Great variety of merchandise. Some departments are better organized and maintained than others. Customer service seems to have improved over time. More responsive and better informed help than in the past.

Purchased an LED shop light bulb on 9/11/18 that only lasted a short time. Took it back for no hassle replacement. I enjoy shopping there and have found store manager to be the best I've ever run across.

A little pricey, but this is the place to look for specialty items you might need in northwest Iowa, like the nice, tough, heavy work socks. They had the good ones my dad needs for steel toed boots.

Parking is very tight. Store is well maintained but it is hard to find someone to help you. People at building desk seemed irritated that they had to stop gossiping to get me the building supplies I needed and explain where to pick them up.

It's a decent place to get hardware from. They don't have a lot of motorcycle hardware which is what I need such as shouldered bolts but then again no one really does as far as hardware stores.

This place is a mess. No rhyme or reason as to how items are arranged. Staff are hit and miss. I’ve watched employees have extensive conversations among themselves with no intention of asking if I need any assistance. When I do ask for assistance some act as if I’m inconveniencing them. The building center is great. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Prices for home improvement store are ok but lumber yards customer service is lacking. The gentlemen at the desk are friendly but once you drive through the lumber yard you get the impression that you are wasting the employees time.

Disappointing to see a majority of the plants were dead or nearly so. Everything was dry and unwatered. Such a waste. If the manager won't hire enough help he needs to be out there making sure the plants he's trying sell are watered and healthy. No stars!

Great place for lumber, but disappointed that the building materials department closes 2 hours before store does and this is not posted on website. Made a special trip only to find this out and have to make another special trip.
