her the Pet health center. As everyone knows losing a pet is an emotional experience, They did everything they could do to ease her and our pain. Thank you.

I've been going to this clinic for over a year now. Dr. Malandra is wonderful and all of the vet techs are friendly and competent. My pups have both had all their routine shots and check ups there as well as their spay/neuter. They've both always received excellent care. When Porter's allergies progressed beyond what they could treat, they gave an excellent recommendation for another clinic in the area. They've squeezed us in the couple of times we've had random issues spring up. The staff ensures that you know exactly how to care for your pet if they're sent home with prescriptions. They offer drop off appointments, so I'm able to drop my dogs off on the way to work and pick them up on my lunch break if I'm not able to stay for an appointment. I think the greatest testament to the facility and staff is that both my dogs love it there. They both recognize the building and all but drag me through the door so they can start greeting the team. We'll definitely continue going there for as long as we live in the area.

Found out they specialize in palliative and hospice care for your pets. Dr. Malandra was wonderful with our dog from initial consultation until we made the decision to put him down. They were all great and supportive!! Could not not recommend any place better!!!

The staff here are great! We take our two dogs here and are always pleased with the service. We have a puppy who went through all the vaccines and her spay here and our other dog has seasonal, sometime severe, allergies and they do a great job with all of his issues as well. I can't reccomend them enough!

Dr. Malandra has been absolutely wonderful. Our dogs are older and have had quite a few health problems. She is kind to them and they love her but she’s also kind to me. She answers emails quickly and is willing to call me at the end of her long day to answer my questions or discuss options. Dr. Lenane removed a lesion from my dog’s eyelid. She did a wonderful job. The edges are very well approximated and she was able to completely excise an 8 mm lesion with no residual in the margins. She emailed me right away with the pathology results. I have been very pleased with the clinic. They are always kind to me even if I call multiple times with what I feel are probably dumb questions and they are always very kind to my dogs. Also, the clinic is very clean and appear to have safe COVID-19 protocols.

I called the Tiffin Clinic to set up a time to euthanize my best friend of 13 years, Paul. They were very helpful and professional. They made a very rough time as easy as it could be. He went peacefully. We could all be so lucky. Thank You.

Mixed impressions. I had a good vet, but she has moved on. Overall, the staff is friendly and seem genuinely concerned about the care of my animals. This does not seem true for the "office manager". I had two customer service issues with different outcomes. The first issue was with their invoices not being clear, which was acknowledged and resolved albeit with difficulty. The second issue is more general. There seems to be a tendency to treat pet health issues by throwing everything but the kitchen sink at them, especially medications. I have a shelf full of barely used or unused medications. The final straw was an $11 bottle of appetite stimulants that I didn't even know I was buying (along with dog food) until I was told "don't forget your pills". The office manager, and I use that term loosely, seemed unconcerned about this issue. If you are not empowered to correct an $11 mistake, you should probably not have manager in your title. A credit could have been issued regardless of the rules about returning medications. They could go in the trash for all I care. As it turned out, with the departure of Dr. Kogan, I felt the time was right to go back to a trusted vet at a clinic where the staff are wiling and able to effectively address customer concerns rather than blame the customer for staff mistakes.

Outstanding pet care throughout Shastas life and her end of life today. My remaining doberman Boo and I will continue going there. Great doctors and staff. Akaita attacked my doberman two days ago. Went back to pet health center in Tiffin. Bo and I both love the staff and treatment.
