Amazing service. We are from out of town enjoying the lakes area for vacation and our dog ended up needing emergency surgery. Dr. Roti and Dr.Gansemer are the best. They treat your pets as if they were their own. The entire staff is very caring and gentile with your pets.The doctors and staff explain everything in detail and always have time for questions. One of my cats had a very elusive health issue and Dr. Roti kept at it until he found a solution. I strongly recommend AllPets Animal Clinic for your pets.

7 out of 5 stars. They were caring and nice.My dog is in need of pretty serious care and they actually understood what we needed and how to treat him. We have went to so many different vets to get the prescriptions needed and treatments done but those other places had been clueless - for lack of a better term. I was impressed that they knew the prescriptions (assigned by a specialist), that other vets claimed they had never heard of, but I was also impressed by the way they treated my dog as well. My dog is my life, and they treated him with respect and kindness. I just don't know what else you would want from an animal clinic.

My dog was not acting herself over the weekend. Called Monday morning and they got me right in to get her checked. They were so kind to the two of us. Staff was great. Doctor helped get her from the car into the office and checked her over immediately. Luckily, it was just that she tweaked her back and had pink eye. Would highly recommend this vet clinic.

My dog Tank was suffering with allergies and they took great care of him. They have a wonderful, caring staff and always put your pets best interest first. When Tank had to have a bunch of laser treatments it got expensive and they put 100 dollars on my account to help me out. They are wonderful people. I would highly recommend All pets animal clinic.

In a time that we needed help the most for our dog in an end of life situation we were told they couldn't get us in for four days and told to go to Sioux Falls.We ended up immediately getting into Spencer Animal Clinic and received great care and compassion.This was the second time we had an emergency situation with our dog and All Pets would not get us in on a timely manner.

We rescued an awesome dog, Tilly, several years ago. She is truly amazing with us but definitely has major reservations about anyone or anything new. After needing an emergency appointment I was recommended to Dr. Amy at All Pet's and could not be happier that we switched to her clinic. They were patient and calm with Tilly and could not have been kinder. Our vet before made me feel like her behavior at times was my fault and almost like they were scared of her (even though she never has been aggressive). Whether it is an appointment or a nail trim they are very good with her and I will be forever grateful!

I have a service 🐕‍ dog. The staff and doctor were great. Got me in right away, knowledgeable on a lot of different aspects of care and seem willing to help workout/through the different pet insurance situations, VA, ect. Pleased with the experience.

Had a great first experience at All Pets. Had to take my bun Lenny in for a broken leg, I can’t afford surgery and they were very understanding and didn’t make me feel bad about that, gave me other options. They were thoughtful, affordable, thorough and kind. Will definitely keep using them and would highly recommend!

The staff and Dr Roti are so friendly and helpful! The Doctors talk to my dog the way I do, like a member of my family. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to answer and questions I have no mater how trivial. I would never take my pets any other place as long as they are around!

While at the lake my Lilly had injured her paw and was wounded by some branches while chasing a frog under a bush. I called and she was able to be seen. We drove her there, called, and they came out to get her. (Covid prevention) They called after she had been seen and we were so impressed with the service. They cleaned out her wound and found she was missing a foot pad. We were able to get all we needed to treat her and were so happy with such a Professional visit ! Prices seemed reasonable and the Vet was super !!!!

Personalized service. I received a follow up phone call from the vet post surgery regarding how my dog’s surgery went. The after surgery care instructions were explained and very clear. Their staff were professional. I appreciated they followed the CDC guidelines for Covid-19 to protect patients and staff. When we went here with our dying cat, instead of immediately proceeding with euthanizing her they waited for the payment to clear (they had issues with the card reader). I had come in about 3 weeks before for the same cat and paid over $700. I understand a business needing to secure funds, but not to an already existing customer for an animal having seizures. I had also called the emergency number trying to get help with her sooner but they told me they needed to shower first. It did not feel very personal like they truly cared for my pet. The facility however was very clean and the staff seemed knowledgeable. Which is the only reason for 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 or 2.

My dog, who had been seen at AllPets for over 13 years, started showing stroke-like symptoms a couple of weeks ago. It was after hours, but I called to see about an emergency visit. The recording gave me the number to an emergency clinic in Sioux Falls. My husband and I decided to monitor him at home overnight and call first thing in the morning. Towards morning, he had a lot of difficulty walking and cried like he was in pain, so I called as soon as they opened. I was told they didn’t have time, and if I was concerned I could take him to Sioux Falls. That’s a 2 hour drive when I have no idea what is wrong with my dog! What kind of vet turns away an animal in distress? They seriously don’t make time for emergencies? Dr. Roti always did, and I’m heartbroken that he retired and that clinic is now run by heartless, uncaring people. Luckily I found a vet in the area that was able to see him right away and treat him appropriately so he is not suffering.

I am very pleased with my experience with AllPets Animal Clinic. This past year I became and mother and a single mother. Money was tight, and I pushed off care of my dog until I could afford it. I was truly embarrassed to bring my dog in to get his nails clipped. The staff at AllPets was more than understanding of my situation and assured me that they would make my dog comfortable. Also, Choco has had issues with fireworks and thunderstorm for many years. As he has aged, it has become worse. Dr. Roti prescribed my dog a "doggy downer" to help keep him calm. After trying just about everything, I was about to give up. I thought I had done all I could do to help my poor pup. Thanks again AllPets. Proud to do business with you!
