This pharmacy absolutely sucks. The customer service at the drive-thru window is absolutely awful and don't question them regarding anything, otherwise you'll just get an hard-core nasty attitude back. I would never recommend my worst enemy to come here. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for your prescription needs.

Came from a hour away for a vaccine only to be told it wasn't covered extremely rudely by one of the pharmacist in the back, at least the one in the front was actually civil will not be coming back

I went to use Good RX on my prescriptions from Walgreens. They charged me over $90 for a prescription. My friend told me to check my Good RX app. When I checked it, Good RX said $18.60. When I called about the difference, the only response I recieved was that they could not guarantee Good RX prices. I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions.

Every year we go to Walgreens to get a flu shot. There is ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait, even if there is no one in there waiting!!! I finally have had it with bad customer service! They need to get more help, our time is valuable also. The pharmasist suggested we come back between 12 and 3 when there is 2 pharmacists there. Really? He just want to get his stuff done and not concerned with us.Going somewhere else finally.

Our Walgreens pharmacy is out of control. Never enough help and if you're Doctor sends in a prescription in the morning and you go in late afternoon you still have to wait a 1/2 hour. Never have enough people to cover the counter and the drive up. My step son had shoulder surgery today. When my wife called them for his perception they said it was ready. He lives 30 miles south from Spencer. When my wife went to get his medication they said it would be another 30 minutes. He was so upset that he said he had no time to wait. Now he is home with no medication and will have to wait till tomorrow for my wife to pick it up.

Most of the staff in this store are unnecessarily rude to customers, especially one of the female pharm techs. She had my primary and secondary insurance switched up when submitting for rx coverage, so coverage was denied. I didn't know what the problem was at the time so I called my insurance company that was denying coverage and they said to have Walgreens call them. When I told this pharm tech that I was told to have them call my insurance, she got very snippy and said that they were not going to do that. It also takes more than twice as long as it should to get prescriptions almost every single time. I will be switching my family of 6 to a different pharmacy and I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

So I just found out that my daughter's meds were recalled. Only found out because she needed a refill on them. they were recalled and after a week later they then got pulled all of the pills and liquid from the shelf well since her dose is so small it last her more then a month. We were never notified of this I'm so disappointed in Walgreens for not notifying us my daughter is 2 yrs old!

Worst pharmacy ever!! Just moved here from Utah and Alise or how ever you spell her name was so rude talking over me!! Making assumptions. Save your time go to hyvee!! Severely disappointed and unjust transferred my meds from Utah. Highly disappointed with this power tripping employee stating she is manager yet not even helping a customer!!

I wish I could give the pharmacy more than 5 stars. I have a unique prescription that is not always available, so when going on vacation my usual Walgreens could not fill it. They suggested I try Spencer as we were staying in Okoboji. I was hesitant due to poor Google reviews. I almost ran out of meds and had to go to Walgreens in Spencer. The pharmacy employees spent SO much time getting the prescription and working with my insurance, regular pharmacist & manufacturer! I was amazed with how above & beyond they went to save me $161 copay. And all the while were friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about Shelby & the staff.

Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Got my requested items from them, and they were all wrong. I asked for correct ones and they refused to change them out and refused a refund. Pharmacy tech that helped me rolled her eyes and wanted to debate weither I knew what I needed or not. Pharmasict themself told me "too bad".

If you use GoodRx I would find a different pharmacy. They won't let you use GoodRX on pretty much anything they sell. Even if GoodRX gives you a price, walgreens doesn't honor it.

Store is nice and organized, but customer service is lacking. The cashier I encountered was very snippy and unhelpful. It was enough that I will choose another store next time, rather than deal with that type of service again.

30 min. Waiting to get to drive up window. Once there was told persciption. Would beput on hold and wouldbe another 20 min. Dr. Called in script at 1:30 p.m. this was at almost 5:00 p.m. clerks are snotty and rude. We are done.
