My daughter got a flat tire on the interstate and pulled off at this exit on a Sunday evening. In my last twelve years of managing fleets and directly dealing with breakdowns, towing, load shifts, etc working with companies all over the contiguous United States. This is the first time I’ve came across a company that goes above and beyond to not only help you in anyway possible but, also understand the situation that you are in. Brothers is an exemplary example of what a towing/repair shop in the trucking industry should be. I wish all of our breakdowns were near Brothers as this is how pleasant the experience has been. Brothers is the number 1 place we've worked with. They have helped us get our trucks and equipment back on the road numerous times. Always have been extremely helpful to our business, and with an exemplary customer service that has yet to be beaten. They have quality towing capabilities as well including all the way up to a fine rotary wrecker. They are the only towing company we will call. They are fair priced for all services, have excellent mechanics and staff, and Shane is an absolute delight to work with. Called brothers for a tow, truck blew turbo. They communicated very well in the process of turbo replacement. Very affordable repairs. will definitely be coming back here. I recommend them 100%

Shane is an awesome guy and this place is a great shop, our company has used him multiple times for different issues ranging from simple tire change to new radiator and fan to a new rear end. He has always made the repairs in a timely manner and has bent over backwards to ensure that we are taken care of. Even when the wrong part was delivered to him he made sure to get the right part and complete the repair that same day. Truly the shop is at the top of my list for repairs any time we are in need. Oh, and don't let the size of the big white dog in the yard intimidate you, he's just a big puppy at heart and loves head scratches.

Very high recommendation for Brothers.We had to tow truck to the shop, they knew their job, soon enough they found out what was the problem. Truck was derating, def filter was clogged up. They ordered and replaced filter, did the parked regen and we were good to go.Cap down to all mechanics. If we ever have truck with some problem in this area, this will be our first option.Quick mechanics, reasonable prices and really nice people to work with.

Waste of time. Called 2 weeks ago to schedule my Pete. Has a fuel related issue where it keeps blubbering at colder temps. Other shops have not found an issue with the fuel system so I called here asking if they can diagnose it and asked if they do any tuning as my truck is deleted and is now throwing EGR codes 10 years after the delete was done. I do not know where it was done, I wanted these guys to diagnose whether it’s fuel related or if the issue is whatever tune might be on the ecm. Told me “yeah yeah we can do that” so I scheduled it. Here we are a couple days from the appointment and I called again to just verify what my trucks symptoms are so they know where to start looking. Now I get told they can’t help because there’s “nothing they can do with it.” Told me my year of truck usually has a common fuel pump issue. I said my fuel system tested just fine from the other shop so I didn’t know if it was injector related or maybe a tune issue. Then they tried to shy away saying there’s nothing they can do. After telling me they do tuning 2 weeks ago. I feel there may have been a language barrier here but either way It was a big waste of my time. Cancelled my appointment because I know it’s going to be a waste of money. I’ll find a more confident shop.

These people are complete criminals!!!! Truck slid of the road on I 80 Charged us over $28000 for towing it back to their shop 2,5 hours of work since our driver was there the whole time. They charged us for two wreckers and there was only one. $2500 administrative fee !!!!!!!!! They held our equipment hostage until we Wired the money !!! They knew we had to since US mail was on the trailer.

My family and I broke down on a Saturday morning while on vacation. The tow truck driver who came and got us was very friendly and professional. Once they found out we were going to be stuck until Monday, the owner went 30 miles back down the interstate to get our camper we had to leave behind. He parked it at his shop so we could stay there while waiting to get the parts needed for our truck. The service from this comp was outstanding, we were even offered to be taken to get a rental car by one of the employees. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to help us out.
