A no kill shelter, assisted in care of the animals by the local vet clinic, with experienced vets and staff, which is only a few buildings away from the shelter. A great place to adopt a new furry family member! Some of the lowest, all inclusive fees around. All animals are worked with to socialize and basic obedience so they are ready for their furever homes! Transparency for any issues or concerns there may be about any animals available for adoption, and continued support post-adoption for best transition. It's nonprofit, so please always remember that any and all donations of money, goods, or time are so greatly appreciated!

We just adopted a puppy here and everything went great! They were incredibly quick to respond to me when I inquired about a pup we really wanted, and ran our application fast. The shelter is nice and clean and staff very nice and friendly. They went over the terms of adoption well with me and made sure I knew that if something went wrong in 10 days to let them know so they could cover it. They obviously truly care about these animals and that means so much to us! We absolutely love our new puppy and are so happy to add her to our family!

We adopted a stray pit bull of a year from this shelter. I have nothing bad to say. We were very pleased with the service, generosity, and open communication. I was pleased with staff and director before we even adopted. Thank you for our puppy named Chaos. He is home now and we are happy.

We adopted our second doggo here. They were really nice people and told us we could bring our dog with to make sure they got along. The staff was helpful and let us spend as much time as we needed to get to know our Max before we decided he was a good fit and took him home. They made sure to give us all his papers and followed up with me the next day to make sure he was doing okay.

I spoke to Karen the phone about seeing Sammy a nine month old German shepherd. She emailed me an application and we set up a time the following morning so I could see her. I showed up and we got to take her for a walk and then came back in and said we wanted her only to be told we were not accepted on the application for Sammy. We drove an hour and a half to get there and she couldn't even tell us to our face. She let the lady at the front desk tell us. She wasted our time and we got along great with Sammy and were starting to feel attached to her.

Carlee is amazing, this shelter is passionate about the right fit. Carlee asks the right questions like experience with dogs, the family life style and then uses her vast experience to gently guide the family thru the adoption process. I have a friend driving three hours just to get Carlee's insight!
