My girlfriend and I ordered pulled pork and even paid for it and then we got a call from someone at your store saying the pulled pork was not available. The person who called us said they didn’t know how to refund our money. don’t have something that you say is available and then waste peoples time who ordering it then call them and tell them it’s not available. Come on Hy-Vee get it together.

A real staple of the Midwest. Shelves are well stocked, the whole place is spotless and employees are very friendly. The deli inside these stores consistently offers a very fine assortment of prepared comfort foods!

I couldn't use this card for anything, so I went to Hy-vee to buy it, but I still couldn't pay it back, but no one helped me handle it. And it becomes meaningless

Staff was very friendly and the whole store was well-stocked. It is a smaller Hy-Vee than others, but sufficient for the market who is mostly vacationers with a few locals as well. Produce was nice and fresh, better than other places we had shopped at earlier.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast after his Drs appt. Both enjoyed Garden Skillets and they were excellent!! Welcoming environment and the lady waiting tables was so nice. Our order was taken efficiently and our compliments to the chef! The store looked well stocked and smiling employees!

I just had the worst experience. Extra bleached blonde Andrea w. was incredibly rude, gave me multiple eat it and die looks, didn't offer to get help for my $110 worth of groceries, AND held onto my purse as she watched me drive away. I live 30 minutes round trip from there. Went back and talked to manager raul. Not only did he not offer to do anything about it, he didn't even say sorry for your terrible treatment. I will never shop there again and will be contacting corporate asap. ATROCIOUS!

I had never been to a Hy-Vee Grocery Store before, but I have heard about them from a number of people. It was okay, but not quite what I expected.The store itself was clean, and it seemed to be layed out reasonably well. The shelves and product areas were well stocked and organized. My main concern was the range of selections that were available... which I felt were limited. My brother summed it up quite nicely... it had a little bit of everything, just not a whole lot of anything.The real plus for this store was their staff, who were very friendly and extremely helpful. Two separate team members took the time to explain some of the various deals available that week, as well as how to enroll in their loyalty program. It was quite obvious that they both enjoyed their work and took pride in customer service.Quality of the products I purchased was adequate but not outstanding... the Hy-Vee brand products in particular were mediocre. Prices seemed to be on par with most grocery stores currently.I will mention that my 3 star rating is largely based on product issues, not service which was quite good. I believe this is an older store; we saw a brand new store in Sioux City, and while I didn't go inside, my brothers said it was spectacular... with a broad variety of products. I'm sure I will shop at other Hy-Vee stores at some point in my travels.

I will go here over Walmart for meat and produce any day. On a Friday the checker was just tossing produce in the bag, thunk, thunk, thunk. I said nothing. The next day a different checker did the same thing, first thing in the bag was a glass candle, went bang, he said it was ok I said I want another one. He piddled around looking at it, then I had to get mad. Would you like your stuff just thrown in the bag like garbage? Educate these young workers on customer service and respect.

Always had good luck and happy with service at Hyvee in Spirit Lake. Today not so much one regular check out open. I had an overflowing cart and had to use self checkout. Probably took me 25 minutes just to checkoutOverall not good experience today.

Have had very poor luck with their pickup services. Everything from getting a completely incorrect order, to the majority of our ordering being substituted with incorrect items while the correct items are in stock, to in stock items just being omitted when we requested no substitutions. I joke with my wife that by doing the pickup, it cuts our shopping down 50% instead of 100% because we will just head inside after our order is put in our vehicle and finish shopping for them!

Nice market, fair prices, nice young man at the butcher's counter took time to show me where I could find bacon and I thought that was nice. Pretty good deals are advertised for here and I abe to use Ibotta app here. Will for sure return.

Grocery pickup from this location was a joke! Out of the 57 items I ordered, 11 were missing when I got home. I never received any emails, messages, or calls letting me know items were out of stock. I understand if they were out of certain items, but the employee that brought my order to my vehicle never said a thing about them being out of anything nor did she give me a receipt for what I was actually charged for. So when I arrived home without 11 items, I was very disappointed and didn't even know whether I was credited for the missing items or not. And when I called them to let them know about everything, all the employee tells me is "you should have gotten emails about the missing items. The system must be behind or something." Then tells me I was not charged for the items and should also get a receipt by email. I have yet to receive any of these emails...I do not recommend for grocery pickup.

Came in at 6:15 am to have breakfast. Doesn’t appear that the floors were cleaned. Hard to say when they were last swept.Used the men’s room. The smell of urine was powerful. The door was messed up. Had trouble getting out.Breakfast was ok. Gravy was lukewarm. Biscuits had to be a day or two old. Stiff.Huh? Management wants to hear from me? I pretty much detailed the issues. You go use the men’s room. I was there at 6:30 am. Prolly the first man to pee that day. The bathroom smelled like a truck stop, college frat house bath.

Ordered a fresh english muffin breakfast sandwich from the kitchen and it was awesome! I worked here back in 2011-2013 and happened to stop in while on a cross country road trip. And it's nice to see they stick to the fresh ingredients. Nice job! :)

Selection not as large and varied as the suburban Hy-Vee stores I'm used to, but I found everything I needed for my short Lake vaycay from fridge-stocking necessities to numbing aloe vera sunburn gel. Conveniently located to both Okojobi and Spirit Lake, and did I mention they have a Starbucks? 😃

Used the online shopping and it was and efficient, the girls that run that area were great, very fast to respond if items where out of stock and also very nice and caring. Would definitely recommend using the online ordering. Thanks y’all!!!
