Place no bueno, no good they don't care about nothing. Been sitting here for 32hr. appointment was 12:00 noon 3.09.24 it's now 8:45pm the next day. My delivery is 19 hours away due on Monday. It's now Sunday. Call several times, never could give me a straight answer. This place is for sure a no go. So if you driver's boke this load just cancel it. Get yourself another one. Update it's now 3.11.24 and trailer ain't loaded time 7:50 am.

Extremely Toxic environment to be aroundThis facility treats employees like trash employees who make mistakes are yelled at they are told about each & every mistake they make. Tyson cares about keeping the line going they have no room for Human mistakes or errors it’s hard to watch how employees are talked to at times.A Shift Supervisor Rudy can be very rude not thr most honest individual good at running up on people and yelling at you. B Shift Superintendent (Wendy V). Is probably one of the most lazy disrespectful habitual liars I’ve ever met in my entire life.I’ve watched this lady attack my co workers she’s all been very disrespectful to the USDA staff that are inside our facility I’ve seen how she try’s to tell the Government people how to do their jobs! she goes around talking about them as well Tyson employee’s. How this lady is allowed to hold her title is beyond me. B Shift has the last amount of Respect for anyone.Tyson semi drivers are allowed to drive full speed in parking lots almost hitting me twice and have already been reported for hitting one of the USDA people. Breaks are short.I wish we were treated like people and appreciated this is why turn over is so high especially on B shift

Beware if your broker or dispatcher told you need to drop trailer evening and trailer will be ready next morning they are lying and they didn’t want to pay time you wasted you can easily sit there for 24 hour to 48 hour

Very slow, 2 day waiting for trailer to be loaded, they messed up to load trailer in order of delivery to multiple cities, so 1st receiver had to unload all trailer to get their load in the front so we lost a lot off time waiting and we were charged for reloading trailer by receiver. The BOLs pages for all 3 stops where mixed up with useless duplicates instead of proper ones for multiple stops, missing pages. Have had very bad expirience with this shipper.

It's not good company for pick up the load. I don't know the problem this. without freight they Post a load and the trackers coming an West their time. After 14 hr the freight is not ready yet. I cancelled the load and go. Not good.

Rude hispanic lady checking in drivers. How you tell someone their in violation and need to be in the other lane like their suppose to know, there aren’t even ANY signs. The cross walk needs repainted because you can hardly even see it! Ms thing takes her job a little too serious.

Need to be very patient to pick load from here took 6 hours to load and i was overweight they asked to drop trailer again and they took 5 more hours just to cut the weight

Showed up to pick up load that broker called for ETA 30 minutes before because shipper was supposedly in a hurry but when I showed up I was told their internet was down and they couldn't do anything. I was made to leave the property and told to call a number to check back but had no idea how long it could or would be. You would think a large company like this would have a back up system to check in and out loads.

This place aint terrible. Everytime I've been here the gaurds have been mostly nice. Decent amount of room to back. Make sure you slide your tandems when you get to the gate and wear a safety vest. The only problem here is the yard jockeys are all the biggest a holes I've ever seen. I've been here 10 times and haven't met a decent one yet. Overall not a bad place.

Got there 2 days before appointment time, trailer was ready for pickup. Wear a yellow vest. Bathrooms inside for public use. Room to maneuver and back. Very friendly staff. Have 2 scales right down the road to weight.

For truckers:0) fill full fuel your reefer tank. Minimum is 3/4.1) check-in on the guard gate, if you come from lake you need turn left AFTER traffic light, cross parking lot and bobtail parking.Sometime, they take washout fee $39,9, but I didn’t see any wash. Don’t pay2) drop trailer and WAIT anywhere. We wait 14 hours. Lake beach is very nice place.3) take a scale immediately then loaded - overweight is normal on this place! Public scale located at cross Richland dr and Rothmoor rd ($10 24/7, reweight is free)

You have to drop your trailer and then they take it to get unloaded or loaded. It took them 6 hours to unload my trailer, which promptly screwed up my next load.

Bad experience.. waited for 24 hours to get loaded. Staff is rude. Not have enough parking at faculty. You need to go nearby Walmart.I ask about my trailer info on phone and they said to me if you are lucky then 24 hours to loaded if unlucky then 48 hours. Try not to come here.

Checked in yesterday. I had a 3:30pm appointment and arrived at 3:00pm. Don’t even know why I had an appointment. It is now a day later, yes! I said it. You heard me correctly, I’ve been waiting at the local Walmart for A FULL 23 hours and just now called to come get my pick up my trailer finally loaded. On the bright side, my wife changed the colors of the bedding in the truck and I’ve caught up on a entire season of Yellowstone and start on 1883. So, if you need a break to do laundry and shower and do more laundry and read a novel the size of war and peace, come here, relax, and take a load off, or don’t come. Oh yeah, the people here are super nice, and very helpful.

I came here 7:30am I had appointment of load at 8:00am . I got loaded trailer at 11:30am and got papers at 8:00pm .They took 8:30 hours only for papers.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

They were close to the drop dead time but did not go over and would get a much better score if they had parking for the truckers rather than having to drop your load and move away from the plant

Now 26 hours since I dropped my trailer at my appointment time. Still waiting and No one seems to know anything.People working the gate are friendly at least. Not their fault but whatever suit that runs shipping should be ashamed to take a paycheck. Complete lack of respect.All I can do is wait and make sure I'm never back here. My family will not purchase Tyson products again. This is terrible........Update....now approaching 48 hours and was just told my 3rd different story on why the delay. No one knows anything.

Just arrived and can already tell this experience will suck.Maybe some signs and clear directions as to where to be and go.I honestly hope I never come back to a Tyson plant but this pos I hope it burns down to the ground.

Trying to find the security office is a hassle. I was directed by the security guard and I still had trouble. There are no signs or directions that tell you where to go. When you turn down Richland drive turn at the scalehouse on the right. Drive down all the way and then make a right.there will be an orange barricade. You will stop there. Follow the orange barricade and wall until you see a concrete ramp and stairs. That is where the security office will be

Dropped my trailer here to pickup a load at 1.00 pm got the trailer back at 5.00 pm the next day, good luck if you are coming here to pick up a load !

Absolutely horrible staff here. Truck drivers are treated like children and watched like a shoplifter at a department store. There are no bathrooms available and there are sometimes wait times or up to 8 hours to get a trailer loaded in the meantime they confiscate your keys for "safety" and you better hope it's not too cold or hot out because you are just gonna be suffering in it. Don't fall asleep either because they will not come wake you after they finally get the truck loaded. Oh and don't even think about taking your federally mandated break in their lot unless you want the police to come tell you to violate your hours of service to move.

Receiver are super nice. Always move tire to the back of trailer before dropping trailer. Bob tail parking available outside the plant.

The way the yard jockeys drive around this place you think they were practicing for the demolition derby. Loaded trailers always have landing gear way too high.
