How about some operating hours for people who work during the week? One evening or one 1/2 day on the weekend would allow for a lot more people to utilize your facility.

I have had so many struggles with this place over the last year for sure. First they wouldn’t take our trash for 4 straight weeks with no explanation. I called to ask and the customer service was not good and she would not answer my questions and would ask me questions unrelated to anything I was calling for. Now our trash and recycling bins are gone out of no where and I can’t get ahold of anyone to help and we would like to take our trash out... yes our bill is paid. Definitely not ok.

Pricing is a JOKE! When I started my bill it was 65 some dollars. Now, my bill is up to 100 some odd dollars. It is a JOKE!
