I went to this place on my way back from a school trip so there was a lot of people and the people working where quick and nice even tho some of the classmates where not acting there age and they even brought the food to my table and that was really nice of them because there was a lot of us and three of them thank you to the people working today

I had some rude people taking my order and at the window!!!! There was this girl who was rude to me she was like a dirty blonde she had a lot of zits on her face. They took absolutely for ever making my food and forgot some sauces. Also I saw when they took my money that she and some other girl or dude with long hair was just goofy around and not doing anything. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACKVegetarian options: There are absolutely no Vegetarian options at all just ice cream and meat food

I used to enjoy eating here and in-fact worked under past ownership. After new ownership everything has gone down hill. The new manager is very disrespectful to his employees and customers especially minors. He treats his customers like an annoyance and not to mention the prices have gone up. I just don't understand, If your customers are your source of income then why would you make them feel unwanted?

If there were 10 stars for service this store would get them, and more! Exceptional service, friendly server and manager. Our order was prepared quickly and correctly, such a change from a previous DQ experience in Cameron, MO. The store was clean and well run. We would definitely go back!Parking: Plenty of free off street parking.

Blizzard survived being upside down (unlike Boone). They were very busy on the hot and humid day, but they took my order quickly and it was ready in a few minutes. Great service! Will come again

We were coming here for lunch and we had the manager "PJ" taking our orders. Just before we had ordered he was rude to one of the employees. I just let it slide by not thinking anything about it. So he is taking our orders and he was so rude about everything, such as slamming a cup down for no good reason. So we wound up leaving and going to McDonald's across the street.

Hi, We went to the dairy Queen in story city, Iowa. The fries we're cold, the gravy was watered down and cold. The price on the menu board for the six piece chicken strips was $11.99 and on my receipt was 12.99 for each. The overall experience was was not good. We have gone to this dairy Queen for several years and we are not go back. We let the worker know and she said ok and did nothing.

The hot and spicy isn't hot, meat was raw, took forever to receive order, and the bread was stale, cheese was dried like it was sitting there for hours before being put into an order. Staff has no clue what they are doing. Price jumped when I got to the window. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Hours are not as posted. Lobby often closes at random times with no warning however, you can see several employees right in front laughing as your kids cry because they weren’t open on a 84* day past 7 pm. Clearly not a staffing issue. Very disappointed after walking a mile with 3 kids just to turn around and walk home empty handed. Won’t be taking the risk of this again!

There we’re just 2 people working here last night. I felt pretty sorry for them as it was quite busy. But they both remained calm and did a spectacular job helping the customers they best that they could.

If you plan on stopping here today don’t. They are short staffed and orders are taking forever. We waited an hour and we got up to leave and the order was ready. Unfortunately it was lukewarm and not very good. It would have been nice if they would have said we are behind before we ordered. We’ve stopped here several times in the past on trips and it was good ….disappointing

I love this Dairy Queen - their service, cleanliness & pleasant atmosphere but I ordered a double cheeseburger tonight and I got a regular cheeseburger. No big deal cause they only charged me for a regular but that was truly the smallest piece of meat I’ve ever seen on a burger. Paper thin and much smaller than the bun. Very disappointed!

I miss the Iowa dairy Queens. The product is just better or they have a different vendor. The beef patties are very tasty. Had the mushroom burger it was excellent. The fried cheddar is very tasty. The cheddar is just a better quality. Staff is friendly. And they have a pizza burger. My nephew says was pretty good. A dairy Queen in the South where I'm from is not as tasty.
